I really fell in love with this nail salon during my first visit. The space is clean for the most part, and I initially had a great experience. However, there are some sanitation practices that need improvement--specifically, certain tools like nail bits should be 100% disposable or properly single-use, and that was not consistently followed. During my most recent visit for a manicure, I had a very disappointing experience. I am someone who struggles with nail biting, and I had been very disciplined in allowing my nails and surrounding skin to fully heal over the past few months. Unfortunately, the nail technician excessively cut the skin around my nails--areas that should not be trimmed. As a licensed cosmetologist, I am aware of proper nail care practices and understand what should and should not be removed. I did communicate multiple times during the service that the cutting was too aggressive, but the issue continued. By the end of the appointment, it became clear just how much skin had been removed. I am now dealing with painful sensitivity and multiple hangnails on most of my fingers as a direct result. It's frustrating to have undone months of progress in one appointment. On top of that, my nail polish is already chipping on one of my nails, and the entire polish layer is lifting and will likely come off completely, which is disappointing so soon after the service. While I truly wanted to continue coming here, this experience has made me reconsider returning. read more

I had such a wonderful experience here for a gel x full set and gel pedicure. Im so glad I found it while I was in the area! I received the warmest welcome and treatment from the staff! Tammy was amazing and did my toes. I didn't get my other technician's name but she was so attentive and did my gel x set! The salon is extremely clean and spacious, I was very comfortable and recommend this salon to anyone! I got one of their jelly colors and it came out so pretty. I honestly wasn't going to write a review about my experience until one of my nails broke and I noticed a fungus/bacteria under the set that this salon had just done on me, truly the straw that broke the camels back. Immediately when I walked in I felt like a regular, I was given a bottle of complementary water, and my technician was gentle and kind. Upon realizing I had forgotten cash to tip with, I asked my technician what money sending services she might have, fully prepared to have my boyfriend go and grab cash for me. She replied that she didn't have any, and at the time of payment I asked if I could add my tip on to the service charge. The manager proceeded to make an example out of me in front of the salon, saying that it was very rude of me to not bring cash to tip with. I agree! I should brought cash, but it was an accident, and it's not like I was attempting to leave without tipping for the service (and a friendly reminder that that tipping is optional!). The set was done well, lasted a couple weeks, but throughout all of the salons and techs i've been to, I have never had any sort of bacteria or fungus. Disappointing to say the least. There are plenty of salons in the area, and if you're not willing to set yourself apart from your competitors in service or cleanliness then there's not much other advice I could offer. Only rating two stars because the technician was great (minus the fungus :/). read more

Honestly, it was a nice nail place but I am unhappy with the service it felt rushed I understand they have other customers but I don't like that I am paying to be rushed out. The pricing is not bad but they weren't upfront. We asked how much was a natural looking French nails she said 55 it came out to be about 70 dollars. This is a great place for a good mani/pedi. I got a basic pedicure and dip nail manicure. Price was a little high in my opinion for the service provided. They did a great gob on the mani and pedi, but I felt like it was all just a bit rushed. Hence the 3 stars. They were careful and meticulous with my nails and paint. Store was clean and inviting. Would give 5 stars if there was a little more bang for your buck. read more

not acknowledged by the women who did my pedicure and didn't ask if the water temperature was ok, which was overly hot. should've known from there that it would be an interesting experience. Many things were off about my experience but the main issues were, she had an attitude the whole time, it was rushed, i was ignored on what i asked her, she kept giving me big SIGHS like she was irritated, AND she tried painting my nails with my original sandals back ON. I have never in my life getting pedicures, have ever experienced someone wanting to paint my toes with my foot wear back on?? I stopped her before she tried and asked for someone else to finish. And even then she still was very hostile. Owner/ manager apologized, admitted it must be because she's on the phone too much. But i still ended up having to pay full price for a poor experience. Wanted to treat myself to a pedicure and came across Zara while passing by, saw their grand opening sign and figured I would give it a try! The space is newly renovated with modern design that feels very upscale. I was greeted by the owner who was very sweet, checked in on their device and waited briefly to be seated. While doing so, I was able to look at the nail booklets they had available. Shortly after, I was directed to the spa chair and was helped by a sweet woman whom I can't remember the name. She showed me the different services/options, I chose the Signature Gel Pedi and she went straight to work. She provided an overall very relaxing and friendly experience, I didn't feel rushed and she did an amazing job! During the pedicure, I was offered a beverage by the owner which I appreciated as well. When it came time to pay, everything was seamless! I found the prices to be competitive for the area just slightly lower. And because it is Mother's Day weekend, I was given a long stem rose which was very kind. I've been to quite a few nail salons but I think this might be it for me. This has been my go to nail salon for the past few months. Not only is it nearby to me but because they do amazing work. My gel manicure and pedicure last me a month without lifting -- it would probably last even longer but the grow out drives me nuts. lol. I haven't had anyone that didn't do a good job on my nails. And even then, they have a 7 day policy that you can return if something happens to your nail. This place is cute & clean with a large selection of colors and styles to choose from. read more

I'm local - I just found this salon after searching for a new pedicure spot and I am in love. This salon is elegant, clean, and relaxing. All pros for me! An added pro is the massage chairs! Why is it so hard to find nowadays?! I'm so happy this salon has them and they actually work. Gel pedicure includes hot stones and hot towel as well as a nice massage.
