8.5/10 for the steak & frites 0/10 for my mocktail (the pink one in the picture, lol) WOWOWWWW, did that steak surprise me. It was juicy, and seasoned well enough that you didn't need anything to dip it in. The fries were also perfectly crispy, and I get fries everywhere I go so consider this my stamp of approval. The mocktail was disgusting. I forget what it's called, but I took one sip and never touched it again. Probably had to do with the fact that I don't like coconut flavored anything and it had a hint of coconut in there. Our waitress brought out a free dessert for my birthday! I really did not have a great experience at this place. At first it was going well. Our server seemed nice, he got all our orders and started us off with drinks. It was after we received our food that things started to go downhill. Some of us didn't get our order and some got our orders really late. When we brought this to our server's attention he started to get a lil rude. I got an Italian Chicken Melt w/Onion Rings. I also had some Fries. The fries were good as was the ranch dressing. The onion rings were burnt (see pics). When I bit into my chicken melt, it had bones in it. Really hurt my tooth. I told the server and he asked to see them. I showed him and he said I'll take it to the cook. He never ended up doing anything about it. Not a discount, a free item or even a sorry. I would have at least liked an apology. After we were all done we asked for the check. We gave him three cards and some cash to split and he replied "goddamn it I don't have time for this crap". Food is ok for a place like this. Hostess is not welcoming and glad you chose them. Servers lack people and service skills. They seem to hide around the restaurant and when you waive them over for another drink they act like you should go get it. My family ate here twice out of convenience while at the Harrah's. Although the restaurants located in the casinos can be hit or miss, we enjoyed brew brothers. We stopped there for late night bites one evening. My parents had the tri tip dip sandwich which was a generous portion and came with fries. My sister and I ordered the Buffalo wings and a side of fries. Everything came out super hot and fresh and our service was very friendly and prompt. On another occasion, we stopped for breakfast. My sister and I shared the breakfast burrito which easily satisfied us both. It came with pico de gallo and a salsa. Very filling. My mom had an omelette which came with potatoes. The beer selection is great, service was ok, seated quickly and open late right in the middle of Harrah's. I've had the fish and chips and they were a good portion, the prime rib French dip was better and more flavorful. Burgers are good. The chili special was the tastiest, but it's not always on the menu. I'm giving it 4 stars mostly because it's open late, food is decent but the beers are the real star of the show. Stopped by for lunch on our way back from Burning Man. They have oversized vehicle parking in the back and u can get ur parking ticket validated if u tell the host stand up to 4+ hrs! Seated quickly but they dont have seating for more than 4 typically so prob not good for big groups. They have diner food offerings. We had the smashburger (which if you're a White Castle burger person you'll love it, if not, bye), the steak on focaccia ( this was a winner with the table we ordered it twice) the toasted bottom for that crunch complimented with the fluffy focaccia bread taste you love.. it was honestly sooo good! Also ordered garlic parm wings with the buffalo and ranch sauce on the side, and loaded fries with bbq sauce on the side. Our service wasn't great our server Danny told us he saw our food in the window and it ended up being a different server to bring our food. Newly opened and I loved their signature sandwich with sliced steak and arugula on Focaccia. Beer and other food items with breakfast served until 11am. The signature sandwich was a piece of art. Down to the details everything was very well executed. Seasoning done just right and freshness from the greens on top. The steak was perfectly tender and flavorful and I don't think anybody would have ever thought to put it all on top of what is basically a fresh pizza. I had the French dip the next day too and that was OK. The hamburgers are what they place is really known for and they looked good from across the table. There really are very few options in Harrahs right now. The cafe in the basement was permanently closed and the entire food court is now gone (this took the place). All the house beers on tap were sold out. Didn't get to try them. The family who owns this restaurant I think are the ones who are doing all the renovation work at Harvey's - soon to be renamed I think. Servers were great and front of house too. Seems to be very well run. There was some construction going on in the background today - but that was a one off - and since I'm staying across the street I'm used to living for a short time in a major construction zone. read more

Visit 2 (Happy Hour Hopefuls):We gave it another shot during happy hour 40% off pizzas and regular personal size, not half size or any of the craziness like our 3rd visit. I ordered the margherita, hubs got the all meat. Both were soggy and floppy. Mine barely had mozzarella, mostly sauce. Flavor was decent but not rave worthy. His had great toppings and taste, but again... soggy. Drinks? A win. Raspberry mule was tasty, and we used our Diamond Plus drink tickets (which they didn't honor on visit #1). So that was a bonus. Visit 3 (Burger Redemption... kinda): Back again during happy hour. I hesitated, but options are slim at Harrah's and Harvey's. We both ordered smash burgers, it was unclear, but fyi hamburgers are a smaller portion during happy hour. I do have to say, this order was way better than that first BBQ one, and the fries were solid this time around. I would actually order this again. But here's where it gets annoying: * Drinks were on the happy hour menu ($8), but our server said we couldn't use our drink tickets... then said maybe... then did let us. * My husband's drink was wrong. No tajin on the rim, no muddled jalapeños. They remade it, but barely fixed it. * Then came the bill. Surprise! We were charged full price for the drinks because we used drink tickets even though we weren't told that and used the same combo the day before with no issue. Bottom line: No consistency. We've been to Brew Brothers twice now, mostly out of convenience. Overall it's just okay. The food reminds me a lot of diner food. Nothing bad, just nothing that really stands out. The service is also kind of hit or miss. The hosts especially aren't very welcoming. Both times we walked up they mostly just stared and didn't really say much, which felt a little awkward, but not a huge deal. Between the two visits we've tried a couple pizzas, sliders, wings, and burgers. Everything was fine, just pretty average across the board. Came with a large group and half of the group was dissatisfied with their meal. I had the steak frite. I ordered it medium rare and it came out overcooked and too chewy. The fries were not crispy. Not sure what was going on with the pizzas but my table ordered two of them and everybody said the pizza was "awful" and didn't want to take the leftovers. Was immediately sat at a table but it took 16 minutes before anyone came to even acknowledge us. We ordered buffalo wings with ranch as an appetizer and the IPA and the raspberry Moscow mule. The wings ended up coming out with blue cheese instead of ranch. The raspberry Moscow mule was supposed to come with raspberry puree but it seemed to lack the puree. I had the country fried steak and eggs. It was pretty good. I was tempted to order one of their 24 beer selections, but it was 9am.

I'm a 7* member in Caesars rewards program so I like to patronize the restaurants on property. I tried to get a quick bite as a single and was quoted 15 minutes by a young woman who wasn't very friendly while there was a fairly empty dining room. While I was waiting I watched group after group walk up and be seated. They have the luxury of knowing that they're the only casual option in the 2 Caesar's properties so it's seems customer service is secondary. After 25 minutes I finally got the text to be seated but by this time I was already annoyed and went somewhere else to eat. I will say that I've been to this location many times before since they've opened and never had an issue. read more
