Even though it wasn't super busy when we arrived, the service was quick and attentive. What really stood out was the owner's son coming over to our table personally. He was warm, genuinely hospitable, and so appreciative of seeing new faces. You could tell he knows his regulars well and has built real relationships in the neighborhood -- that kind of loyalty says everything about a place. And then there was the live music. A duo -- a woman with a beautiful, powerful voice and a man accompanying her on his instrument -- that added such a lovely, festive touch to the whole evening. It made the celebration feel even more meaningful. Father's Day is always a bittersweet holiday for our family, and finding a place this welcoming made it a little easier to make it a good one.
