I don't know...I didn't feel like I was getting any kind of experience. In the past, Bridgette (the owner, at least years ago) was always so jovial and friendly. While she made your sandwich she would ask about your day and how things were going. The gentleman who helped me was nice enough, but he wasn't entirely forthcoming. And he was wearing sandals which, having worked in the food industry for many years, is a huge no-no. My sandwich was good. It wasn't stellar. I enjoyed it. But it didn't hit the spot. The meat was sliced in four really thick slices; it wasn't "fluffed," the way they used to do. The toppings were fine enough. Again, it was good, but nothing to write home about. I'll give it another couple years before I go back.

I was really looking forward to trying Burger Shack, but I left pretty disappointed. The wait for my food was way longer than expected, especially since it wasn't even that busy. When my food finally arrived, it was cold, and I felt like the burger was pretty bland and the fries seemed stale like they'd been out for a while. I recently visited and ordered the Flaming Burger, Chicken Tenders, and the Shack Burger, and I must say, everything was absolutely delicious. The Flaming Burger had the perfect balance of heat and flavor, and the Shack Burger was juicy and perfectly cooked. The Chicken Tenders were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. This place is fine for what it is especially when you factor in most of our diners close after lunch you just need to temper your expectations before giving it a try.
