Today was the last straw. I waited in line for about five minutes without a single order being taken. The guy ahead of me and I both eventually walked out. The shop was mostly people standing around waiting for food, with barely anyone actually eating. The food may be worth a short wait, but not this level of unpredictability.

It's a literal hole in a wall but there is some seating so you can enjoy your meal.
