As soon as I arrived, I was offered a beverage, which was a nice touch. Abby was my nail technician, and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted, and she was able to replicate them perfectly. They came out exactly how I envisioned them. It was also my first time trying Gel-X nails, and I absolutely love them--I will definitely be getting Gel-X again! Crystal did my gel pedicure, and it also came out perfect. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. I also loved their use of technology. The check-in process was simple, and I really appreciate that their system keeps track of your service history and the technicians you've seen. Unfortunately, the quality this time was very poor. I later found out they were not planning to charge me for the repair, but I was fully expecting to pay either way. It honestly felt like they did not put much effort into the service because it was going to be free. Instead of repairing the messy overflow into my cuticle, they gave me a buffer to repair myself. I still gave the nail tech a tip for her time. Very disappointed with the quality and experience. I may give them another try but it may take some time.

The vibes were calm and clean on a Friday after work with a movie playing on the TV. Frances was so helpful and patient with my decision paralysis and vision for simple classic pink on my natural nails. Unfortunately, my thumbnail had a chip by Sunday but Sahar was quick to respond during closed hours and worked to get me in on Monday (again off hours cause I had a full day shift) to fix it as my graduation was on Tuesday! She was so understanding and within the 48 hr window is the key to contact them for these types of things. She personally redid the thumbnail and even gave me a tiny bottle of cuticle oil for the road. I cannot recommend this place enough if you're looking for a hidden gem with a price that didn't break my bank. I've paid over $120 at other salons for Gel-X with designs, but here I usually spend around $50-$60. I switch it up depending on my mood: tip and dip, Gel-X with designs, cat eye, or gel and the pricing is always fair for the quality. Definitely try to go on a weekday during their happy hour specials for even better deals! Also, don't skip the pedicure especially the deluxe pedicure. It's such a nice treat. You get a 10-minute leg massage, hot wax treatment on your feet, and everything is cleaned off with a hot towel. Super relaxing and worth it. Great service, great prices, and consistent quality. Highly recommend!
