Great new place, with friendly and prompt service. I was unfamiliar with some of the menu items, and the hostess Tia was kind enough to fill me in. All of the items are made in-house and it they did not disappoint when it came to flavor. I had the Bool Go Gi sandwich, and the chicken was very well marrinated, and absolutely tasty till the very last bite. The wings though were out of this world. I'm really not a chicken bone guy, but I happened to snag one of my gf's plate and I was thoroughly impressed. She had the Korean sauce on hers, and I'd be damned if those weren't the best wings I'd ever eaten. They were pretty affordable too, especially when paired with a $6 Bitburger draft or generously poured glass of wine. I'd definitely recomened this to anyone looking for beer, chicken, affordability, ambiance, and taste. This spot hits all these areas for sure. read more

The people who run this new restaurant are very, very nice. That said, a couple of warnings might be in order for some people. If you are sensitive to spices, be aware that even the mild sauce is very spicy. My sister is not as sensitive to spices as I am--she doesn't usually have a problem with them--but even she could barely nibble at a bit of the wings because they were so hot. Of course, if that's what you like, you should enjoy them. Be aware that it takes half an hour to get your order. I did not see anyone receive their order in less time than that. That seems to indicate that the wings are being home-cooked, so that's good, but be aware that this isn't fast food or as fast as most other lunch spots. Handicap accessibility is also worrisome. Entering the restaurant, there are immediately stairs, with no ramp or other way to get down to the seating area (just a few stairs, but still a problem for some people). It may be possible to enter the restaurant without stairs if you can get the closed gate to the patio open and go through there to the bar, but it's problematic--certainly not easily accessible. So if you don't have a lot of time, you're spice-sensitive, and you're not good with stairs, better to avoid. But if your stomach likes spicy food, you're not in a hurry, and you are mobile, you could enjoy Brew and Bird. read more

I love this place! The food is absolutely fantastic-- wings are perfect and the fried chicken is very tender yet with crispy, tasty crust. This food is unbelievable! The staff is so accommodating. They get busy at times since they are so good but it's definitely worth waiting. Come get it hot. I've eaten here many times, tried most of the menu and have never been dissappointed, on the contrary, I am very satisfied. The flavor is so deep in the food. The owner cares about what she's doing. I'm usually skeptical of "best" ratings but Ive never had wings like these. Perfectly blend of juicy and crunchy. You can really eat thousands of them...and they aren't small. Big juicy quality wings, which is excellent for the price. Sauces are varying from great to good, was not impressed with the lemon pepper wings. Very much liked the Koren BBQ and Honey mustard wings. Best wing place in ATL hands down. The owners, Sam and Nina, are wonderful people that truly dedicate their time and energy into perfecting their craft and it shows. They always serve JUMBO size wings that don't shy from strong, bold flavors. Ask for their B&B special, a mix of their soy/honey house sauce with ginger, hot sauce, and thai chili - it's my favorite! The drink selection is great for any beer enthusiasts. Sam always supports local breweries, and is very knowledgeable about what he has in stock. He's also a massive fan of jazz music and has a vinyl player in the back, which adds a nice homey touch to the place. Feel free to talk about his record collection and you won't be disappointed. So this place might be a little hard for some people to figure out because it's really a Korean-inspired chicken joint disguised as a standard fried chicken joint. I totally think they should play up the Korean food angle because it's so good! The wings are legit awesome. They're big and meaty, nice crisp outside and juicy when you bite in. This place is a Hidden gem. Wings are huge and super crispy. Sauces are outstanding. We tried Korean Garlic, Korean BBQ, and BMI.

I really want to love this place but they have a serious operations issue. I will first say I'm in the business so I may be a little more critical than most. I went yesterday around 1:15pm. It was literally the owner and no other employees in the restaurant. We were sat by a couple at the bar who told us the owner would be right out. After 15 minutes he did appear with some water. We ordered the fries which were fine but of course wanted wings as well. After about 20 minutes the fries arrived. We then ordered the wings (32 Pieces). At 2pm another employee walks in and starts to make his rounds. According to my clock it took 39 minutes for the wings to began coming out to our table. The flavors all came out about 4 minutes apart. We then had all of our wings at the table at about 2:40pm. Honestly the worst part of the whole experience was that there was "Zero Accommodation" for the bad service. No one said "Hey sir we're so sorry about the wait can we get you a beer or wine" It's all about the small things that make a dining experience a good one. To close I'll say this. I want to like this place. The staff are "Nice" but the entire staff and management need a refresher on service. The product is good but that means nothing if people don't leave happy. read more

My experience didn't come close to a 4.5 star review. This restaurant didn't have its act together - they only had a single waiter for the entire restaurant and he clearly had very little experience. I love the concept of this restaurant but it fails in execution. The wings lacked flavor, even though the descriptions sound great, and it took forever. Every table was frustrated - maybe it was an off night and they were short staffed. But the food isn't good enough to overcome the awkward, slow service. read more

BEST WINGS EVER!!!! Well cooked and well made what see in the pictures is what you get. We tried the honey BBQ, house special, lemon pepper, and buffalo mild they were all delicious. I do recommend having the mild before going up in spices if your sensitive because mild was enough to make me sweat a little. We also tried the cauliflower wings and they do not disappoint. Best thing about it is you pay up front so when your done eating you can just leave. Loved the restaurant and staff was very nice and would check in periodically with us. Went there today right when they opened with my husband and 2 year old. We had a really lovely experience! It was really empty which was fine for us. The food and beer were fantastic! We were served by a man who I assume to be the owner. During normal hours you order at the window but he said it was no problem since no one was there. He was delightful, polite and very knowledgeable about beer. I can't speak to how this place is during busy times, probably loud and fun. This is a no muss no fuss place with some of the best wings around. I like the laid back atmosphere and the friendliness of the owner. The Korean garlic spice wings were amazing, so good in fact that we went back the next day for another order. The house wings are also delicious and I wish I could buy this sauce by the bottle and put it on a bunch of other things. The key lime pie was thick and creamy and has a good balance of sweet and tart. This place has the potential to be a new staple in the area.
