For someone who does not consume animal products for ethical and personal reasons, this is very serious. It also took quite a while to get someone's attention to address the issue. When I finally did, they offered to bring me more beans, but after such a major error, I no longer felt comfortable trusting that the replacement would be handled properly. They offered to remove the beans from my bill, but still charged me for my other item. While I appreciate the refund for the beans, I believe the entire meal should have been compensated given the severity of the mistake and the distress it caused. I chose not to go back and forth about it because I was already upset. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. This experience was unacceptable and very disappointing.
