Very disappointed in my recent order. I placed an order on the phone, ordering off the menu on their website. My husband picked up the order and I later found out the cost. It didn't seem right at all. The total was off by $26 based on their online menu price. I called to inquire and the woman who answered sharply told me some of their menu items have changed. When I asked if the menu on their website was correct pricing, she said she didn't know where the prices were right and where they were wrong. She said they have sign in the store to ask your server for the most current prices. I said you should be advising people when they place an order on the phone of the total, especially if the prices have changed so much (she said $3-$4 per item). We've ordered from there MANY times over many YEARS but I will never order again. First, they should be more upfront about the price increase. We chose there for both the quality and value, except our meal ended up costing $20 a head for pizza, salad and a few appetizers. If it was just a few dollars, I wouldn't bother but $26 is a lot for a pizza place. Second, the woman who answered was extremely defensive, rude and couldn't have cared less.Sadly, I will never return again but based on my call, doesn't seem like they care whatsoever. read more

I've been trying very hard with Brickyard lately, and although the food is still great, the service has gone so far downhill I'm not sure I can order from here anymore. I called in 2 lunch specials at 11:45 am and was told 30 min. I arrived 30 minutes later and there was a very long line of workmen ordering. Not a big deal. I finally gave them my name and they said it would be a few minutes. They finally gave me one of my lunch orders and said the other would be right out. After some back and forth with the kitchen it was figured out that they did not make my second order. There was a basically an "oh well. It's still going to be 8 minutes " attitude without any remorse or option. And I had already paid. This was now 50 minutes after I called in the order. I finally told them I couldn't wait any longer and I just needed a refund. They couldn't refund my card, only could do cash. What makes this even more irritating is I tipped on something I never even got since I was only reimbursed for the item I purchased but didn't receive. The additional tip I added will still be on my cc statement. And after all the waiting my husband's sandwich was super soggy. I wish I could say this is the 1st time I've had to wait almost double the quoted time but it's not. It is however the 1st time I never got my order and seeing their response with their issue makes me realize that customers are not only not valued, neither is their time. I am very torn because if you are able to get their food, it's great. Just very disappointed in their lack of customer service. read more

For years, folks living and working in these parts have raved about the pizza and so we went for a Sunday outing. Cozy interior with very friendly server and a "usual suspects" pizzeria menu with signature items (B.S.C.s) that, while resemble calzones - are not. (Wife ordered a calzone and looked completely different!) Bread knots, pizzas, ravioli, calzone and my B.S.C. all added up to a worthwhile and reasonable outing. Walked in and ordered two large pies, the Super Brick and the Roma, to go. Both were ready in about 15 minutes and I was home and dinner served in another 5 minutes. Service was friendly. Pies were loaded up with toppings, hot and quite delicious. The kids have declared this their new favorite pizza and the adults raved about it as well. It has been several years since we have ordered from here, and not sure why. We will be back, next time to eat inside, and will indulge in those delicious garlic knots! read more

Our go-to choices are the meatball sub and the eggplant sub. The meatballs are well seasoned and always moist. There's nothing more annoying than ordering eggplant and getting soggy slices or ones with the tough skin left on. Do lunch here. I mean, the meals in general are pretty fairly priced and not crazy expensive, but the lunch deal is amazing. You have a variety of options (pizza, salad, pizza and salad, Stromboli, calzone, sandwiches with chips) all for like $6 or $7 or something with a drink. It's also pretty convenient location wise. The one issue though is the place is tiny and can get packed, so make sure your prepared to weave. read more

I ordered a half tray of baked meat ziti for 12/23/21. The price on the online catering menu said $71. That was also the price that was mentioned when Linda took my order. I go into pick up my order and I was told it was now $85. They said that their prices had changed but the price online still said $71. I was told that on their website it said that prices are subject to change without notice. It does not say that on the catering menu online. They refused to honor the online catering price. I was told that no one in the entire place could not honor the price and that only the owner could honor the price. Conveniently the owner was out of town and I was given a bogus number to contact the owner. My options, since tomorrow is Christmas Eve, are limited so I paid for my order. I have never been a victim of bait and switch in my entire life. I will never be back to this establishment and I will tell everyone I know and am associated with to not patronize this establishment. I have never been to this location and ordered based on a recommendation. DO NOT go here. They are not honest and do not honor their prices. This is our go to pizza place. They are a small hidden away family owned great place to eat. We always have to have the garlic knots as a starter and dip them in marinara sauce. We get the brickyard pizza with extra cheese. If you like spaghetti and meatballs, you must come here. Everyone is very nice and so helpful. They do have limited space so get there early. Go give it a try, ask some friends to go with you. If you have kids, they give them dough to play with. read more

I've always wanted to try their pizza. We finally did and we're a little disappointed. The pizza was soggy on the bottom and the sausage and ground beef was ground so fine and soft that it had a weird consistency. The sauce tasted good. We might try it again - maybe pasta next time. read more

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to! I can't believe I waited this long to try it. Such a cute, family frendly, and local place to get some delicious food. Although pizza is their specialty, the Baked Meat Ziti I got was wonderful (and enough to feed 2)!! After seeing other patrons get a salad, I know what I want next time. Boyfriend's parents recently discovered this place, and his Dad says its the best manicotti he's ever had. So the other night when he suggested we meet there for dinner, we were all about it. Boyfriend started us off with a BC Bomb - breadsticks (basically a small pizza crust) smothered with cheddar and bacon, served with ranch on the side. Its as good as it sounds. His Dad, of course, had the manicotti, Mom had the lasagna, boyfriend had a calzone, and I had the eggplant rollatini. I ordered the appetizer size - only difference is the entree comes with one more roll, a side of spaghetti, and garlic knots. But we had an order of knots anyway, so that was covered, and spaghetti would have just been filler. Three of the four of us cleaned our plates. The calzone was ginormous, so half of it came home for later, and we've been munching on it ever since. Everything was excellent. They have a pretty good beer selection, but watch the expiration dates on the bottles - I got to the bottom of my Sweetwater Blue (oh, how I miss living where Sweetwater distributes) before I realized that it had a best by date of August 2010. Pizza is to thin, flops when you pick it up. I like thin crust, but this was the worst I've seen. The service is always slow and the staff aren't very attentive. Ordered Togo and was told 30 minutes which was fine, but upon arrival was told it would be another 15 minutes or so. 20 minutes later got the food only to arrive home and have the wrong order. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I suffer from stage 4 CKD. I can manage my illness through diet. I asked for a very simple menu accommodation that causes ZERO added cost or time to entree preparation.
