Dr. Noguchi and staff are very friendly and were always pleasant during my office visits and telephone interactions. I was an Invisalign patient that had spacing on my upper teeth and crowding on my lower teeth. After two refinements with Invisalign my teeth did not come out like the computer generated version from Invisalign. I was then talked in to paying additional for retainers with the band and was told these would help adjust my teeth. That was false and a waste of money. The staff from start to removal was attentive and helpful with all questions. The alignment of my teeth from Invisalign are just like when I originally had my braces in my teens. The length of time to complete the process was just as stated Dr. Noguchi said 10-14 months and took 12 months. My teeth are as straight as in my teens and all staff cared about getting me the results to have straight teeth again. I had such a good experience in my early 20s that I'm back 10 years later! My teeth had moved after not wearing my retainer (so wear those retainers people!), so I wanted to do a short round of Invisalign before our wedding plans. I got my Invisalign during the pandemic -- I thought wearing a mask would help and it definitely did. I JUST finished after a year and a half, including the one refinement series! Every other dentist/ortho told me I would have to take at least 4 teeth and take at least 2 years if I start braces (or that Invisalign would not even work for severely crowded teeth and such a small palette like mine), but I did not have to extract anything! I am so happy with the results and so happy that I am able to chew what I want when I want!
