After being longtime fans of the Westmont location, my family and I finally got around to trying the Cherry Hill location. It did not disappoint. The menu was very similar with some additions and subtractions. We were a bit bummed our favorite appetizer wasn't on the menu, but that's ok! We ordered the harvest salad, the hot roast pork sandwich with fries, and the sailor pizza for our party of three. The food was made and delivered to us quickly. The salad was delicious with the perfect amount or all ingredients. The roast pork sandwich was much larger than anticipated and came with a ton of fries. It was quite delicious and beat out some of the areas "best of" lists in our opinion. The sailor pizza was also great. It had the perfect amount of flavor and just the right amount of coal fired char. James, our server was a gem. From the moment we sat down he was very personable and attentive without being too much. He was extremely busy but never looked overwhelmed and always had a smile on his face. He knew the menu inside and out and was honest with his opinions when we asked about different items on the menu. We are thrilled to have a Bricco closer to home and will definitely be back! read more

Food is amazing and love how they have set up the ambiance in this new location. Have very convenient parking, and waiters are generally welcoming. The one complaint I have, hence the four stars review, is that last time we went, we felt like we were rushed to get out of the door. There were no people waiting nor line. They took my kids plate without asking if they were done - and they were not done. They took my glass of wine, which I was still drinking from without even asking if I was done and immediately place the cleaning tray on the booth, next to me. They even started to spray the area with us there. And ultimately, impacted our experience. read more

I only have one complaint. I've ordered many times from westmont and now cherry hill. Everything is good but their fries say they come with aioli and I have never gotten aioli. Always comes as just fries. Where is the soiling? 7.00 is just for fries and the fries you get on the side with a sandwich are the same amount you get if you order the side... read more

Each time we've tried Bricco since the CH location opened it has been more disappointing with each visit. Dry pizza, burned crust. Caesar salad used to be good, now it's limp, brown lettuce and the dressing doesn't taste fresh. Do NOT recommend. Inside of restaurant doesn't appear to be clean. read more

Parking is a nightmare. I was told 45 mins for my pizza and showed up at that time. My pizza was done for about 10 min and was cold when I got it home. Would be nice if they had a warmer. This is a 2.5 star rating. The pizza was very good, would have been great if it wasn't cold. Sauce is chunky and sweet with no acid after taste. Crust is very thin and the char adds a unique flavor. It's sort of a "fancier" type pizza, not your typical street style pizza. This is "coal fired" pizza so it does get some bits of blackened crust (it's fine, people! Unless the whole thing is charred). You can get 12" or 16" for most of the pizzas. We liked getting a few of the 12" so we can try different pizzas. All were delicious! The kids got their own "kids pizza" which is a bit more traditional pizza - It doesn't have bits of the charred crust like the other pizzas. The kids pizza were actually bigger than we expected. I think two little kids can share one kids pizza. Fries were a decent size too. One order was definitely enough for a group to share. Wings were ok. We got the rosemary. Not bad, but not great. We still might try another flavor when we go again. Nice atmosphere, service was fine. I appreciate the large bathrooms especially with little ones so you don't have to squeeze in a stall with more than one person. So great for families! read more

Not impressed. I went to Collingwood and they either got too proud of their success or it was a bad day. Either way, the food was not good.

Ordered two large pizza's for a specific pick up time. when I got there, they were not ready so I was told to wait. No one came back to me for over 20 minutes. When I finally got someone's attention to go look for them, they were already cold. Worse than that, one of the pizza's wasn't even completely cooked. read more

I'm not one to trash a place on social media. But tonight I'm going to make an exception. We had a party at our house. At 1 pm I stopped by Bricco and asked if they delivered. They said they didn't, but that Slice did do deliveries for them. 4 hours before we needed our food, I placed an order through Slice. When the food didn't arrive, I checked the Slice app and learned that Bricco canceled the order because "they were too busy." No phone call. No we are sorry. No nothing. Luckily, Romanza's was open and we were able to order some excellent pizzas. I know that Bricco is new to the area. But come on. At least call and tell us they couldn't handle our order. Oh, and the massive order they couldn't handle was two pizzas. Two pizzas. We won't be back. read more

Fantastic food every time! Their cheesesteak is one of the best around, and the burger is impressive. The pork sandwich with long hot pepper is probably the best I've had. Their spaghetti with crab sauce is fantastic. Don't skip the pizzas... especially the one with vodka sauce - it's so good. (Yes the crust is a bit charred but that's brick-oven for ya) The owner is super friendly, and we've never had a bad meal here. Highly recommend! read more

As a new local pizza restaurant in the area, I was anxious to try this restaurant (being familiar with the reputation of its Westmont location.) I dragged my husband there on a rainy evening because I was anxious to try it. I like Coal Fired Pizza. When we first sat down, the table was preset but the dishes that were there were dirty and greasy. That sort of thing maybe can happen? and we were willing to overlook it, but the problems didn't stop there. The server was inexplicably inattentive especially since there were very few tables with patrons. For example, after waiting a rather long while, we had to ask whether we were supposed to order at the counter, thinking we had made the mistake. But no, we were told that our server would take our order table side. OK. Thereafter she came and when we ordered the pizza, we told her we would probably be ordering something else in a short while. However, she never came back to ask if we wanted anything else or to check on us, or to see how the food was (which would have enabled us to order an additional item.). Eventually we called out for her, and she didn't respond. Another employee who was walking by had to be flagged down because we were insistent that he pause instead of walking past us as we were asking for assistance. The pizza was...meh. But the french fries were delicious. They came with three different sauces: cheese, ketchup, and white creamy aïoli sauce. When the server was explaining the three sauces, and pointing to each of them, her bracelet skimmed the surface of the cheese sauce, which made me made me uncomfortable about eating it. I didn't say anything I just didn't eat it. And then my husband went to the restroom while we were there and returned with photographs of the deplorable conditions of the restroom. You have to ask yourself if they are that overtly unclean, what are you not seeing in the kitchen that would be equally questionable? I eat out probably far too often than I should but I will not be returning here, because, as my husband says, we vote with our dollars, and I will not give them mine. read more

I recently dined at Bricco and had a very up and down experience. I had the best white bean soup. It was delicious . I wish I was offered pepper or cheese. I got up and grabbed it myself. We also bought our own wine and we're brought another water glass for the wine. That was disappointing from a service perspective. We had a margarita pizza that was average. It had good color but soft bottom crust. I ordered a baked ziti dish but showed up late and was no longer hungry. Never heard from our server, someone from the back did come over and apologize. I really appreciated the professionalism and apology. I feel they should have taking it off the bill. I understand mistakes happen , but now I have a 24.00 leftover baked ziti sitting in my fridge. read more

Have been here 2 times. Once late afternoon and today around 5pm. We did not have the greatest experience the first time but thought they need time to get it together. Tonight we ordered the Antipasto, the Ricotta Fries. The chicken sandwich and a White Small Pizza. When we ordered the pizza the server told us it would be at least 35 minutes due to online orders. The first comment my husband said to me was shut off the on line and serve the people inside. At least till you can figure it out. Anyway, the chicken sandwich appeared then the Antipasto. Waited awhile for the pizza. Waited even longer for the Fries. When it did appear it was Rice Balls. The only thing with that was to help me know I did not like their rice balls. The young man we had as a server was very nice and you had to feel sorry for him. Not his fault. Do not make your inside customers unhappy by taking on line first. read more

I ordered a small sausage and mushroom pizza from the establishment for take out. When I arrived it was ready and the dining room was semi-busy. I did read all the reviews and was expecting a great pizza. Unfortunately while the outer crust was done very well the middle was a soggy under cooked mess. In my opinion it was not worth the two extra stop lights to get there. I am a local and live fairly close. I was disappointed with the pizza. I do hope they get it better. read more

Spent almost $100 on a small pizza, a large pizza and three appetizers that left a lot to be desired. The pizzas were decent tasting although very small for the price and Ava Bella was supposed to come with bread crumbs on it that were missing which is disappointing. My wife actually toasted her own bread crumbs at home to add herself, which she should not have had to do for obvious reasons. She also commented on the poor distribution of over dried tomatoes on the pie as one side had a few that had to be cut as they were too big to be consumed in a normal bite, while the other side of the pie was lacking in tomatoes altogether. Furthermore, spent $15 on 10 insanely burnt and practically inedible six spice dry rubbed wings. My wife and I agree there is a difference between charred and burnt and these wings were overcooked and the spices were badly burned. Most ended up in the trash from being too overdone and tough to chew. Tried the zucchini fritters that were supposed to come with garlic aioli but the sauce tasted like straight mayo with nothing mixed in it and the fritters were more like balls of zucchini and potato mixed together which again my wife and I agreed was not a fritter and not worth the money we dropped on all of it. After the meal we decided that while the food was edible, there was a lack of thoughtfulness in preparation and for the price we were very disappointed with the lack of quality control. read more

The crust was way too flimsy. Couldn't pick up slices with hands - had to use knife, fork - and spoon! It's obvious they didn't leave the pizza in the oven long enough to actually cook. They were busy that night, but that's no excuse. Even the day after, I popped a slice in our toaster oven and it STILL came out flimsy. I'm thinking of returning the remaining slices to them so they can see how awful they are. read more
