I brought my Yukon XL Denali in for service. It was purchased certified pre owned about 2 months ago and needed to be brought in because the side panels on the doors were very loose where they were flapping in the wind. As soon as I arrived at Brickell Buick GMC a Robert Schickman who is one of the service managers came up without a simple welcome or hello and asked me what was wrong with my car and told me what happened was a known problem but they will not cover it. After sitting for an hour he told me it would cost $850 to fix it and then dropped it to $530 as a "courtesy" to help me. Sounds like some type of sales technique. Ray Zoila is the worst USED car salesman I have ever encountered. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership sometime in July 2016. When we purchased the car we did so with the agreement or what the dealership calls a "We Owe", that the second key would be reprogrammed, as it was not working at the time of purchase. The "We Owe" also stated they were to fix the dashboard which has deep scratches made by the previous owner. We made several attempts to have these issues repaired, to no avail. Time and time we were given excuse after excuse and/or offered appointments which were inconvenient for working adults. Now they claim they are unwilling to fix the items on the "We Owe" agreement as it has been too long since we purchased the vehicle and there is no proof of such agreement. On top of that Ray Zoila was rude and wanted to ridcule us and place blame on the customer for not comming sooner. Instead of confirming the items on the "We Owe" agreement, he began to go on and on, how he was not responsible and he was not going to fix it. The moment I became upset he berated me for becoming frustrated and upset with his run around tactic. I finally asked for their corporate office's contact information. Ray Zoila stated we was the top person there. When asked if he owned this location he initially said he basically did then backed tracked and said he was not. In any event, Ray Zoila encompasses, all the typical used car salesmen stereotypes and then some. I don't recommend this dealership they are shady and unprofessional. If you do please make sure to keep all of your paperwork, if you loose them they will claim they never made any post sale agreements. Luckily I was able to locate my paperwork and the key issue was resolved. This is a classic, old school dealership and I don't mean that in a good way. They are ready and willing to use all the old bait and switch tactics. The prices and vehicles advertised on the website will not be available when you visit the showroom. I asked about two specific vehicles. The first was sold "last night". The second one that very morning. Really. When I asked to see a leftover 2017 Acadia, I was directed to a 2018. They ignore what the customer says and just try to sell what they want to. Never got to negotiate price because the salesman was so condescending and insulted my intelligence. When my husband and I first came to this dealership we were completely fooled... Everyone was so nice and more than helpful to get us into a brand new truck. Little did we know that we had gotten ourselves into the most stressful situation ever. The second day that we owned our truck I took it into their shop to get a complimentary detail service and pick up the floor mats. As I waited for over 2 hours I was pressured into writing a nice review about brickell gmc and our salesman literally stood over my shoulder as I typed on the computer in the waiting room. I should have known this was the beginning of a nightmare. After my wait was finally over they informed me that a malfunction light had turned on and they were going to have to keep my brand new truck over the weekend ( I seriously hadn't had the truck for 24 hours!). They apologized and gave me a loaner car, which I figured wasn't so bad but it got worse. We finally got our truck back a week later then another week went by and the finance adviser Carlos called my husband and told him that we were going to have to bring them more money after we had already signed a different contract. He even said that if we didnt pay more money than we had previously agreed on that we would have to return the truck. My husband was furious and called the manager who worked out a deal with us. Oh and not to mention that we traded in our mini Cooper for our new gmc and they didn't pay it off til my car payment was almost a month late. Everytime me or my husband call this dealership it an absolute joke. Everyone gives you the run around and we end up having to drive there and wait for hours. I seriously spent almost 4 weekends In a row waiting in their waiting room staring at their creepy family portraits on the wall. We have had this truck for almost 2 months now and are still dealing with paperwork that should have been handled from the very beginning. We still have not received information on where to make our first payment and the payment is now 3 days late and we still are driving with a temporary tag. This place is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. These people have no concept of how to run a business or treat their customers. I'm am outraged. These people are scam artist!!!! I went to buy a Chevy silverado and to trade my 07 mustang. All was well we negotiated back an forth and came to a price! They told be based on my credit I could get financed at a 5% making our payments 240 or so. Well we left two days passed and Rey called to make an offer again. I told them get me a $200 monthly payment and we will close the deal. Leny the sales guy I was dealing with calls me back saying who said you would get a 5% an your payments won't even be close to $200 the will be much higher. I told him I sat two days ago in your finance guys office and he should me the computer on what my payments would. He say no I'm a liar. So I asked him " so what would have happened if I would have taken the truck and you would have sold my car since you say I would have been approved at a %5? He responds well" you would have to pay the difference or return the truck " I ask what about my car he responds we would have replaced it with something similar. WTF! Don't trust. I just leased a Buick Enclave 2015 and I am very pleased with the customer service provided at Brickell Motors. This is my second leasing experience and my first time leasing with Brickell Motors. I visited six other car dealers before deciding on this model and this particular dealer. Car shopping is usually not a positive experience for me, since I am the type of person who worries about numbers, fine prints, values time, dislikes dishonesty, and values good quality customer service. Prior to Brickell motors, I visited a car dealer where I could not see the model I wanted because it was raining. Another where I saw the showroom cars on my own, while sales people where looking at their phones without clients...While shopping for better deals, I was given numbers over the phone and different numbers in person. Other times I was given numbers that did not include the specifics I wanted...I can say I have experienced a little bit of everything when it comes to car shopping. My last stop, Brickell Motors. Anwar Rivas, Sales Manager, not only offered me the best!! deal, but also took time to answer all of my questions. I came to this dealer a bit traumatized and expecting the worst until the end. Anwar was extremely patient, professional, informative, he listened to my specific requests and needs, and kept his word about making the leasing process a pleasant experience. He also handled the process of returning my current lease timely and updated me on this process. I also need to mention Javier Reyes, Finance Manager, for his great costumer service. Like I mentioned before, I was skeptical until the end. Javier explained all the fine prints and numbers kindly and patiently. He reassured me when I needed reassurance for peace of mind. He gave me everything in writing as I requested. He understood what I needed in order to be pleased as a customer. I wish I could have rated it a zero. Below is the detailed story of my experience with Juan Carlos Rios "JC", Sales person & Mario R. Diaz, Sales Director. My wife's truck was due on 5/24/17 and I went to the dealership and that's when I first spoke to Juan Carlos Rios "JC", a sales person there. We went back and forth on how we could not pay more than $645, did not want to put money down and we where going to have a wear & tear bill plus miles overage bill. After Juan Carlos calling and emailing me many times Juan Carlos & I agreed at the dealer that we would pay $645/month, tax included, no money down and Brickell Buick would pay the final US Bank bill. On 5/30 was the first bill I sent to Juan Carlos, which was the first bill I had received from US Bank with an amount of $1,157.00. I spoke to US Bank and they stated that the final bill would be sent after the truck was in their possession. I immediately went down to Brickell Buick and spoke to Juan Carlos and he said directly to my face that once it comes in to forward to him so the check can be processed. On 7/12 I received by fax the final bill of $4,845.50 which I immediately sent to Juan Carlos asking him to please let me know when I could pass by and pick up the check. The only reply I have ever gotten from anyone at Brickell Buick was on 5/30 in an email by Juan Carlos replying to my original bill of $1,157.00. On 7/12 when I forwarded the final US Bank bill to Juan Carlos I never heard from him or anyone again. Since I had not gotten any response from anyone at Brickell Buick I personally went there on 8/18 and they directled me to a customer service office where I could pick up the check. It some time to find the check and once it was found not only was it not for $4,845.50 but it was only for about $950.00. Brickell Buick had deducted several hundred dollars to pay for some dents and scratches the new lease had that Juan Carlos said they would fix before we picked up the truck. I told the customer service department I was going to speak to Juan Carlos because something was very wrong and left the check there. Which is still there to this date. No one has even called us to pick that one up. Juan Carlos was not there that day so I spoke to Mario R. Diaz, Sales Director. At that time Mario R. Diaz told me he had not reviewed that file and to please come back Monday so he could review it with Juan Carlos. We I went to see Mario R. Diaz on 8/18, they had not reviewed our file. Mario R. Diaz told me to wait and he was going to review the file while I waited. Juan Carlos went to Mario Diaz's office and gave him a paper which was not shown to me and then Mario R. Diaz came up to me with Juan Carlos to explain to me that the dealer did not have the funds to pay to whole bill and had only budgeted for the $950.00 He did not apologize for the miscommunication, the fact that the dealer had charged us for repairs to a new leased truck we are supposed to get new. I also asked Mario R. Diaz to give me a copy of the entire sales folder for our deal, including the worksheet that was signed with the details of the deal. Till this day I have not rec87ueived any documents I requested. on 8/18 I emailed Mario R. Diaz my entire communication with Juan Carlos along with the final US Bank bill as he had asked for on 8/18, the day we met in person. Since I had not heard from them, I email Mario R. Diaz on 10/24 to let him know how disgusting and embarrassing their service was and that the only communication I needed from Brickell Buick was to let me know to go and pick up the check and paperwork for this deal. Today is 1/6/18 and we have not heard a single word from anyone. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and any other complaint website I can find to make sure that Juan Carlos Rios "JC & Mario R. Diaz are exposed for their embarrassing and disgusting sales and customer service practices. read more

My greatest fear about going to the dealership is being taken. Well, it happened- I was lied to. Late 2015, I purchased a battery from this dealership for my Acadia- $214.00. I needed it, so what. Two weeks ago, my car didn't start on the first try. I thought for sure it wasn't my battery, but I was close to Good Year, I asked them to check it. I was advised I had a battery that was on its way out. He showed me the report showing battery status. I then contacted Brickell Buick Service, Gabriel answered. I proceeded to tell him what happened. He looked up my file and confirmed I was still under warranty for the Battery, so it would be replaced and installation would be $30. I made an appointment for the next day. Robert, Service Manager assisted me, and advised me my car would be checked to make sure it's the battery causing the issue. He told me if is was the battery, I would pay installation of $50. I told him I was quoted $30 for installation from Gabriel. He went to verify with Gabriel and came back, advising he would honor the $30 quote. I signed the doc and went to sit. He approached me about 25 minutes later, telling me it was not my battery and that my charge was above where it should be, that it was my starter, and it would cost me just under $800 to fix. I told him Good Year said my battery needed to be replaced. Robert then managed to tell me I shouldn't trust Goodyear. I made an appointment for the following day at Brickell Buick to get the starter done. When I got to the car, I decided to call Goodyear and speak to the mechanic that worked on my car. He was shocked that I was told I needed a starter. He couldn't understand why I was being told I didn't need a battery. He then advised me to come back the following day and he would check again, give me the report so I could take back to the dealership. I went back-- again Im told it's the battery. At this point, I'm so confused. Who is lying? I then went to Firestone without mentioning anything. And guess what, it's the battery. They even showed me the battery -- no labels, nothing written on it, clearly refurbished. He then showed me a new battery (interstate). It had numbers and labels on it where mine was just black. I was going to return to Brickell Buick with both Battery reports, but decided against it because I was too angry and all trust was gone. Firestone replaced my battery for me, then showed me the starter test-it showed good. Brickell Buick did not want my $30 to replace the refurbished battery they originally installed, instead was going to have me pay for a starter that I didn't even need. How dirty is that????? I will continue to tell my story and I will never return. I feel this was a scumbag move. Congrats to Firestone, who impressed me with their level of service and empathy. read more

I had the intent of buying a GMC Acadia, so it was just a matter of finding the right dealership. Initially I wanted to stay close to home and go will Williamson Cadillac. Honestly, they sucked and acted as if i didn't exist. A friend recommended this dealership and made some initial contact on my behalf with Isaac Sierra. People who sell cars tend to have bad reps, but Isaac has a lot of integrity and will be very upfront of what he can and cannot do. My friend has done a lot of research and is extremely knowledgable in the process of leasing a car, so she agreed with everything he said. He made the process run very smoothly and quickly. A true standout. There was a recall on the Acadia so it wasn't ready right away, and when it was, he showed up on his day off to fill it with gas, and have it completely ready for me.
