My son and I visited tonight to see Jeff Allen. My son came at the last minute becasue my husband's plans changed. My son and I both laughed so much and we would love to see this particular comedian again. The location is easy to get to and the place was large and clean. The employees all seem friendly and welcoming. Parking was tight but that is not the club's fault and it probably varies on which comedian is performing and the night of the week. Our server started out great and took our drink order promptly but we did have to flag her down to place a food order. Someone else brought our food out and not at the same time. Our server did stop quickly one time to check on us and then we didn't see her again until she brought the bill. We knew that 18% grautity was automatically included but I am not that was quite warranted in this situation tonight. We didn't come tonight for the food and that was a good plan of action. My mocktail, Cinderella, wasn't fancy but it was good. My Bacon Chicken Caesar Salad was ok but there was so much dressing that my lettuce became soggy fast though the taste was good. My son said his Bacon Cheeseburger was not worth the cost. The buns were dry and crumbly and the meat had no seasonings. His request of no tomatoes was correct. We will come again but we will stick to just drink orders. read more

I am so grateful that Bricktown opened a Tulsa location about three years ago. They bring amazing comedians! I've been fortunate enough to see some of my favorites right here without having to travel. Most reviews complain about their 2-item minimum policy, but I have absolutely no problem with it. This is common with comedy clubs that want to support the comedians by giving them all the ticket money. This means they have to get paid in other ways. You have the option to purchase any two items from their menu. This includes alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic beverages (even water!), or food. Their food is regular bar food (burgers, wings, fries, nachos, salads etc.). You can't go wrong with their mac n cheese. They also have Mood Brus available, which I love. Try the peach bellini flavor! Another thing people complain about is their policy of adding 18% gratuity to all checks. Again, I have absolutely no problem with this since it supports their servers making a living wage. We've always had wonderful customer service and admire the waiters navigating orders in the dark and trying to minimize disruptions during shows. All these policies are included in the confirmation email, posted at the venue, tables, and explained by whoever sits you down. We were never caught off guard by it. They're also very accommodating when you want to sit next to your friends. All shows are 18+ unless stated otherwise. When you purchase tickets online, you get a confirmation email. All you have to do is give your name at the door and show an ID. You can also text TULSA to 85957 to join their text club. You can get free tickets on occasion. Highly recommend! read more

The location of Bricktown Comedy Club is great with plenty of parking, friendly staff, and the club itself is very clean and well maintained. There's a separate seating area when you walk in where you can order drinks ahead of time and bring them into the comedy room. There is also a purchase minimum that can be fulfilled with drinks and/or food from a decent menu. Most of the comedians in the lineup the night we attended relied heavily on sexual humor. Some of it was weird and repetitive which made things a little dull for us. Overall, it's a nice venue, and I'd consider coming back depending on the performers which you can check ahead of time to see if it may align with your taste. read more

Nah. This venue isn't what we thought it would be for entertaining patrons who seek comedy. Hear me out: you prepay your tickets either online or at the door.. I prefer online buying. You won't get your ticket email confirmation until the day off performance. We seen Josh Wolf, which he's not at his funniest peek right along with his kid.. who may be 20 something .. and it was not at best. More cringe and offsetting on some topics they tried to get us to laugh about. I know, each comedian is different. However there is a mandatory two orders off the food/drink menu PER PERSON. Not per table. There is an automatic 18% gratuity added to your tab, plus they keep your bank card prior to paying and leaving when the show is over. This is still a solid 4 star place to me after regularly visiting for over a year now. No, the managers nor staff know me, but my husband love this place as huge standup comedy fans. It's always nice and clean (especially the restroom!) plus feels much safer than the other popular comedy club in town. I'm blown away by the negative posts that do not understand a 2-item minimum per person during a show is standard in the comedy club industry. Ticket sales go to comics, so how do you think a business can be profitable otherwise? Read your confirmation emails and their website; the club also makes it clear that anything purchased in the bar area before the doors open does NOT count towards the 2-item minimum. We like to attend 7pm shows, doors open at 6, so we go right at 6 to start our order. You can drink at their nice bar earlier, but know it's a separate tab. Lastly, 20% tip is standard in America, so 18% gratuity added to all tabs is fair; if you don't plan to tip fairly, you shouldn't go. I've walked out seeing plenty of tabs on tables with tips added, and I do the same to make it 20%, so there's plenty of people who get it. As for negative reviews about the comics being terrible, this is why you watch a comic's videos online first. This is how I determine if I'm going to see someone I've never heard of or not. Look at their Tik Tok, YouTube, or Instagram standup video clips. It's super easy, and you cannot blame a club for an unfunny comic as that's subjective. They bring in great acts like Chris Kattan, Tim Meadows, Gary Owen, Pablo Francisco, Wayan Brothers, lots of other top acts too. I've also seen plenty of "no name" artists who were just as funny as the top acts. The only reason I still do not give this place 5 stars is because of the inconsistencies with food. I agree with a previous post that $10 for 7 small pretzel bites is ridiculous; at least make it a dozen because you don't even use half the queso provided with 7 pieces. I also received pretzel bites half burned last time, and it's difficult to flag down staff trying to take orders from all tables before showtime. Sometimes the hummus cup comes half full, so I have to order and pay for a second one that will come full. It would be ideal to train the kitchen staff to simply fill everything possible to the fullest. I understand the prices are set in a way for the business to be profitable, but these minor changes would go a long way with patrons. I would even pay a couple of dollars more to have better quantities if needed! Lastly, the nachos are good but hardly come with any queso, so I have to ask and pay extra for more of it every time and again, it's just hard to flag down staff once your initial order is placed. I would ask to be more generous with dips and sauces. That being said, the food and drinks are great overall. I always like to order a bottle of Cabernet for $36 and it's consistently good every time. It's hard to find a $36 decent tasting bottle of Cab at a restaurant, so this is a fair deal. My husband always orders a 22 oz beer for $8, and that's not overpriced either. You have to understand the business only profits off table orders, and they have a lot of staff working shows, so I highly recommend ordering more than a bottle of water and a soda for your 2-item minimum. Comedy clubs aren't meant to pay for a ticket and that's it; lookup any of them online! If you love standup comedy, and you understand the basic rules, you will love this place. It's that simple. We need places like this in Tulsa, and I hope it stays open for a long time! read more

Wow, Adele was amazing. Had us laughing and stomach and stitches the entire time. However, the drinks were watered down. And they charged us twice as much for Bailey's in my coffee that was not even apparent by taste at all. The coffee tasted like water. I ended up having to ask for a black coffee to mix them together to even have it taste like a semblance of coffee. My husband's mixed drink tasted like a water down fruit punch. Aside from that it was a genuinely unsafe experience, they don't check bags so it's basically open carry; They have essentially zero security and don't kick out repeated hecklers, which is kind of the main job of a comedy club. I genuinely felt bad for the comics and was worried for her safety. I hope any future comics reconsider working here. I wasn't worried about a fight, I was worried someone was going to be killed. The parking lot after was like a fast and furious movie the way drunk okies were screaming at each other and peeling out of there. I visited Bricktown Comedy Club for open mic night. My grandpa John Dale had a great time and so did we! He was third in the lineup and we stayed the whole time! Wayne the assistant manager was on top of everything and very present. I watched him run food and clean tables when the show was over! So I've only been to this location twice. It's in a pretty nice location and is very spaced out inside. There's a lot of room and seats to sit. I still just can't get over having to buy two items minimum. I didn't go to the comedy club to eat or drink but to watch comedians, so I'm not sure I'm feeling it. It wouldn't be so bad if the prices weren't so high and the food was actually good, but $5 for a Coke when you can't even get a refill is absurd. This is double the price at a regular restaurant. And you literally only have your "server" come by your table to take your drink and food order then to give you your check. Yet I had to pay 18% gratuity and was expected to tip on top of that. So excited to have a new comedy venue in Tulsa! They have had so many big name acts since they opened. I live an hour from Tulsa, but we've been to 3 shows so far. They have great visibility by sending out texts often. The service is good. You can tell they've been trained thoroughly on seating and timing for checks, etc. Drinks could be better quality for the price for sure. Kind of boring cocktail list. Overall, it's a comedy club, so the vibe is what it should be. I'll be back over and over. read more

He was very funny and we enjoyed his show, however be prepared you have to buy two items from the menu , which we didn't know before going! 10$ for pretzel bites and only came with 7 little pretzel was not what I was expecting! The server only came by 3 time then entire time but still you have to tip 18% which is okay but it's mandated to do so you think they would love to come check on you more frequently! You MUST buy two menu items to even attend, and any discounted items don't count You WILL be charged 18% even if the service was total a$$ At this point charged a ticket fee and take the requirements off. When you get there they come around to your table, they take and hold your credit card so that they can receive your "2 purchase minimum". Made for a great time when I drove up 3 hours to OKC expecting to see a show that is actually 2 more hours away. Love wasting money on the show. We went to a Duncan Trusell show on the 15th and were left disappointed by the comedy club, not the comics. The place smelled of weed and cigarettes. 5 minutes into the opening act the fire alarm went off and continued to go off for about another 5 minutes before we were told to evacuate the building. We were not given a choice between waiting out the evacuation or getting our money back and leaving (which is what we wanted). We stood outside in the cold for 20-30 minutes before let back inside. Our food and drinks were left unattended during that time while a handful of people were still inside. As a female, that's worrisome. At the end of the night I was given a check with all items discounted 50% and paid it. Then a different server came back to my table and explained that the discount was actually for their friend that was seated at the same table and not for us. They took off the discount after I had paid and gave me a new check to pay. I figured, oh this is their way of making the fire evacuation right ... 50% off. No, they still charged full price after making us stand outside in the snowy cold weather, providing terrible service, and making mistake after mistake. Throughout the night we had terrible service and were still required to tip 18%. We asked for new drinks and never received them. We had to bother 3 different servers to get my ID returned. This place and the people working there seem extremely unprofessional. As someone who works in the service industry I would have still honored the discount I applied mistakenly or at least threw in an extra drink for all the trouble. At the end of the night, I felt robbed and was left with a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be recommending this venue to anyone. read more
