I would also like to take the time to acknowledge the service received from the manager, Evie, who was patient and extremely helpful as I was having some confusion with my insurance company. Not only did she take initiative to help her fellow coworker out with a busy patient load, she did so with kindness and after a near 45 minute phone call, she resolved all issues.

I had to reschedule the appointment first because our daughter got sick so the new date was a month later. We took her on the weekend in the morning. We were lucky to find parking because the spots near the office is limited and was already filled up. They reminded me about my appointment by text, email and phone call. They called me the day before to check that everything was covered with my insurance and the morning of to remind me about the appointment. The main issue we had here was the wait. They didn't call us in until 20 minutes after our appointment time and then the dentist didn't come see our baby until 10 minutes later. The specialist just did a light brushing on her teeth and give us pointers on what to do. So it was under like 5 minutes. We like the dentist here, just not the wait to be seen in their limited waiting area.

During my initial visit in November 2025, I was told I only needed a deep cleaning and they suggested the Perio Treatment costing $1600. However, at a follow-up visit in April, I was presented with a treatment plan exceeding $10,000, despite having no pain or noticeable symptoms. They convinced me to do the Perio paid $1200 in March for it and now the Gum Specialist says I should stop that and do the 8$k procedure first. Lol! Like do you guys even communicate???? This significant change in recommended treatment was not clearly explained to me in a way that made sense, which left me feeling confused and concerned about the necessity and urgency of the proposed procedures. I also felt that my questions were not fully addressed, and I did not feel confident in the consistency of the diagnosis. I also had appts at a specific time and they saw me almost 1 hour later etc! The cost of treatment also felt unexpectedly high compared to what was initially discussed. Because of these concerns, I will be seeking a second opinion and continuing care elsewhere.
