My server was very friendly and checked on me a couple of times during my meal. The food portions are very generous! I ordered the chorizo skillet with a side of pancakes. In fact, I would say they overdid it with the hash browns in my skillet. I only made a small dent in the food and had to take the rest home. It was enough for my lunch meal. Today, we visited with 5 people total (one was a little kid). 3 of 5 arrived first, checked in with the hostess, and were told 5-10 minutes wait. The remaining two arrived shortly after check-in. So all party was there. After waiting for 20 minutes, we noticed a larger group the came after us got seated before. So we approached to ask about our turn, the unfriendly manager said that because there were specific table size, and a booth would not fit us. So we have to wait. A few minutes later, we saw a group of 5 was called, who also came after us. I went up to the hostess and asked again. At that point, the hostess seemed to not able to find our name on the list, and the same manager approached and used not so patience tone with me. I calmly explained that at this point, we have waited for almost 30 minutes (when we were told 5-10 minutes initially), and when many people (4 or more people) came after us got seated. At this point, the manager impatiently said we there was a booth, and we said we would take it as one of the five was a little kid. She grudgingly showed us to the booth, and along the way mumbling that the restaurant was full and all. Now, the food wasn't that great either. When our food arrived, they were lukewarm at best. It was as if they were sitting for a while. Again we understand when the restaurant gets busy, there is waiting. We also understand there could be a mix up during busy time. The manager never acknowledge anything, instead we were made to feel as if we were unreasonable. They just lost 5 customers today.

I was there on Easter Sunday with my family enjoying my (delicious) meal when we heard some commotion at a nearby table. The commotion was coming from a server who seemed to be having some sort of informal meeting with upper management. The server was basically yelling at upper management and being very rude. I don't even think upper management was able to get a word in. Since I'm always here with family, I know one of the managers on a first name basis (Eric). Eric is such a kind and helpful employee. He was one of the individuals being yelled at by this server. I'm not sure the other managers name but she had dark hair. They did a great job handling the very uncomfortable situation. I felt so bad for both of them having to deal with this situation on top of a holiday weekend. Besides the managers handling this situation with such grace, everything else was awesome! About three minutes. Our waitlist was a sweet old lady, but when I asked her for prices on soup and bread basket, she was sassy in her reply. Wish the prices on the menu for these items. Just in case you're wondering it was $5.75 for the bowl of soup and the bread basket is included. The soup I ordered was cream of chicken and rice. It was delicious. It was really hot so I had to wait for a while before I could eat it which is fine rather have it too hot and too cold. The bread basket was good, but the bread was kind of chewy. It was hard to eat, but that's OK because we need to dip it in the soup. It's softened up nicely. There are crackers and butter with the bread basket so I was able to add some crackers to my soup as well. I'm so glad we came here for lunch. It was delicious and filling and will be back again. They also have a beautiful dessert selection and the restaurant was decorated for Valentine's Day, which was yesterday. If you're ever in the area looking for a restaurant don't even hesitate to come here. It's perfect. My husband ordered the one egg breakfast with bacon and toast. Mistakes happen, but when it becomes a pattern, it's really frustrating--especially when you're paying for a meal you were looking forward to. I hope management takes a closer look at order accuracy so future customers don't have the same experience. I'd love to be able to recommend this place, but consistency and attention to customers' orders are important.
