Next time I would probably just order online and pick it up so I could avoid the in-person ordering process altogether. I had the turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. I would say definitely a step up from your typical sub sandwich chain in terms of flavor and toppings options. I tried the chili mac as well. The chili is definitely à la Wendy's but I enjoyed it. The mac and cheese was good as well. I'd probably get either on its own but not together again. I also tried the Potbelly/Zapp's collab chips, the Hot Pepper flavor. They were good but are definitely not for everyone. When I visited, most of their fountain soda options were out of order so I settled on a no sugar added Pineapple Passionfruit juice/soda which was actually pretty good. Their desserts are not listed on the menu and some are by the pay counter, some in a little refrigerator and some in a "jewelry" case. I ordered the Chocolate Caramel Hole Cake out of the refrigerator. A "hole" cake has holes in it with, in this case, caramel poured into the holes. Absolutely the bomb!
