Bacon was good, burger was cooked well, fries were crispy. Southwest Salad. Hands down the WORST salad I have ever had in my life. The corn looked anemic. Cheese was old. Salad dressing tasted like sour mayonnaise. I had to throw it away. This salad will haunt me for a long time. Chips and Salsa. Huge portion of tortilla chips with two very tiny condiment-sized containers (one with salsa and one with guacamole). There was enough salsa and guacamole for about 8 chips. Huge waste of money. Croissant French Toast. This was just ok. The side of butter was half melted and settling funny and didn't seem safe to eat. Two small slices of the toast. For the price I expected much better. This was a $10 dish trying to masquerade as a $20 dish. All American Breakfast. Eggs were greasy. Only toast option was sourdough. Potatoes were good. Bacon was very good. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the wings had a nice crisp with a tasty sauce. Cool spot to probably watch games while enjoying some food and drinks. The food we order was the prime rib dip sandwich which had a really nice cheese pool and the bread was warm and it comes with shoe string fries. Also we had there tacos fish and it was very Fresh Tortilla was warm and it was filled with some lettuce and cabbage inside comes with rice and black beans. However the flavor was kind of bland and just your normal casual fish tacos nothing to really Rave about. We also have their fish and chips lots of fried potatoes shoe strings Style and two big pieces of fish batter and it was really crispy. Also we had salmon BLT sandwich the bread was soaked with oil the fish was on the fishy side and we also had shoestring fries. Also we got there sausage pepperoni pizza and the crust was really great at the end the middle of the pizza was a little soggy. Overall our experience was casual and fun and they do have amazing service. They were quick with refilling our water and bringing our condiments. We ate at Brew Brothers upon our arrival to Harrah's, and our room wasn't ready so we decided to grab some lunch. My friend and I both ordered the American Burger with Fries, and my other friend ordered the Apple Chicken Salad. The beer selection was great! I had a Stone Tangerine Express Hazy IPA! I had to ask the server for a glass as it came in a can. When we received our food, only the burgers came and not the apple chicken salad. My burger was perfect but my friend ordered hers medium, her burger was rare. it was so rare that it was falling apart and it was disgusting! When we were finally able to get someone's attention, we let them know that she wanted her burger medium, so another server, not ours because we rarely saw her, took the plate back to the kitchen. That happened so quickly, that we didn't have the opportunity to tell that server that my friend was missing her salad. By the time we were able to get the attention of yet another server, we let them know we were missing a salad. The salad came out, and then another server (still not our original server, she was MIA), brought out a salad. We let her know we already received the salad so she took the 2nd one back to the kitchen. Our server finally appeared and we let her know we were still waiting on the burger. Our server again disappeared and server number 2 stopped by to ask how everything was, and we let her know we were still waiting on the burger. The burger finally arrived but the rest of us were done eating. The service at Brew Brothers was terrible and they weren't even that busy. They need to get their act together! They have the luxury of knowing that they're the only casual option in the 2 Caesar's properties so it's seems customer service is secondary. The Cajun linguine was delicious and had a kick but wasn't overly spicy. It had a nice amount of shredded chicken, shrimp, andouille sausage and red bell peppers. It had great flavor. The steak and fries were decent. We asked for medium rare and it was fine. I'm mixed about the rosemary being on the steak though as it masked the steak a bit. I also would have preferred mashed potatoes with steak as a steak with fries combo is a bit boring and dry. Hostess/front door staff are very disorganized and disrespectful. We were in line and the hostess started taking people behind my party at random because they were white, skipping over all the rest of us that weren't white. I spoke up and told her the rest of us in line haven't been helped yet and asked her why she's helping random people in the middle and back of line but ignoring the rest of us. She just said she didn't know. Obviously, that is a poor excuse for a long line that was standing for 45 minutes. They never helped the party in front of us, not even allowing them to put their name down on the list. They kept telling them to wait although they put 2 white parties on the list in that time. They left after a half an hour. My party was seated last after all the white people. We got our food last out of the whole restaurant. Our waitress was nice. The fire alarm was going off for about 20+ minutes and the staff just said to ignore it. An hour after ordering American fast food, we finally were allowed to eat after the whites. Yes, plates of french fries took an hour for us. If you don't want to eat in a racist and unprofessional place, don't eat here. If you don't want to listen to fire alarms blare for 20+ minutes don't eat here. We were stuck in the biggest storm of the year. We could not go outside that night. The next morning, we ate at other restaurants even though the snow and wind were massive. Only 1 star for a nice waitress. When she returned, we placed our order (smash burger and chicken tenders) Food was good. Then I ordered a slice of apple pie to go. I didn't want ice cream and I did not want it heated up. I'm sure glad I opened my bag to look at the pie. The pie looked all crumbled in pieces. It really looked like she had ordered another order of chicken tenders, but only about five pieces in a pie plate. I went up to her, and I asked her what this was and she told me it was the pie and she asked me if I wanted to replace it. I said I did. We waited a few minutes and she brought the pie out again and it wasn't as messed up as it was before, but I took it anyway. When I decided to eat it when I returned to the room, I took one small bite and it tasted like plastic it was raw! I did not go back to tell them. I just figured I would write this about it. Do not order any dessert from brew Brothers. I don't know if when you order a piece of pie they need to bake it in the oven before bringing it out, but I think that the waitress should have told me something about it before giving it to me. She said she watched the kitchen people get it out of the original pie tin and put it in my dish, but that's it. Start to finish, a great experience. It's a good looking restaurant, right inside the Harrah's door at the corner of Stateline and 50. The hostess was super friendly and accommodating, as was our waiter. First we had the Bavarian pretzel - I can't think of a better pretzel since one I had in Austria last year! Then we had grilled fish tacos... very tasty. Enough of a meal for the two of us to split. I've had (to go) their pizzas, both the pepperoni and the mushroom, and seriously, this pizza has the perfect saltiness, the perfect toppings/sauce to crust ratio. I went here recently while in Tahoe and there were definitely some pros and cons. For breakfast I got pancakes eggs and sausage and its was pretty mid nothing special. However I tried my finances chilaquiles and those had a lot more flavor and would have been probably a better option. I also really enjoyed the Bloody Mary I got just we did not receive it until our meals came which was disappointing. We actually went again for dinner since nothing casual was really open that was around us. We split a burger that I thought was pretty good just didn't amaze me. To everyone; Be aware of stupidity at this restaurant. I eat at this Brews Brothers in Harrahs many times before. It's a pretty good restaurant for pizza and pasta and It's a convenient place and stays open to late night. Last week we with a party of 4 went there around 5:30 pm to catch an early dinner. To our surprise there was a wait. The host said it's about 40 minutes and I mentioned to her we were Seven Star Ceasar members. This status usually gives us some priority just like the airlines. We decided to wait since we were early. We waited just outside the host stand, a few steps away. At 40 minutes I went to check on our place in line. The host said 10 more minutes and we could be seated. About 15 minutes later I went up to check again. All the sudden, they all acted funny and the host had to call their supervisor. A taller host came out and said she called my phone and then called out for me and I didn't respond, so she canceled me. I told her, I didn't get a call on my phone and we were waiting right next to the stand. She continued to insist we did not respond so she canceled me. But immediately she realized I caught her lying, so she seated us immediately without an apology. I was so furious. The problem is the restaurant hires these young people who have little to zero experience and promote them to a Stupid-visor role and all they do is make excuses and blame the customer. I asked to speak to the general manager but they didn't call her. So decided to comment on social media instead.
