For veteran Lego Builders or even novices, Brick Buy Brick is an amazing place to visit on the third floor of the Atrium in Kaneohe. Master Builder Kaliko Morris has a fantastic display of both new and discontinued Lego products. I've been looking for the small Baby Yoda Lego model but wasn't interested in spending $60 - $70 for a large Baby Yoda kit that included a small one. But Kaliko had multiple sitting on the shelf. What was better is he had several different varieties of Baby Yoda including the first Lego version. There are kits for sale as well as loose Legos just in case you want to make your own. He runs competitions for kids to see who can come up with the best Lego creation within a time limit. I learned today that it's frowned upon to use Crazy Glue on Lego models but there is a special Lego glue that can be used. This glue can be washed off using hot water. Didn't know that. Kaliko has non-kit creations that he's made from scratch and definitely a Lego Master Builder. One of the offices has a Maneki Neko (White Good Luck Cat) that he created on his own and it's well done. Brick Buy Brick is a great store with lots to look at and since we know folks (both young and old) who love Legos, will be back! Check this place out!

This is such a cool store! Located in Kaneohe on Kawa street, we were so excited to find such a cool store! My niece recently really got into legos and because of her excitement, got the other cousins into it too. They all might not have the patience that she does but they all can appreciate all of the cool legos she has put together in the past few months. We just finished doing our taxes in the same building as this store and seen a Lego sign right in front of us when we exited. I was definitely surprised to see this in the middle of what seems to be mainly offices in this building but looked up and seen an open sign for this Lego store. Caught the elevator up to the third floor and walked into this super cool store! Met the owner, the nicest guy and you can tell he really loves what he does! Had so much knowledge about legos and showed us so many cool builds too! We had so much fun looking around, he has some new stuff and some awesome older stuff as well, things you won't find at the Lego store! When you come in if you see something you like, grab it because it might be the last one! Always a supporter of buying local when you can, especially when the owner really appreciates his customers!

You definitely have to go here if you're into LEGO. They have a whole bunch of new and old lego sets, as well as off brand lego. Located on the 3rd floor where Territorial savings bank is. Definitely worth checking out and looking around, so many options to chose from and different legos to look at!

Owner is super friendly, knowledgeable and he's also got a bricklink store online. This is a must stop for all Lego enthusiasts.

Armchair is typically my first go to when I'm looking for boardgames, card games and things in…read morebetween. Everything is fairly priced as close to msrp as possible and almost never marked up unnecessarily high. This shop is basically the "third space/third place" I commit the most time at just hanging out and playing or just socializing with other hobbyists. There's always space to play between tables in the store or out in the dole lobby and the staff is always friendly an accommodating.

What was once in my top 2 spots for buying board games on the island, it's sad to see how far…read morethey've fallen. From what I know, the original owner sold the company a few years ago and the lack of care shows. Upon first stepping into the store, you're hit with a wave of noxious body odor that's pretty darn pungent if I do say so myself...and no, this was not a one time thing. The last time I came was a Sat and the store had a decent amount of bodies in it. The first time tho was a few weeks ago when I went in on a random Wed or Thursday. Smell was still there. Employees ignore you, if there are any actually working. The aforementioned trip on a random weekday I was met with an employee sitting at one of the tables playing on a handheld gaming device. He completely ignored me for the 10-15 minutes I browsed and only paid me any attention (clearly annoyed) when I asked for a specific product. And this last recent time on a weekend? I don't think there were any workers. Just people playing games at the tables. I walked around, looked at some stuff but was forced to leave when my son sId he couldn't take the smell anymore. No one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. And that's the kicker. Armchair never used to raise prices and sold EVERYTHING at MSRP. They prided themselves on that and never raised prices even when inventory was low and items were a bit commodity to have. That is, sadly, no longer the case. Nearly everything I looked at in the store had been marked up 10-15%, if not more. Truly sad to see this business flush itself down the toilet like this.
