Delicious food and friendly staff. We had the Wellington, which was lovely. I think perhaps the kitchen can't keep up with the high volume of people, so it takes long time to get food (or perhaps that pace is on purpose, but it gets boring). Would be nicer with live music, maybe. Fun to try and say you've been there, if that's your thing!

Pretty nice restaurant. I've been to the Vegas location so decided to give this one a go. It's pretty much identical to the others, but that's not a bad thing. The cocktails are amazing and so is the beef Wellington. It is a bit overpriced, but the restaurant business has become ridiculous after COVID.

Beautiful dining room, fantastic bar area. We had quite a few things off the menu. All were fantastic. Prices for the seafood and steaks are borderline stratospheric ($75-$150 typically for the steak menu items) and sides are an extra $13 each. But you are paying a premium for the celebrity status. The one vegetarian option for the entrees, tofu stir fry, seemed comparatively a bargain at $25. Some appetizer, salad, and the side prices seemed the better 'bargain' also compared to the fish and steak prices. $55 for Branzino (light white fish) is a bit much, but hey, it's Hell's Kitchen meeting a very high bar. Service is as good as it gets without hovering over you too much. While the atmosphere would normally dictate a business casual dress, the alpine casino resort changes that to anything except a swim suit and flip flops. There are people dressed up and people wearing printed t-shirts. I can only offer two minor suggestions to the establishment: put the oyster mignonette on the side so the customer can decide if and how much they want to use and add some soft surfaces as this dining room is extremely LOUD like a High School Cafeteria loud when full due to the tile floor and all the hard surfaces. 4.6 stars (-0.4 stars for noise level and some entree prices exorbitantly high.)

Date of Visit: 8/8/2026 We visited Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen for my husband's birthday last Saturday! Drove from Incline Village to South Lake Tahoe in the afternoon, and parked at the parking lot of the Caesar's Republic. Remember to get validate from the serve so will get 4 hours free parking. The Mariner $22.95 I ordered the seasonal cocktail made with gin and house made concord grape wine. On top there were egg white and decorated with two fresh grapes on a stick. HK Signature prix fixe menu $109.95 Add wine pairing $55.95 Husband got the prix fixe menu with three courses and with optional wine pairing. The appetizer was the Pan Seared Scallops, seasoned with bacon lardons and chicken jus. Paired with GH Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne. Octopus $29.95 For my appetizer, I got the octopus with scallions, sherry vinegar, gochujang romesco, and on the top of the sauce, there were tiny fingerling chips. Beef Wellington The main course in the prix fixe was the famous beef wellington. Medium rare beef that was wrapped with potato puree, and red wine demi glace. On the side there were glazed root vegetables. Dana Estate Vaso Cabernet Sauvignon The paring with the beef wellington was the cab from Napa Valley. 8oz Filet Mignon $67.95 For my main course, I ordered the filet mignon medium rare. On the side there was garlic compound butter, confit cipollini, truffle peppercorn sauce. Sticky Toffee Pudding For dessert, it was the famous sticky toffee pudding with the Speculoos Ice Cream. The wine pairing was the Emilio Lustau East India Sherry.

Food: 4 Ambiance:4 Service :5 We get it. Lobster risotto , beef Wellington, scallops. Yes. They are all good. But very predictable. The formula is there. I would love a change I menu. Seasonal specials, creative twists on classics etc... the formula can be monotonous. But good for those looking for a predictable menu done WELL. Price is very reasonable. Our group are not big drinkers . Not everyone had an appetizer. But with tip and a table of 11. We paid $1300 and 1 bottle of wine. So very reasonable. Service was a highlight.

    Ribeye...delicious.

We love them. Best service ever. Ribeye is absolutely delicious. Scallops are delicate and lovely. Sticky toffee pudding is the best dessert we have ever had. Hands down. A big shoutout to Stephanie who made our experience so memorable. Thank you so much! Go here first above all of the other restaurants at Caesar's or Harrah's! It's definitely worth it.

We came here for the first time, excited to experience Gordon Ramsay's HK, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. To begin with, our server never introduced himself, so I don't even know his name. From the moment we were seated, he seemed uninterested and inattentive, making us feel as though our presence didn't matter. We were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary, so we had hoped for a more welcoming and memorable experience. My husband ordered the ribeye with mashed potatoes, and I ordered the salmon. It took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive. While the presentation was beautiful, the salmon skin was so tough that I couldn't cut through it--even with a steak knife. The salmon was served with sushi rice and bok choy, along with what was described as a gluten-free sauce. Even the server assured me that it was gluten-free. Whatever was in the sauce made me feel sick to my stomach, and I spent the rest of the meal trying not to vomit at the table. Unfortunately, I continued to be sick for the rest of the evening. The ambiance also felt a bit stuffy and cold, which only added to our disappointment. Overall, this was not the anniversary dinner we had hoped for. As for the price point, these meals were overpriced and over rated. Sadly, we won't be returning.

This was one of the best meals I've had this year! I've been a fan of the show, and coming to see a set live with sous chefs prepping and plating in those signature red and blue bandanas made for a great experience all around. The food-- Scallops - 100/10 Perfectly seared, sauce was divine, rich, and unforgettable. Beef Wellington - 100/10 First time trying this and I will never forget it. Puff pastry cooked perfect-- the filling, and the carrots plus mash were flavorful. The steak was the star, cooked to perfection. Lobster risotto -- 8/10 10 for the lobster, cooked beautifully risotto was rich but a touch salty. Sticky toffee pudding -- 1000000/10 If you get nothing else, get this. Between my neighborhood farmers market and the Marks and Spencer I visit once a year, this takes the cake. Ice cream topper was amazing, the cake itself was orgasmic, the sauce, lord bless America and bless this dessert. *located in Caesar's, so unless you're staying, parking is $30

I went here with some family and friends for a celebration and enjoyed it. The decor inside is modern, simple, but still really nice. Nothing tacky and I liked the way they incorporated their Hell's Kitchen brand into little things throughout the restaurant. The service was top notch, 5 stars all the way with service/staff. Sadly I forgot our server's name but he was very friendly, gave great recommendations, checked in on us frequently, and other staff members helped to ensure drinks were always full. We each ordered different dishes and shared. We all actually loved the appetizers more than the entrees. The appetizers we got were the bread, scallops, lobster risotto, and wagyu meatballs - all of these dishes tasted amazing, and had such great flavor! I'd definitely come back just for these dishes and desserts! For the main entrees we got beef Wellington (one traditional and one special which came with lobster), crispy salmon skin, brick chicken, spiced lamb rack, and braised beef short rib. Mt favorite was the beef Wellington, it was cooked perfectly and the meat was seasoned well. The spiced lamb rack was a bit burnt and bitter and the other dishes were fine, just not as flavorful as the beef Wellington. For dessert, my favorite was the toffee pudding and cherry blossom cheesecake. I could've eaten several more orders of those! The cherry blossom cheesecake was so light and fluffy! Given the price of the food, we thought more of the entrees would be a bit more flavorful. But overall we had a nice time here and really enjoyed appetizers and dessert!

    Chef Gordon's 5-Course Prix-Fixe Menu (Pre-Paid)
    Jason H.

Warmly greeted and seated promptly by the staff. Chef Gordon's 5-Course Prix Fixe menu was simply exquisite. After first seeing the Amuse Bouche, one might presume an evening of tiny, expensive bites -- leaving one hungry afterwards. Please know that couldn't be further from the truth here. Each course was its own little world. The variety of flavors from each course was interesting, yet perfect together -- moving from seafood to lamb to beef. The Lamb Lollipops with Tomato Jam were simply the best lamb I have ever enjoyed in my entire life. It was moist and flavorful even without either of the sauces. I think they may have ruined lamb for me, because wherever I go from now on, their lamb will be compared to HK, and most certainly lose out. I can just hear it now, "Nope, Hell's Kitchen lamb was better." Now, the Mini Beef Wellington was special, as well. Between the puff pastry and the beef is a thin layer of what I can only describe as mushroom purée. It is wonderful and adds something to the puff pastry that is unique. It's another dish that may be tough to beat, as well. Lastly, the Individual Sticky Toffee Pudding was not what I was expecting from the name, but it, too, was a hit with the entire party. Bo Young was a fantastic server -- very attentive and informative regarding each course. The ambiance was a casual elegance, fitting for such a fine meal. We simply can't wait to return.

I had always wanted to try one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants and we finally got the opportunity to try! we got the lobster risotto, scallops, beef wellington, short rib, and sticky toffee pudding and we were especially blown away by the appetizers. our favorite by far was the lobster risotto. we couldn't get enough! the truffle flavor was truly the cherry on top. such a delicious dish i will be dreaming about. the inside has pictures of all of the winners of each season of hells kitchen and has an interesting red-blue theme. we also especially loved the toffee pudding and totally understand why its a signature dish!

We came here for dinner while in town as we have visited the San Diego location and really enjoyed it. We ordered the flat bread appetizer which was really tasty. Crunchy but also softer on the edges, a good lighter appetizer to snack on before dinner. We couldn't come here and not get the beef Wellington. It was just as delicious as it was before, super tender and excellent flavor. Just as delicious as it looks. The steak was cooked perfectly and the seasoning on everything was great. I ordered an espresso martini to drink and really enjoyed that. Would for sure recommend as the food, service and drinks were great. We came here with expectations that it would be delicious and we were disappointed.

The steak itself was fine, but the bacon wrap was not good and kind of threw the dish off. Escargot was interesting, honestly the best part was the pastry on top more than the escargot itself. The new chef and menu direction are a major disappointment. The crab cake tasted okay, but it used to be amazing, especially with the lemon beurre blanc sauce. Now it is served with what seemed like a squash purée or paste, which did nothing to enhance the flavor of the crab cake. I truly hate writing a negative review for a place I used to love so much, but I feel it needs to be said. Until they bring back the quality, the former chef or style of cooking, and the special touches that made this restaurant so great, I won't be returning. For the price you pay to eat here, you should leave feeling like you're on cloud nine -- not cloud zero.

Warmly greeted and seated promptly…read more We began with a Blackberry Smash cocktail and the Seafood Plateau. The cocktail was sweet and the glass sticky, but full of berry flavor, nonetheless. The Seafood Plateau was incredible with King Crab Legs, Jumbo Prawns, Mussels, Lobster Tail, Ahi Tuna Poke, and Salmon Poke. It was a tad spendy, but since it's shareable for 4-5, I'd say it's worth it and would definitely order again next time. We also had the Crab Cake, two sizeable patties -- a little bit more flavorful and larger than your typical Crab Cake. The Grilled Broccolini was good, but typical. Lastly, for appetizers, the Crispy Pork Belly was also a hit -- although I did not get a taste as it is smaller and not so much shareable. The pièce de résistance was the Tomahawk Steak. Cooked perfectly medium-rare and served with Chimichurri and Au Poivre sauces on the side. The steak was very flavorful without any sauce, IMO. Served with Grilled Asparagus and Lobster Mac & Cheese. Kelsey provided excellent suggestions and service throughout. The ambiance was nice -- not dressy, but not casual. Resort attire, is what they call it, I think. We will definitely be back!

We started with the steak tartare and oysters, both of which were incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. I ordered the vegetable risotto and it was so good. The vegetables tasted really fresh and the risotto itself was cooked to perfection. My mom got the shrimp tacos and loved them. But honestly the vibe in this place is something else. The trees, the lights, the chandeliers all together create this atmosphere that feels really luxurious without being stuffy at all. It's the kind of place that just feels special without making you feel out of place. Really glad we made it work. Would absolutely go back.

There was definitely a hint of "tourist trap" happening here, but honestly, that's not the restaurant's fault. Some people just hate to venture too far from their comfort zone! One of the main courses we ordered was the sea bass, and it was perfectly prepared--well-cooked, flavorful, and a definite standout. I took photos of the bowl as it was served, including close-up photos, and I'm including them with this review. To their credit, the staff tried to make up for it by giving us a complimentary slice of guava cheesecake. The cheesecake was good, although the guava part was basically an orange-colored syrup. I appreciate that they acknowledged the problem and made an effort to address it, but finding a hair in food is still difficult to overlook. As for the rest of the meal, the $38 Sampler was easily the best thing we ordered. It came with 4 baby back ribs, 2 crab cakes, and 4 jumbo shrimp. Everything on that plate was good. The Caesar salad with grilled chicken was mediocre. Nothing particularly bad, but nothing special either. The fried calamari was also lacking in volume. The sampler was good, but unfortunately, finding a hair in the poke bowl overshadowed the meal.

We had a Saturday night reservation at Friday Station to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were greeted by Tarius, who was a wonderful server throughout the meal. Very casual, humorous, and just a true pleasure to deal with. He was supported by another gentleman whose name I do not recall, but they were right on top of everything - from delivering bread before we asked, bringing multiple sauces for our prime rib and asparagus, and clearing off crumbs in between courses. True professionals. The prime rib was a bit average - I don't know what it is about prime rib, but so often it does show up lukewarm rather than hot. One good thing I can say about the temperature of the food is that the plate itself was heated, which kept the food temp at a minimally acceptable level throughout the meal. The asparagus accompaniment was very well prepared, with not even the stems going to waste. Portions were significant, and we had no room for dessert. One thing I would mention is that on the reservation, they asked what we're celebrating. I shared that this was my celebration of a 31st anniversary with my wife. I wasn't looking for anything complimentary to be offered, simply a congratulations / "thank you for celebrating with us" would have been nice.

We explained that we had not checked in yet and that we were early for our reservation. We said we were happy to wait at the bar and asked if they could let us know when our table was ready. We were told, "Oh no, you need to come back at your reservation time." I completely understand that every restaurant has different policies, but the way it was communicated did not sit well with me, and honestly, I almost let that initial interaction affect the rest of our evening. Thankfully, the experience did turn around after we were sat by a window with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. Our dinner was overall good! I had the Australian lobster tail, which was good, but not spectacular. Smaller than I expected. My husband had the ribeye along with the house salad. The house salad was delicious. The dressing was very light and delicious. He said the steak was a bit over cooked. He also ordered the mushrooms and mentioned they were the best mushrooms he's ever had. I also ordered the lobster bisque, which was rich, creamy, and flavorful. The bread and whipped butter were also tasty. Our waiter James was friendly, attentive, checked on us throughout dinner, and kept our wine topped off. His service made a huge difference in our experience. We had rough start to our evening, but at the end, had a lovely dinner and really enjoyed our meal. The food was great, the view was beautiful, and James provided excellent service. We would definitely come back, and hopefully next time the welcome will match the rest of the experience!
