They failed to properly seal the oil pan twice and I had to take my car back 3 times! the second time they had used glue to seal the oil pan making a huge mess and voiding my warranty. Not only did it take them 3 attempts to finally reaper the oil pan they also over filled my engine oil by 2 and half quarts and the e fine mounts had to be replaced "again" cause it was quite obvious they never changed in the first place but charged me for it. Now my entire front suspension is compromised either due to them tampering or just the fact they had to drop my front suspension 3 times. Also their main tech isn't ASE certified and is just a "helper " AVOID THIS CHOP SHOP !!

Check engine light came on my daily driven truck, he ran diagnostics told me what it was and advised me that my truck wouldn't pass smog that way but wouldn't effect overall performance and wouldn't waste more gas was just a matter of not passing smog. Said ultimately was my choice to fix it now or when the time came to renew registration and a smog was required. Drove it for about a year with the light zero problems and took it to him when I had more cash and the tags were up for renewal. This guy is legit! I've never had any issues with any of my classic cars he's worked on and believe me he knows classic cars very well. In Feb 2024 my Chevy Silverado blew the rear differential and I took it to Felipe. He recommended that since I needed to replace the 373 differential I should put in a 456 instead. It cost me a couple $$ more but boy am I glad I listened to him. My 2008 Chevy never towed or ran more efficiently and on less gas then it does now. To those 2 haters that left a bad review was probably cuz they didn't listen to his recommendations that he told them. I know this man he's honest a great family man a good religious man and is very meticulous of his work and ethics and is always appreciative of you bringing your car or truck to him. I took it in to a place AAA recommended in downtown LA and explain the issue. They told me I needed a new timing chain along with a whole bunch of other stuff and quotes me $4800 for it. This was preceded with a lot of scare tactics on what will happen if I don't have the work done, which came across as very used car salesman-ish. When I ran the quote through ChatGPT I was told they were charging me dealership pricing for an independent mechanic for that type of work in LA. So I brought the truck here to Speedway where I had Minor worked done before and had a good experience. They told me my bearings need to be replaced and did the work for lesson than a quarter of the price I was quoted at the other mechanic. Work was finished in a day and the truck has been running perfectly since then. Had I spent to 4800 at the place it wouldn't have even resolved the issue, which means I would've had to come out of the pocket even more after the initial work was done. Obviously a truck of this age is gonna have some problems and when they inevitably happen again I will be back here at Speedway to take care of them. Highly recommend this place for integrity, quality, efficiency and fair pricing.

Based on that recommendation I agreed to buy them. Just two days later, one of the tires blew out while I was driving on the freeway. Thankfully, I had just dropped off my kids before it happened because I can't imagine how much worse the situation could have been if they had been in the car! I almost lost control and crashed! This was a terrifying experience especially considering these were supposed to be brand-new tires! I expected them to be safe and reliable, not fail after only two days.I will never come back here again and do not recommend buying tires from this business. Based on my experience, the tires were not durable, and I no longer trust the quality of their products or the recommendations they give customers!!
