The food service and ambiance were very nice. We had the fried fish special and it hit the spot The French fried potatoes were crispy and coated with a delectable seasoning! The fish was great and the tarter sauce was outstanding. The sugar cream pie was delicious but was not as good as my wife's....she reads all my reviews.

If you've been here too know-come hungry. My family came in for Mother's Day lunch. Service was very friendly and kept up with refills. I chose the filet special. The steak had good flavor and was quite tender. I asked for medium rare but got medium. Maybe order under a bit so they don't over cook. Came with a salad that was but enough for a meal itself. Others had sandwiches or Turkey Manhattan. The peach pie was good too.

Brevin's isn't a 5 star elegant dinning kinda place. However, what they do they do really well. Therefore I give them 5 stars. This bar and restaurant has been in this small town for a long time. The facilities are updated, clean and well taken care of. They have a good sized menu to meet a lot of different tastes. The wait staff is friendly and professional. I have been here three times and the food has been consistently good. In the past I have the pizza - which was very tasty. On my last two visits I have had salads and soups. The salads are nice sized and fresh. The santefe salad has a nice blend of different ingredients. The southwest dressing had a bit of spice but not over powering - definitely recommend! One visit I had the chili. It had plenty of meat and a nice amount of spice to appeal to most tastes.

This is a charming small town restaurant. The people here are exactly what you would expect very polite, and responsive to your need. This however is very bland simple food, with with no creativity or seasoning. I understand some people really like no seasonings and this may be your five star place... For me, I prefer food that I don't need a salt/pepper shaker. This is an average restaurant because of the great people and atmosphere!

    Senior portion Fish Dinner

Great food, generous portions, friendly service, affordable prices! Look at this awesome Senior portion Fish Dinner for $8.99! Who would want to eat fast food when you can get this?!? My favorite stop in 'Busco!

Very friendly local restaurant my mom & dad used to frequent. I visited today with my Dad and it still has all of its charm.

I really love this Brew Burger! Beer Cheese for the win!

The children's cheeseburger baskets had both hard buns and barely able to chew burgers on them.Very overcooked! The fries were not even close to being done. They were very busy so I understand the fries somewhat. However when the kind and attentive waitress set down my onion rings well that sealed the deal. 5 onion rings for 5 dollars! I must of had a puzzled look and asked is that the right size of rings I wanted the 5$ basket. She said yes they are sold by weight. What? Weight! This actually made me laugh! I thought she was kidding. Anyway Magic isn't what it once was and that is a fact. Sure wish we had more options in Busco.

Ignored when we sat down and throughout the meal. The breaded pork tenderloin which was supposed to be good and "homemade" was definitely frozen with fake broiler marks and dry. Breaded mushrooms were frozen but cooked decently. Fries bland. My chicken sandwich was hradly edible and again, so dry. Our server asked if the sandwiches were OK, and we said just OK, and that was the end of that. Made the final mistake of looking into the kitchen and saw a lady eating an ice cream cone in between prepping food. Yuck. Avoid.

Dining in a private Amish home is an incredible experience that ought to be on everyone's bucket…read morelist. This place was recommended to us not by a tourist but by a friendly relative of the Amish owner, Brenda Slabaugh (everyone in this settlement is close-knit). Like other in-home dining venues, the spacious room also serves as a social gathering and worship place for the Amish. Nearly everything in the huge kitchen is prepared from scratch and served family-style. The fixed menu includes bread, salad, chicken, roast beef, noodles, mashed potatoes, cooked vegetables, and assorted pies. Everything we tasted was phenomenal. Homemade peanut butter and jam, spread on fresh-baked bread, were ethereal. The 'colorific' salad was colorful indeed and tossed in a savory vinaigrette. White meat chicken fingers and dark meat were breaded and baked (not fried) to perfection. The beef (pot roast, perhaps) was fork-tender and juicy. All of the side dishes and pies were just as wonderful. Brenda and family members who helped her prepare and serve the meal were friendly and attentive to our needs, and happy to answer questions about Amish lifestyle and customs. Of course, a 'modern' restroom is available. This business is aimed at large parties and tour groups, but it's available to smaller parties on Wednesday evenings. Advance reservations are required

I was glad to get my visit in, as they are seasonal and will be closing for the winter next week. This time, there were about 12 cards in front of me, and it took about 30 min to get through the line. I know from looking at past pics that their prices have gone up (hasn't everything?!) , but nothing too extreme -- maybe $.50-ish on items, still really great deals. I ordered a cheeseburger/ fries/ drink combo, a small pup cup for my dog, and a chocolate cherry milkshake. I also ordered extra packets of ketchup and mayo. So my one :( is that I got my bag, an no ketchup or mayo. Then I asked for some and was given ketchup pakets but told mayo was an extra charge. How much? $.60. Meh, no thanks. Not that that the $ would have mattered, but I think at a burget joint, you shouldn't charge for that as a customer service issue. Especially when things like lettuce, tomato, onion etc are already included if you want them! Anyway, the buger was good, the fries were a little salty (they seem frozen, not homemade, but I ate them all), the shake was tasty, and my dog loved his pup cup! #yum #ReviewsByRL

Kind of pricey if you ask me. They added corn dogs to their menu however they are just frozen ones. I thought they were homemade batter dipped or something special. With that being said, the hot dogs were still very good.
