I ordered a large chicken and bacon pizza for pickup and asked for ranch as the base sauce. I even confirmed over the phone, and the employee said they could do it. When I arrived, I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting 40. I live close by, so I was home within 10 minutes, but when I tried the pizza, the chicken and bacon were overcooked, the pizza was dry, and there was no ranch flavor at all despite requesting a ranch base. The "large" also looked more like a medium. For $27 total, it didn't feel worth the price. I've heard great reviews and wanted to try this place, so I may give it another chance, but this visit wasn't satisfying. I submitted complaints online using their order system for two of these orders and the response message assures you someone will reach out to make it right. That never happened. We have been here several times for pizza and have not been disappointed. We always receive great service and enjoy the pizza. We like being able to watch sports on the TV and they have a nice beer selection. I think they are underrated, as the pizza is always very good and they have some really unique combinations. Stopped in for what should've been a quick lunch but the service was extremely slow. I ordered the Cobb, and the other person ordered soup and salad. It took forever for her soup to come out, as if they hadn't had it prepared yet for serving. But it was 12p, so maybe they weren't done setting up for the day. Only one server on the floor and it took honestly more than 10 minutes after initial greeting for her return to take our orders. The Cobb salad was great and large but very expensive. Avocado was very fresh so that was an added plus. Large parking lot with ample spaces and interior and exterior patio seating so plenty of options! read more

It's been a long time since we've eaten here and I remember really liking it when I did so I'm glad this meal was just as good as I remember. Mom and I split the CPK and Cheesy Garlic Bread. We wanted to try something a little different than a normal pepperoni and that CPK looked great. First impressions when I started eating it was how large the bacon and chicken pieces were and how there was A LOT of meat. the crust was super soft and had an almost airy texture to it. With most pizzas I don't eat the crust but this tasted so delicious I couldn't help myself and I ate that as well. And the cheesy garlic bread was DELICIOUS. Highly highly recommend getting that to go with your pizza!! Not as cheesy as the Little Caesars cheesy bread but still fantastic and had a strong glaric flavor which was heavenly. Pair that with some of that pizza sauce on top of the cheesy bread and you're good to go! Mom and I really enjoyed our meal here. The downside is the price for some of these pies. We got a large which cost $30. There are lots of pizza spots to choose from depending on your tastes and how much you want to spend, and while I wouldn't consider this specific pizza worth $30, for a rare treat or a special occasion, it was damn good and more satisfying than places like Little Caesars or Domino's, even if it was more expensive. read more

I ordered a large meat pizza & added 3 vegetable toppings for pick up. I was not thrilled when I walked in to pick it up & screaming kids were running around (monkeys ware better behaved). I was flabbergasted when my 1 pizza came out to $65!!! I was floored, but paid it because I ordered it & it was ready. I could hardly believe how much it cost! That's by far the most expensive pizza I've purchased, ever! To make matters worse, the ill behaved children continued to run around (playing tag in the dining room) and one ran right into me when I was reaching for the door, causing me to juggle the pizza & almost dropping it. Nobody working there cared their dining room was in total chaos & ruining any experience for anyone other than the adults ignoring their brats. When I got home, I discovered the toppings were sparse! I'd give a higher score here if we could do decimals, but we can't, so two it is. But BCP, in my heart, you are really a 2.4. BCP is less than five minutes from my house and just reopened, so I was looking forward to trying it. I love breweries and pizza and not driving far, so this seemed like it would be a good fit. It was not a good fit. Walking in, we were greeted and seated immediately. The restaurant was clean and whatever remodeling they did was nice enough. I had to ask for a beer list (sorry, no picture). The beer offerings were so sparse I didn't get any because there wasn't anything interesting. For a place with brewery in the name, they had maybe the smallest beer selection I've ever seen at a place with a full bar and - I can't over emphasize this - named BREWERY CITY. I expected a city of beer. A major metropolitan area of suds to choose from. Representatives from dozens of microbrews and imports from every corner of the globe. Alas, all I got was a frosty glass of irony. We ordered lunch specials for my kids (individual pizza/salad/soda for $12) and a medium Spartacus, a pizza with an herb cream cheese base, chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, tomatoes, and roasted red peppers. After waiting a while, our server came and informed us that there was a delay because the kitchen was overwhelmed from everyone coming in at once. Two things to note here: 1) It was lunch time, one of the times where you are supposed to expect that, and 2) when he told us this, there were four tables besides ours. All had four or fewer people, and one had already boxed up leftovers by the time we were informed of the delay. That said, I appreciate being kept in the loop. We waited a while longer, and finally our server came by to tell us it would only be another 10 minutes. All told, we got there right at noon, ordered almost immediately, and got food after the 1:00 football game had been on a while. The crust on the pizza was pretty decent. Fluffy and chewy with good flavor and cooked perfectly. The kids' pizzas (cheese and pepperoni) were both okay, nothing that would incentivize me to order something simpler next time, but good. The Spartacus was perhaps the most processed food tasting item I've ever gotten at a restaurant. I could be wrong, but my guess is that the cream cheese was from a tub, the shredded cheese a bag, the chicken from a bag, the tomatoes from a cryo-pac, the bacon from a bag, and the red peppers from a jar. Again, could be wrong, but not a single ingredient tasted like it was made in house. That isn't automatically disqualifying, but at a sit-down place charging ~$20 for a pizza, I'd like to have fresher, better tasting ingredients. It brought down their pretty good crust. So while the distance is great, the ambiance is okay, the service was good, and the pizza crust slightly above average, the underwhelming beer selection, a kitchen that is overwhelmed by 14 people at lunch, and a "specialty" pizza that tasted top to bottom like it was made by Sysco, I can't justify another visit. read more

BCP has a Happy Hour from 3pm-6 I've always liked the design and cleanliness of this place. I visited for the first time in a long time, about 4:45 on a rainy December Tuesday, for my first try at the Happy Hour menu. I expected an adult experience (Happy Hour). Instead, this should be called Family Hour or some such. There were several loud, whiny and crying toddlers (+) and more kept coming! I placed my order at 4:54pm for a pickup time selected by them of 5:19pm. I arrived at 5:15. Two other parties were waiting in waiting area, lots of people coming and going, one person doing the hostess and pickup orders, appeared busy. I ordered a margarita with extra shredded cheese on thin crust. I've had this pizza one other time and really enjoyed it. Their sizes are misleading - medium, large, giant. A large is basically the size of a medium dominos pizza. I ordered a giant one for my household this evening. It was an additional $3.50 for the extra cheese and I tipped. Total was $30+! So if everything had gone great it would be worth it. I had to wait a long time. I was out of there at 5:30. Usually I walk in and the pizza is ready for me. The crust was overcooked/hard to chew/hurt my teeth and they did not put extra cheese on it. I did ask for light glaze and they pulled that off. Second picture is the thin crust margarita, extra cheese, size giant. First picture picture is the margarita (possibly regular crust), extra cheese, size large. Writing this on behalf of our pharmaceutical rep because I think she's too nice to do it herself. We decided on BCP for our lunch meeting today and placed an order around 11:20 for one pizza, three salads, and a meatball sandwich. She was told the food would be ready at 11:55. By 12:15 there was still no sign of our food being ready, and our rep overheard the waitress telling another customer that they didn't have any meatballs left. Nobody told our rep that they ran out. Strange, because we had a meatball sandwich in our order...so maybe that just meant they had enough for our sandwich? Nope. As it turned out, they were going to give her the rest of our food EXCEPT for the sandwich (for which they would refund her.) They probably should have mentioned they were out of meatballs when she came to pick up the order, or at least offer her the opportunity to put in an order for a different menu item to replace the meatball sandwich - which they eventually did, after our rep realized their plan was to simply leave out one meal from our order. She didn't get our food until 12:30. They also didn't provide any utensils (I guess they just assumed we'd eat our salads with our hands?) They still get 2 stars because the food was really good, but I expect much better service from an establishment like this, especially since their prices are on the higher end. Bummer. read more

Yum! Outstanding service from beginning to end. They have a small full bar and a great selection of beers on tap. We tried a little of everything, since it was our first time there. We figured at least one thing would be good, didn't expect it all to be so good lol. Food took a little bit of time to arrive, but it was hot and fresh. They only have two sauces for their wings, but you don't need more when those sauces are both delicious. We also tried their hero sandwich that came on focaccia bread and was piled high with meat, cheese, fresh veggies and a fantastic vinaigrette dressing. Their personal pizza was good sized and came with three toppings of your choice for $10. Can't beat that deal. It was really quiet , but it was also later on a Sunday evening. I forgot to post this, this was pre- covid. I came here for lunch back in late February/ early March with a girlfriend after she suggested this place and I have to say I was impressed. They have a good lunch special either pizza or calzone with a side salad for 9.75- you can't beat that. They also offer pasta but if I'm going to a place that specializes in pizza that's what I'm getting. Service was nice though a bit slow when it came to paying but I need to go back because the food was good. read more

Went to lunch at 11:00 as the doors opened, ordered and 20 minutes later were told the kitchen was slammed, we were the only table there, and waited ten more minutes to get the salad portion of our lunch combo of salad and personal pizza. Salad had brown limp old lettuce. Another 30 minutes later and our little pizzas arrived. There was a to go order of 6 pizzas that came in and waited 20 minutes, but that slammed the kitchen??? We are still the only table! The salad was crap, with the worst ranch dressing I have ever had. Red rocks disguised as cherry tomatoes . First time I every ordered from this place, but it was flavorless pizza & not hot, barely even warm. The dessert chocolate chip cookie, was supposed to be a 'Smorezoni' but had only a miniscule amount of marshmallow sauce; I couldn't even tell there was any, so I called back and the person told me . . " It's in the middle of the cookie". And same tiny amount of chocolate & caramel drizzle. The worst parts though, were that the pizza crust was all covered in corn meal, and the cookie was way overbaked - burnt to blackened, hard as a rock, inedible. I had been visiting this restaurant between the years of 1986-1990 as I worked in the old Lacey Cinemas which is now my church. Anyways, after walking in and waiting to be seated for 9 minutes I found myself going to the bar area in order to place a to go order. Things were good after that, but they could benefit by leaving someone in the entrance to make sure that first contact is as good as it can be. This is a great go to pizza place for anyone in the area who is gluten free. We've ordered from here several times both when I lived and worked in the area and whenever I'm down visiting family and we have one of those- I'm hungry but definitely not putting on makeup type of nights. They are good with delivery and we've never had an issue with them being on time. They have a gf pizza crust and do their best to control contamination by keeping the pizza separate from wheat ones and using different utensils in the handling. They also have a new cauliflower crust as well I'm dying to try. I always get the pepperoni and olive which is saucy and satisfying and the crust is pretty decent as well! It's always so hard to find a gf pizza where the crust doesn't taste like the cardboard box it came in, so whenever you find a good one keep it on speed dial! It's a solid gf option in Olympia and our friends that eat their regular pizza enjoy that as well. It's a win win for everyone. read more

Extremely ticked off. Misleading kids menu's. Horrible service. Tried to go and enjoy lunch for Mother's Day. Not only did they bring the wrong appetizer but they gaslight me into thinking it was the one I ordered. Then came time for the check. I was supposed to get a discount which again I was told they would put it on. Got the check to sign it and realized they didn't put the discount on. As for the kid's menu it claims to have 10 and under have drinks and refills included but the check says otherwise. My kids are 3 and 7. read more
