Beers were cold and many to choose from, that is the positive. Ordered the fried pickles and they were so fried you couldn't taste the pickle. The bottom layer of the basket was swimming in oil. I also ordered a calzone with cheese, mushrooms, sausage, onion and spinach. Plenty of sausage and onions, a little spinach, cheese and mushrooms were non-existent. Overall, food was a huge negative. First bartender was nice and friendly and then shift change happened and the next one acted as if everything was a bother for her. Second time here and the first was barely better than the second. Excellent and delicious food. We had the burger, shrimp tacos, Buffalo tacos and chicken salad. Everything was fresh and so flavorful.

Place was crowded, and hasn't changed much since the "Old Chicago" days. Bathroom still smells like sour vomit. Still so loud you can't really talk. Ordered brunch, avocado toast. Texas toast, sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, and the worst, fake scrambled eggs in existence. They were on par, flavor and texture, with the "omelet" MRE's I was forced to eat in the Army. Pretty flavorless, and the fake eggs just made it worse. Food came out before our drinks because they lost our ticket, which means that my wife's bloody mary was now colored water. I quickly finished my beer, and we were out. They have a large menu, so hopefully quality and flavor is available in some of their other dishes. read more

Great food but the most recent time the waiter forgot to put in my food and after 3 times of asking and him "checking up" on it he tells us it wasn't put in. The manager came and didn't even apologize for the mix up or ask if she could get us anything else. Very unprofessional. read more

Awesome food and beer. I had bbq bacon cheddar burger and it was awesome. I felt like my side of fries were the bottom of the batch ( lots of little pieces and no real fry-length fries). I would rate it higher except the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We were here at noon so there is no way it was that filthy in such a short period of time. I informed the waitress and she said she that she did let someone know, but I used it again before I left to see and still no paper towels and still disgusting. We had brunch there. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad. My son's pancakes were good, bu the service was not however. We decided to give it another shot during Sunday for a late lunch. The hostess (actually 2 of them) couldn't even manage to seat anyone and there were several tables/booths free and clean. The entrance was full but not packed and my wife and son wee totally ignored for 3 minutes there wasn't even a greeting. After that, and the hostess saying "fucking shit" in front of my 6 year old son for no reason except she was overwhelmed for no reason I could see, I decided I didn't want to be there anymore. read more

I haven't been to this location since it was Old Chicago, back then I wasn't too impressed with the restaurant. The decision was made to visit Brick & Forge to try it out. We didn't have to wait for a seat, and service was pretty good. Whoever makes the drinks doesn't know what a peach tea tastes like. I ordered the BF Southern Peach Tea and I got what tasted like a Mike's Hard Lemonade instead. Food came out in a timely manor, which was a plus so there wasn't a lot of waiting. The Taproom Club was great but they killed the Loaded Mashed Potatoes with too much sour cream. Hopefully my next visit will be better. read more

So Being new to the Conway area my job as a delivery driver took me to many restaurants that I had never been before. I would make a list of places for my daughter and I to try. I was very disappointed. First the waitress tells me that it's $4 martinis on Thursday so I choose one just to have her come back and say oops the one you wanted isn't $4 it's $8. So that really sucked to start. Was she new or something. Anyways I picked out another drink that had no taste of alcohol in it at all. I ordered the cordon Blu that was supposed to have chicken and ham. So after waiting so long to get our food it was disappointing to not have much ham or chicken in it. It was all rolls with cheese. I said something so my meal was remade and again took long to where at this point my daughter is done with her meal. Second round was no different than the first. Mostly just cheesy rolls. So don't recommend getting that. I don't know if I'll come back or not. read more

I have tried nearly everything on the menu. Pizzas are perfectly cooked. Crust is crispy and toppings are abundant. Burgers are high quality and the club sandwich is my personal favorite; with onion rings of course. Bartenders make great drinks and the beer rotation is a good mix of National and local brands. Sad that on the slowest night of the week with only about 10 people in the restaurant, I was still missing 3 items from my order. 1 of which they were out of, 1 they never made, and 1 that was just overlooked in the warmer. I can't believe the cashier actually read of my order off to me, looked at the food before she bagged it up, double checked the receipt, and still handed me the bag with all of that missing. I really can't wrap my mind around it. Then the manager, knowing I was clearly frustrated, was not kind at all. Things happen and we ordered an online order. Their system was down. We arrived when our order was supposed to be ready and the manager said it will be a little while. Without an update or an apology she walked away. We waited for 40 minutes when it was supposed to be ready. Instead of Buffalo they gave us BBQ and they forgot to add part of order even though I gave her my phone to read it off. Didn't even get an apology for the wait until we asked to speak again with manager. I have never complained or written a negative review to anyone, but the service was incredibly unprofessional by the manager and her staff. Order was wrong, charged me for what I didn't receive and had to wait 40 minutes without an apology. Unbelievable. When I asked the manager about being refunded for what we didn't receive because we couldn't wait and had to go somewhere, she said to contact the app we ordered through and then said sorry without being any bit genuine. When I placed my order the waitress said the pizza was similar to Old Chicago....it's not. The pizzas not as good as Pizza Hut and not anyway similar and it's over priced. They may have added to the menu as we didn't try anything else, but I won't be going back for pizza. read more
