The location is nice and the servers were kind. The arroz con pollo and agua panela was a hit for my table... they both brought nice memories for me. Getting my food took over half an hour and one of my friends did not get there's at all ... we had to constantly remind the servers to get the kitchen to do their job.. this restaurant uses a system for ordering and paying your food at the table. They charge a fee for use of that platform and a 25% service charge for the cost and tax of the food. It is ridiculous to do all the work at the table and still be charged for a tip and platform fee. Tried to give this spot a chance a few times. First two times we were here, the service was not great but it's in our neighborhood and it's a nice establishment to grab a drink. This time was the last nail in the coffin. I'm doing dry January and noticed they have coffee on the menu. Sweet! It's 1:30 pm, I ask if I can get an iced latte, and the server points to the bartender and says, "we just stopped serving coffee because he doesn't like cleaning the machine." Ok iced tea it is then. My girlfriend ordered a virgin Bloody Mary and they charged us the same price for a regular Bloody Mary. $10.50 for a virgin Bloody Mary and $5 for an iced tea plus lazy service and not very good hospitality = we will not be back. read more

They had a completely full dining room and it was apparent that they were having a staffing issue. Given this, we were willing to be somewhat patient. However, there was zero communication to us regarding actual timing or the issues. We arrived at 5:45 and didn't get drinks until 6:45. Our waiter kept saying he was coming back to take our food order, but never did so we left after an hour and a half of no service as we had a show at 7:30. This was my first experience at Brewdog and it was fantastic. The vibe was very mellow and the beer was amazing. I was originally just going in for one beer (Mile High) and it was so good I had to do the flight of their in house beers. All were very good but the two that stood out were the Mile High and the Triple Your Luck. I also got the wings and they were very crispy and good. Worst experience at a restaurant in YEARS! We went to brew dog before a concert at the Mission. We had a group of 11 and made a 5:30 reservation to ensure we had ample time to eat and make it to the show on time. We were the second table seated in a room of probably 15 tables. After we were seated, and before we were able to get a beer, the other tables filled up. It took more than two hours to get two beers despite trying to go to the bar, asking our server repeatedly if we could order and going to the manager. When we finally got our food, it was ice cold and was messed up. Our waiter was a total jerk, and seemed to want nothing to do with us since we were a large table. He was going to get tipped on no matter what. Several members of our party talked to the manager and she did everything she could to try and make things right, but said that because it's a corporate chain, she really had no ability to fix anything. First time at BrewDog was excellent. I sampled 6 beers and they were all better than expected. Their Punk IPA is one of my new favorites. I only tried the basic pub food but it all exceeded expectations. They were out of the giant pretzel but I look forward to trying that next time. Kristen was our server and she was fantastic. I visited this location a few days ago and needless to say, I will not be back. The atmosphere is decent and we were seated right away. After we were seated, we were not acknowledged for 30minutes. Scanning the QR code on the table, only took us to reviews, no food or beer menu. Terrible. Once acknowledged, the waiter had to get us menus and proceeded to give them to the table behind us! We ordered 4 beers and 4 meals and only received 3 meals and 3 beers only to have to wait for the last meal to come cold and not the correct order.
