Bratwurst - awesome bun and brat.
    Cam A.

Outstanding!!! This place has a great vibe and mountain community feel. The food was outstanding! Ordered a pretzel and while the cheese was great the pretzel was massive and equally delicious. I also had the bratwurst without the sauerkraut and it was awesome as well. The pretzel bun it's served on was great. I ordered a cherry cider that was super good! Loved every bit of our time here and found a new favorite lunch place. FYI it's primarily a weekend place so make sure you look up the times they are open before making a trip.

We always have a fantastic experience when we dine at Brewmasters. Also we most always show up right before the doors open and drop 20-25 riders on them the moment the doors open. Never once has this been an issue. Our food comes out in a timely manner and it's always absolutely delicious. Not gonna lie probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The restaurant is always clean and homey and typical for what you would think of a "mountain" restaurant but even nicer oh and the outdoor seating is so nice to eat under the pine trees. When in the area do yourself a favor and stop here for a drink and a delicious bite to eat..

Go get yourself the chicken taco special OMG they're good

Had a downright enjoyable visit last week at Brew Masters. When I arrived it was just myself and the two staff members at the counter. They could not have been more accomodating and friendly. I let them know that Jessica had responded to an email inquiry about hanging out and using their Wifi while I ate dinner, and right away I was directed to the most comfortable seating area which held overstuffed couches and chairs (freaking awesome). I plugged right in and was treated to a sample of blond ale, which was a terrific recommendation. After about 20 minutes the crowd started to filter in and I'm pretty sure every single person was recognized. It was awesome. I ordered the chicken tacos special and they were terrific. Can't wait try one of their sandwiches and soup. It's always a little intimidating trying out small town establishments when you aren't a true local. But that night, I sure felt like one! ***Make sure to check out when they are open because the hours are limited.

Pretzel, beer cheese, and The Winston

I live nearby in Nevada City and have always loved this place. I heard they recently had a change in ownership and some things were upgraded so I wanted to come check it out! The New England clam chowder in a toasted sourdough bread bowl was absolutely delicious. Killer pretzels and The Winston was amazing! They also have a wide variety of beers on tap. The specials board updated everyday and posted on Instagram/online. This place was definitely worth the drive! I'll be stopping by next week for lunch. Always a great visit, staff is friendly and on point. Just always an overall relaxing place to eat and visit.

Obviously, you need to order a cold beer and a Bavarian pretzel as soon as you sit down. Bottomless beer cheese as long as you still have pretzel. The Winston didn't disappoint, comeback sauce was on point! Beer menu needs to be updated as the first of the beers we ordered were not actually available, but they were swift with tasty alternatives and willing to gave samples to make sure we were happy with the selection. Full of locals and mountain charm. A place to visit each time you're in the area.

I have been craving BMD since July so I flew all the way from Hawaii just to stop at my favorite restaurant. It was 100% worth it. I always start with a GIANT pretzel, beer cheese, and some house smoked wings for the table. I usually get The Rango as my main, but today's special was a tri-tip sandwich on garlic bread... I couldn't resist. Make sure to always check their specials board, it changes daily. They have an extensive beer and wine list, plus non alcoholic drinks as well. From the tasty food to the friendly staff BMD always makes me feel at home.

First time ever in forest hill, and let me tell you the town has so much to offer. You must stop at Brew Master Deli the food is to die for, literally. & The beer selection is beyond amazing you literally cannot beat this deli! The service we received here was A1. We went with everything they recommended from appetizer to drink selection. Every time we come to forest hill we will always come back to Brew Masters Deli Shoutout to our Airbnb host Robert for recommending this amazing place in his great little town.

Wow! Came in on their third day of business and it was great! Many different selections of both domestic and imported beers as well as a good selection of wine. Because their business was so good during the previous two days of business, they were down to two sandwich choices when we came in (how cool is that? Shows you how desperate we are in our little mountain community for good crafted deli sandwiches!) Had the kalu pork sandwich which had pineapple, arugula and a sweet/spicy sauce. Very tasty and the roll it was on was very fresh and soft. Beer selection cannot be beat. Ample seating both inside and out and a very relaxed atmosphere with with to enjoy your meal. Will return again, hands down.

I called this business today because my Chase Business credit card showed an unfamiliar transaction…read moreassociated with their merchant descriptor. I was simply trying to determine whether the charge was legitimate. I first spoke with a very pleasant employee who explained they were busy because of the weekend, took my information, and said someone would most likely call me back early next week. I also contacted Chase to report the $845.61 transaction as unfamiliar and asked them to investigate. About two hours later, at approximately 9:45 PM, I received a call from the owner while my 6-year-old daughter was next to me as I was reading her bedtime story. Instead of asking questions or trying to understand why I was calling, he immediately accused me of being a scammer and told me that "you and your family should die a horrible death." I was shocked by the hostility. My daughter asked me what the man meant by wishing us to die and it took me a moment to come together to senses what to say to her about it.. I understand that business owners receive scam calls and can be cautious. I get them all the time and some times it gets annoying. However, there is no excuse for speaking to another person that way. I immediately called back, left a calm voicemail and gave him the opportunity to return my call to apologize. I never received a response. Iwant to be clear that I do not know whether the unfamiliar charge was caused by this business, their payment processor, or something else. Chase is investigating that separately. My review is based solely on how I was treated during that phone call. Ironically, my father and I actually stopped at this pub on that day of June 5. We looked at the menu, decided not to eat there because of the high cost menu prices, and instead had a great lunch at Burger Me in downtown Truckee and even took a selfie with food as it was delishious (tuna burger was incredible - highly recommend). After reading other reviews mentioning similar interactions, I hope the owner reflects on how customers are treated. As a husband, father of three, and a nearby property owner, I expected far better professionalism. I have written over 100 Yelp reviews over the years, and the vast majority have been 5-star reviews because I enjoy recognizing businesses that provide excellent service. Unfortunately, this is one of the very few times I've felt compelled to leave a 1-star review. I do not like to leave poor reviews and I sincerely hope the owner reflects on how customers are treated and chooses to do better in the future.
