The green salsa had some kick, and the orange had wonderful layers of flavor. Although we did not need it, we noticed a bar for extra toppings. In 2025, most of the entrees seem to be in the $14 to $16 range. Again, the quantity of food was way more than we could eat in one meal. I originally told my companion we were not leaving until I ate every delicious bite of my nachos. That proved impossible. The rice was good, the refried beans needed salt and weren't cooked in lard. There were absolutely no spices in the food-missing were cumin, cilantro, chili, etc. Mexican food doesn't have to be hot, but it does typically have intense flavors to it. This was totally bland. Anyway, as I checked and and paid the bill, the cashier asked if I had enjoyed the food. I told her this was not typically the Mexican food we were used to in the West.
