He walked me through the process, told me how much and how long it would take. We scheduled my drop-off and he communicated with me during the job. Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . She ran a few quotes and was able to provide me with better full coverage (100k Bodily Injury/100k Property Damage/Uninsured 100k & Underinsured Motorist 100k, Personal Injury 10k, Car Rental $60/day, Comp deductible 100 and Collision deductible 500. Overall, this was less premium then my Cali coverage. I was truly happy. She did not rush me or pressure me.
