I spoke with someone named Sammy, who immediately told me they did not forget anything and that we should double-check our order. He also stated that they would not send someone to deliver the missing food, would not issue a refund, and that even if we came to the store, they would not give us the missing items. For a business that orders weekly and spends a significant amount of money here, this response was extremely disappointing. We understand that mistakes happen, but refusing to correct an issue and dismissing a customer's concern is unacceptable customer service. We rely on consistent service for our team meals, and experiences like this make it difficult to continue ordering from this location.
