This experience was particularly disappointing, as it did not reflect the quality or value I expected. Additionally, I have noticed a pattern of inconsistency during multiple visits. Each time I come to this location, the drink sizes and preparation vary significantly. This lack of standardization suggests poor management oversight and a need for improved staff training. When I politely requested that my cup be filled more--whether with milk or additional ice--my request was declined stating it was the baristas job to fill it and not there's I even asked if it could be made over so it could be filled even if it was in a small size cup and my request was STILL declined . It is frustrating as a customer to receive a partially filled cup, especially when a simple adjustment could have resolved the issue. No customer should feel shorted on a purchase especially when gas prices are sky rocketed and the way the economy is , at this point I rather make my coffee at home since i can't even get proper customer service spending my hard earned money ! Due to these repeated experiences, I find the service unprofessional and disappointing. As a result, I have decided not to return to this location. I have also shared my experience with others and will continue to advise against visiting based on the lack of consistency and customer care.
