I love this place. My wife and I come here at least once a week, especially for brunch. Super yummy beer, the best food, wonderful staff that actually cares about their customers, (crazy concept right...) Super fun live music with a beautiful patio. They are never too busy or over crowded for a group and always accommodate our friend groups which is hard to find in the area and we always leave with huge smiles on our face. Tiffany the owner is super nice and was so eager to take recommendations on crepes from my wife (a crepe expert). Oh, and the best part, they are dog friendly! Inside and out! Great brewery, great food, and great concept! It makes me miss living in Englewood. I first heard about Brewability when looking for Geeks Who Drink trivia locations (they play on Tuesday nights). I've since started following their Facebook page so that I can keep up with all the events they regularly have scheduled. I love that they hire and support folks with intellectual and physical disabilities but even moreso I love the community building the do. Pet friendly, kid friendly, abilities friendly, sensory friendly... what more could you ask for? I went last Sunday for daytime Brunch, karaoke, a plant sale, and a drag queen selling pies. During your time at this cool venue, you will hear staff members singing and see some dancing to the awesome music they play and you can even get Jorge to play his pink clarinet for you. All of the servers are friendly and are happy to get whatever you need. Just know that it may take a few minutes to get your beer if they are helping someone else as the incredible owner, Tiffany, makes sure that everything is right. The pretzel bites came with a very healthy portion of cheese dip which was really good. We had two pizzas - a make your own and one of their specialty pizzas, the Big Mac Pizza - an incredible blend of flavors. They have a good selection of beers made in-house. And if you can't decide, they are happy to pour you a sample. This place is amazing and what Tiffany has done is incredible! We love coming here. Variety of food from pizza, to Mac n cheese, to appetizers. All very tasty!! They have live music or a theme during the weekend..be sure to check out their FB page. The people working there are very kind, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. They have a sensory section and toys for kids well. Great for everyone !! Great concept, very friendly owner and delicious pizza. I'm personally not a beer drinker so no review from me on that. But the pizza was great, the staff is very friendly and the owner was amazing; great gal to chat with. Our son is 10 months old and is learning sign language from me teaching him, and we are trying our best to introduce him to all different people so that he learns to accept everyone. The atmosphere was great and something for everyone. Even the other patrons were very friendly! Overall all a great dining experience and I love that they employ folks with disabilities and folks that are deaf. I can't wait to go back and be able to use my sign language again. read more

This is an amazing local brewery/restaurant that serves you both beer and pizza! They hire employees that have special needs/disabilities and have a system in place for better communication between customers and the staff. The service was excellent as well as the pizza. I highly recommend checking this place out. There is seating both outside and inside! Parking is a bit difficult but it is located in a great block that has a variety of shops and restaurants to check out while you are there! read more

One of my favorite places! It always restores my faith in humanity. They were very accommodating for a large group (about 30 of us) on a Friday afternoon (do call in advance). I appreciate the openness and how accepting and supportive the business is. 3 stars us for the food. I got a 16 inch half veggie (not great, pretty plain) and half supreme (it was ok) and also a cheesy garlic appetizer which was also a pizza. The two combined fed 4 adults. This is SUCH a fantastic place, with a nice assortment of beers and also non-alcoholic drinks. I absolutely LOVE their business model, and have been overwhelmed by the wonderful service every time I have come here. Great patio, and they often have live music! I also have to say... it's a woman-owned business, and you can totally tel just by how wonderfully comfortable the restroom is. It's stocked with every thing a womxn might need, and truly feels like you are at a friend's house. I also LOVE their signs in the bathroom to help support womxn's safety. Seeking a brewery to have a couple belated birthday brews with my girl, Marissa C; we consulted our Pub Passes and decided Brewability Lab was just the place for us! SPACE/ATMOSPHERE: Brewability Lab is located in an industrial complex off Peoria Street. You def have to be looking for it and parking can be a little tight for sure! The space inside is on the smaller side. They have some games and the tables are all coated in chalkboard paint so you can doodle as you drink. Fun! During our visit they were playing various Disney songs/videos on a projector. While fun and entertaining for everyone - the volume was just a bit loud to have a conversation amongst ourselves. SERVICE: Love the concept! Tiffany is a former special ed teacher and everyone on her staff has a developmental disability. She provides them the opportunity to develop their skills and be a part of the workforce. Everyone was very friendly! BREWS: My friend and I both are big stout fans - so we both went for the "purple" and ordered the nitro coffee stout. My BF opted for the "red" and had the strawberry blonde. They were all solid choices! The stouts had great flavor. It took us a while to get our nitro stouts because it took longer for them to settle. So by the time we got them - my BF was basically done with his. Bummer... FOOD TRUCKS: With no kitchen for themselves, they rely on food trucks (like most breweries in the Denver-Metro area) to serve the hungry bellies of their patrons. Michigan Colorado Chefs was parked outside serving up Philly Cheese Steaks, Chiago style dogs, and more! EVENTS: During our visit they were hosting a pottery painting event. We had a last minute birthday party here for my son who has Down syndrome. The staff went above and beyond to make it an amazing experience!! They gave us a small quiet private area for the party. They put up decorations and even bought a gift for our son. He had two of his friends with autism at his party and they all had a great time together. Pros: -Love the mission & the staff was very friendly -Pizza came out quickly and tasted good -The outdoor area is nice Cons: -Disappointed to learn there were only 3 beers to choose from (excluding a sour and a milk stout) -Pizza is pretty expensive for what you get ($23 for pepperoni, $25-28 for most others with toppings) -The drink menu is incredibly sloppy, full of typos, and difficult to make sense of Ultimately, I don't think I would come back. Again, I love the mission and the staff was great, but I believe the ratings to be inflated for that exact reason. From an objective standpoint, there are much better places in the area. But I'll never feel contrite about supporting these places. read more

Very inviting atmosphere! Have been here multiple times and have not ever been disappointed. The pizza is what I would recommend ordering for food. The spinach artichoke dip is ok too. Beer selection is good. Love the cause/mission of the establishment and the service here is always amazing. There's a decent amount of places to sit. Depending on the time of day, it can get loud so if you're trying to do work just be able to work in an environment with live music (loved it)!:) The drag queen BINGO (every other Friday evening) was fun , so definitely try to make it for that. Parking isn't great but really, where in Denver/surrounding areas have amazing options for parking haha read more

I love love love this place! The owner is a BCBA and special education teacher. Her dream was always to open a brewery and so that's exactly what she did. She employs individuals that have disabilities and her concept is incredible. All the taps are color coded and you order your beer by color for the sake of the bartender. We ended up coming in for some pizza and beers after trying two other unsatisfactory places. The staff is super friendly and down to earth. They also have live music on Fridays and one other day of the week (I forget which day she said). I overheard one of the staff mention and explain how they chose the name for the place whilst talking to a few customers. She was simply stating how they hire young adults and other various people with physical and mental disabilities. I just thought that it was and is the coolest thing and how wonderful a place to be and be involved in. On top of that, The whole vibe is great and just what felt grateful to be lucky enough to catch the end of a private tour being given by the owner/manager. She was informing the tour guests that their products they chose ti use here, even down to the toilet paper company, are ordered and then all made by people with disabilities. If you do not come support this place you should T go out in Public. 100% great plac. Ohhhh, and the food is great too, try getting your pizza a bit on the crispier side). read more

The concept is great- absolutely. That's why we came here. Then we tried the food and beer, and it was incredible. The creativity of styling with the drinks- $1 for cool toppings/rim options. We had half Hawaiian pizza, half meat lovers. I was annoying with additions/subtractions on the pizza and they had it perfect. Make sure if you want a beer refill, ask. There's information to order beer using sign language, and order by color. They also have braille menus. 10/10. Not just for concept, but for quality product. read more

We ordered a vegetarian and a deluxe pizza on Saturday, November 18, 2023 through Grubhub. the GrubHub delivery as always was perfect. I put a review in Grubhub and it was removed today. I'm sorry to say I had to give the establishment one star for the worst pizza ever asking "where is the quality control and quality assurance in the kitchen." We are all about wanting to support this location but I would've been better off donating $50 and pouring a bowl of cereal. Both of the pizzas were completely inedible and way undercooked and tasted horrible. What is even more crappy is my review was removed from GrubHub which is not right. The owners could have reached out to me if they wanted to know more and taken it on the chin. Every restaurant has a bad night and perhaps there wasn't supervision, but to remove the review entirely is flat out wrong and a misrepresentation, I have rarely posted bad reviews and we order take out frequently enough. Consumers should be able to trust the reviews that are left by customers and merchant should not be able to remove negative reviews The problem with our pizza Saturday night was not that it was done by special-needs people. The problem is the owners did not have quality assurance in place to verify the quality of the food leaving the restaurant. Sorry folks you missed this one by a mile. read more
