The place was overall, a very good place. The burgers were quick to come and not to mention that they aren't cheap on portions like other food trucks. We got the Bricked Double and the Hot Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich was really good and and the looks weren't exact, but the presentation, for being food from a food truck was spectacular. The chicken was tender and juicy. And we also got a free side of fries and they didn't disappoint. Perfect seasoning and the fries were crispy. The service was also great. Garbage! The burgers are better at BK or Mc D's. Brick charges you 7.50 for a single flat piece of beef that doesn't even amount to a 1/4 pound. I recently visited this burger place and was treated very poorly by the staff. As soon as I approached the counter to place my order, the employee rolled their eyes and gave me attitude. I felt extremely disrespected and uncomfortable. Despite the unfriendly service, I decided to proceed with my order. However, the employee continued to treat me with disdain and seemed annoyed by my questions and requests. It was a terrible experience and left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I would not recommend this burger place to anyone who values respectful and courteous service. Must be 16 year olds running the truck, respect the hustle, but then again I'm paying for food and expect it to be up to minimum par. For starters, the presentation was a 0/10, received a greasy bag with greasy wrapped burgers, and fries everywhere in the bag. Bag had a hole on the bottom from how much grease it had. It doesn't take high quality ingredients to make a decent burger, I mean look at McDonald's for example, but this burger was just off.. burnt to a crisp, cheap cheese, cheap bun. Tasted like old oil, actually tasted as if they dunked the whole burger in the grease trap. Meat was burnt black, and the burger came with surprise pieces of grill gunk. Fries, dear god. Fries had no flavor. No salt. Stale. You can tell the oil was not nearly hot enough. Fries just soaked up the oil. No shape to them, just floppy spineless fries, and cold. Dear god. Why. Thank God for the coke, can't go wrong with the can of coke. Still couldn't wash out the grease from the 2 bites and 3 fries I ate. The rest was eaten by the garbage, not even my dog wanted it, and he eats anything that smells like food. Sorry guys, you should go back to the drawing board. read more
