This is the coffee shop in the Sunriver Village. I ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk and no sweetener. It came out tasting very sweet so I'm not sure if the matcha is pre-sweetened or if their almond milk is sweet or what, but it was sweeter than I wanted. It still tasted good though. It was decently good matcha but I can tell that matcha is not what they specialize in. I do commend them for working fast though! There was quite a line ahead of me before I could order but it went quick and my drink only took about 8 minutes before it was ready, so it wasn't too bad! read more

This coffee shop in Sunriver has great vibes and even better drink options. They were playing Hanna Montana as soon as I walked in and I could already tell this place was legit. The barista was friendly even with how busy it was when I entered. I ended up ordering a sausage breakfast burrito and the mandarin orange mocha. The burrito was quite filling and good for the price and the mocha surprised me with how subtle yet good the orange flavoring was in the drink. It tasted like the chocolate covered oranges from Trader Joe's IYKYK. All in all, this place was pretty epic and I would highly recommend it if you are spending any time at all in Sunriver and wanna try a sweet coffee/non coffee drink. read more

It's a popular little coffee spot that holds its own with Starbucks across the street from it. They have decent roasts available and some unique menu items if their own. Service was just a girl taking orders. Nothing special. The real shame is there is no merch - not even a sticker (I try and get stickers from every roaster I visit). read more

Was in town for a family vacation and walked in here with my aunt to grab some coffee after our afternoon stroll into the village. Sunriver is beautiful and this coffee shop is a cute little spot. It was pretty poppin in here, but it is summer and it's beautiful out so definitely made sense as to why. There's some seating inside which is nice but we just got ours togo so that we could do some shopping at the little shops around and meet up with the rest of the family. They do have plenty of seating right outside, too. I ordered a toffee cooler in a grande size. It was ice blended, which was so perfect for a hot summer day in Sunriver. I didn't get it with whipped cream unfortunately, but it still did the trick and was super tasty. I was pleasantly surprised. The kids working there were also really nice too. Definitely would come back here if I ever was fortunate enough to find myself in Sunriver again. read more

We were staying in Sunriver and came across this cute little coffee shop! They have some pastries and breakfast items plus all sorts of coffee drinks. I went with the Belgian Latte which is just a vanilla latte with caramel drizzle. It was a solid latte with enough caramel to make it taste different from my typical vanilla latte. They were pretty busy, we the wait was a bit longer than usual. The decor inside is nice and I bet the warm weather months are lovely here because they can open their big garage door windows to let fresh air inside. This was a great spot to swing by for some morning coffee on our way to ski! read more

My daughter got a coffee and said it tasted burnt but thinking it was a one-off, I tried it the next day. I ordered the white cow mocha. It took about 15 minutes ( it was busy) but my husband and I grabbed it and left. Upon tasting it, not only did it not taste like white mocha..it tasted like burnt coffee with burnt foam milk. I had my friend try it, as it was she who recommended it, and she said that it wasn't the white mocha and agreed it did not taste good. My daughter got an iced version the next day along with a pastry and was underwhelmed. The coffee was meh and the pastry was dry. I don't know if it was just an off weekend or what, but I'm not likely to return. read more

Such a cute place. All the customers look happy. Strong inviting coffee smell. I got an oat milk hot cocoa. I loved that the cashier asked me, an adult, if I wanted kid temp. Heck yes I do! Perfect temp. And it was tasty too. I've had many subpar dairy-free hot cocoas in my day so I was impressed. My aunt got the Turkish hazelnut latte and she was taken aback by how bitter it was. Make sure you taste it before you leave so you can sweeten if that's not your thing! My son got the peanut butter chino without coffee and holy cow it was delicious. I really enjoy the coffee here, today was my second time coming as I visit Sunriver a few times a year and I will say the first time I visited, which was I believe last November or December the coffee tasted a lot better.... It seems that there were new people working this time around which that's not really a good thing if the turnaround at the shop is quite consistent, versus keeping the same staff.... The pastries were just OK. I got two scones that were definitely lacking salt in the dough, the muffin was just OK as well. Needless to say I purchased four drinks and four bakery items and spent almost $50, extremely overpriced and will not be returning due to that factor! read more

However, it took 20 minutes to get our order of an Americano, drip coffee, hot chocolate, and an Irish cream latte. I understand we ordered 4 drinks but only one was a "speciality" coffee. I bought a pastry that cost almost $8 to walk down to the bakery at the other end of the village and find a freshly baked one at half the price. Disappointed since the one I bought from here tasted stale and refrigerated . Lesson learned. Staff is nice but I wouldn't say overly friendly. These things matter to me. I enjoyed the pumpkin cookies the most. My husband enjoyed the caramel apple cider. I had a chai, which was ok but very ginger-forward. If you enjoy that, it is definitely unique flavor for a chai. It was a bit windy outside so we sat inside. Unfortunately there were so many flies we had to move outside. It isn't really their fault as there are tons of flies everywhere in that part of Oregon, but it was not a comfortable environment to enjoy a relaxing light breakfast. They have some good selections. This place is THE BEST. The cold brew at Brewed Awakenings is delicious and they offer many regular and sugar-free syrups to sweeten your drink, the baked goods are top notch - fresh and tasty - we tried scones and cookies. The prices are very reasonable compared to the bigger coffee shops, but also the service was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and quick! I ordered a tall iced white mocha and it was good, but VERY milky and not super rich white chocolate flavor if that's what you're looking for. Still refreshing, but not a strong espresso or white chocolate flavor. The croissant was delicious with flakey buttery layers! Yum. The center was ever so slightly under baked, but delicious!! They had tons of food options that all looked mouth watering. Definitely want to come back to try more. The food pickup is on the right of the ordering counter and the drink pickup is on the left. This was the perfect smoothie stop for after a day of hiking. I got the strawberry wave that tasted like a strawberry milkshake... not exactly what I was going for and you couldn't taste the lime at all. The orange tickler, on the other hand, was amazing. Super strange experience there today. Waited in the drive through line, placed our order and waited. The car in front of us got to the pick up window then got out of her truck and proceeded to unload a huge delivery of onions, syrups and other goods through the small take out window. Took 5+ minutes. She then walked back to our car and asked, "are you in line?" Um yea weirdo. We are in line like everyone else. Maybe next time the workers can unload their goods through the entrance and not hold up a drive through line during the morning rush? Ow, and the order was completely wrong. They took a while to make that, maybe because we were there really early, around 6.30am. The vibe was nice and quirky. They have a lot of coffee cocktails which I really want to try. Ah, it's been 3 years. Brewed Awakenings never disappoints. I have never gotten bakery goods from here previously so I decided to give it a try. The lemon bar was delicious and had the perfect amount of sweetness and tanginess. I also tried the chocolate almond biscotti (unfortunately, I didn't take a picture). It was the biggest biscotti I've ever seen. I felt like I needed a knife to cut it up, haha. It's covered in chocolate and goes perfectly with a cup of hot coffee.
