We found ample parking, was sat immediately, but our server was less than pleased to say words, make eye contact or smile in the least. The pizza was great, the atmosphere was nice, but we felt like we were bothering him, he didn't check on us but one time after the meal came, so asking for ketchup wasn't an option until we were half way done eating. Food is amazing!! Wish I could give 5 stars, but the service was terrible!! Kelsie was the most unattentive, unapproachable server i've ever had. I ordered the veggie pizza, and I ordered it because of the pepperoncinis. After getting our food, the pizza didn't have them on it. When I look at the menu again, It says them on it. We almost finish our food before she comes and ask if we want togo boxes. Did not check on us once while eating, proceeded to tell me the pizza did not come with them on there. Wait another 10 minutes to get a side of them. Wait another 15 for checks to get there. A guest at our table waited 20 minutes for a beer. She's the worse server I've ever had. read more

This place as great. Sea salt caramel fries should be on your list. The nachosaurus was legit, not your normal half assed nachos. Kids meals were great portions, service was fast and great attention to detail. Beer was fine, nothing super exciting but also not offensive (a small win is a win right?). This place really needs to tag themselves as a restaurant on yelp as we wouldn't have known it was here for food (doesn't show up in yelp restaurant search even when parked in front since it's listed as a brewery). A not so great experience. This place is either really on their game or not. We have experienced both. Last night the bbq nachos were the high light of the meal. They are huge and wonderful when warm. The rest of the meal was not so great and waitress didn't seem to get most of what we asked for. The cream gravy was thin and flavorless. My daughters chicken fried steak was chewy. I have had great food and service here before and I have had mediocre like last night. read more

The food is amazing and well priced for what you get. Get the Sea Salt and Carmel Sweet Potato appetizer! It sounds gross, but it will be the best thing that you have ever tasted. I've been here 3 times now and tonight I decided to try the Pork on Pork sandwich. It was delicious. My favorite part about this restaurant is the atmosphere. It has the historic charm, yet it is vibrant and hip. Plus after you are done eating downtown Fort Smith has some many murals and things to see within walking distance. read more

While the food is much better than many other places here,it's basically pub food with great taste. I WILL give 5 stars for the pizza on the menu! The main 2 reasons I won't give 5 stars overall: 1. The servers are hit and miss good. We've had excellent servers and others that obviously shouldn't be working at a facility where your job is to service others. 2. It's too loud. It's really hard to have a conversation with friends. I know that's the "thing" now, but not great for a dining experience. All that's to say, I will return! read more

So my best girls and I went there today and we all had the same thing! We ordered the grilled cheese with bacon and avocado with tomato soup off their twisted comfort foods menu. It was $10 and was a huge portion which was nice to take half home. The soup was served in a cast iron gratin with the most amazing croutons! We had the blues berry ale another favorite of ours. We are so happy we stopped here the other night. The food was amazing! I got fish and chips, which also came with the pickle slaw. My husband got the bacon cheddar burger with Mac n cheese as the side. Both were great! My mother in law got the drunken onion burger with the French onion soup and sweet potatoes fries. She said she would definitely get that again! Lastly, my 3 year old got a corn dog kid's meal with apple slices and it comes with a two pack of Oreos. Our server was amazing and kindly gave my daughter another pack of Oreos after she dropped the first ones on the floor. Place looks great and I was excited to try it. Beer selection was okay at best, but the food was the let down. Fish and chips I ordered came out crazy salty , and my buddy got the meatloaf sandwich..... which should have been considered a half sandwich or a lunch portion. He's a string bean of a guy but had to order something else to go with it. This is a definite go-to whenever we are in Fort Smith for work. Friendly, helpful service and good food. I try to eat healthy while on the road, and the turkey burger with a side of steamed broccoli hit the mark during a recent trip. A couple of years ago when we visited, my colleagues were all really happy with our pizzas (and our beer samplers!). Walking distance from our hotel, reasonable prices and location within a stone's throw of a bunch of other bars downtown makes this a perfect choice for our work-ventures. read more

I feel if our group had a different server the rating would have been 4 stars but I wasn't impressed with the service. Our food was good, not great.... my husbands nachos were missing cheese and also meat. They had the huge nachos with chicken but there was no chicken :/ I shared a salad with my friend and a pizza, the salad as okay, and the pizza wasn't special either. I did enjoy the tomato soup! This place has the worst service we have ever experienced. We walked in at 4pm on a Friday and it was about 1/3 full of people and the hostess informed us we we an inconvenience due to a large party coming in. So in turn we literally sat The for 20 minutes and never did see a waitress while 3 others that arrived after us were served. We got up and walked out and let them know our displeasure and they shrugged it off as "oh well".. wish there was a negative star to give as a review. read more

Food was good. Ordered Carnivore Pizza. Beer is pretty good too. Had the IPA and Octoberfest Seasonal. Not as good as the IPA. Lacking in structure and malt notes. The reason I give it 3 stars as it is a Monday night and MNF is on. Volume is on, but low and they won't take off the closed captioning. What a great place to go!!!!!! We were 5 adults and 3 teens, we sat on the patio and had an amazing meal. Our waiter Amor was very nice and funny, he helped us with choices and recommended some yummy items. In fact we enjoyed our food so much the adults came back about 3 hours later for drinks and a pizza to go!! The atmosphere is very laid back and every employee is helpful so you never feel ignored. Stopped in on our way back from Colorado for a burger and a beer. I had the hatch green chile burger and salt and pepper fries. My husband had a stout beer and burger and he was very satisfied with his choices. Everything was tasty and the service was excellent. I was visiting Fort Smith and this was the only restaurant I ate at. Great food and great service. The beer selection was good. They had a nice sized patio with a bluegrass band I really enjoyed. My only complaint was the chairs on the patio. They were these metal chairs that reclined. The problem was, you had to sit on the edge of your chair or basically lay down. Not a great choice. We each tried a different beer, and I had a bowl of chili with the house salad. Now, I'm from Texas, so I have very high standards for chili. This chili was good, but a little greasy. The salad was wonderful! My boyfriend had the fish and chips, and he was delighted with his food. The food is satisfying but when you order a flight of 7 beers and only get 6, something ain't right. After asking the waitress she asked the bartender and the situation was not rectified. If Bricktown Brewery is this shinzy over at most 50 cents cost of beer to them, it makes me wonder where else they are shinzy.
