Sonthai was amazing! As a plus size bride it's always a little nerve-wracking going into smaller studios and being afraid that they would not have your sizes. Luckily the studio offers a great selection of plus size gowns and made my experience seamless! Most of the dresses that I tried on were well under $3k which is an amazing price point for all of the embellishments and intricacies that they had. Very excited to move forward with designing my own dress with them

The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable and patient. You are the only one in the shop so he dedicates that time to you. I was able to try on so many dresses in one appointment. I would definitely recommend coming here to try on dresses even though I ultimately didn't end up buying my dress from here, I still learned a lot. Since the owner designed these dresses himself he is also able to make adjustments as needed.

I went with my wife and we both had a really good experience. The staff made her feel comfortable and took the time to help her find what she liked. The quality of the dresses is top tier, and the new 2027 selection we saw looks incredible. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking.

Son Thai was amazing in helping me pick out a dress. I told him I wanted a sophisticated, glam look, and within 5 minutes, I found the perfect dress. He creates amazing dresses, and he is so fun to be around for dress shopping. He makes the stressful dress process end with laughter. Also, Thigh helped tailor my dress to perfection. She was so understanding of what I needed. This is a great place to go to.

Sonthai Gi is magic Got my dress last minute due to ordering one online and being disappointed. Gave him an idea of what I wanted and first dress he chose for me was it! I had a great experience at this bridal salon. Sonthai designs all the dresses in the shop and he personally helped me select the best dress for my figure, age (I am old enough to be a mother of the bride) and wedding ceremony location and setting. I am so glad that I listened to him when he suggested that I keep the long train on my dress! It was really good for the photos! Adding some photos of the day! I did order a custom matching veil from Sonthai but since the tulle color on the veil was too white for the dress, I bought a random cathedral blush colored veil from Amazon and it really tied the look together. If you buy a veil from here, make sure you verify that the tulle color will end up matching your dress. I did not know there were shades of veils so I wasn't paying attention upon pickup.

If I could give 10 stars, I would, and if you're a bride-to-be searching for the dress, look no further--working with Sonthai was an absolute dream! From the moment I walked into his studio, he made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I showed him a couple of wedding dress inspirations, and he immediately pulled the most stunning dresses, each one more beautiful than the last. Every dress I tried on made me feel like a true bride and fit me like a glove! He listened to my needs and put on the veil and cap sleeves so I could envision the whole look. Sonthai's warmth, humor, and incredible eye for design made the entire process stress-free and incredibly memorable. He even encouraged my bridesmaids to pick out dresses for me to try, making it such a fun and inclusive experience that we all enjoyed. They loved him just as much as I did! Unlike other bridal stores, I visited in San Jose, where I felt rushed, stressed, and stuck with dresses that didn't flatter my body or suit my style. The price of the dress with alterations was within my budget, and I know if I went to a big-name wedding dress shop, it would be double or triple that price. One bridal shop quoted my cathedral veil ($3,000) more than the actual wedding dress! I said yes to the dress with Sonthai, and I couldn't be happier! I knew it was the one when I started to get emotional. I highly recommend getting your wedding dress here for a seamless, personalized, and fun experience. I felt like a celebrity in a personal shopping experience in an intimate and exclusive studio. Sonthai's service was truly unique. He ensured every detail was tailored to me, even suggesting custom changes as the designer to ensure I had the dress of my dreams. This experience was so wonderful. This boutique studio has the designer Sonthai Gi in house. He did an amazing job with my dress and even helped me navigate that I needed to order it on "rush" because there were 4 months between my engagement and wedding. The cost was very reasonable for a personalized dress and service. Highest quality dress and service all the way around. Also, the bustle that the seamstress made was so gorgeous! I got so many compliments!! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Sonthai to design my wedding dress! I didn't want to drive far to find my dress so I'm so happy he had a location in downtown San Jose. TRY ON: I booked my appointment online and arrived early to find street parking nearby after reading some other reviews. The studio is small so I recommend only bringing a couple of people to your appointment to help you into the dresses. When I arrived, Sonthai already had 6 dresses picked out based on my preferences. I tried the first one on and everyone in my party said yes right away and got so excited. I didn't think I would find my dress so quickly! I tried on the other choices just in case but it was unanimous that the first choice was their favorite. I said yes to the dress and put my deposit down. DRESS: The quality of the fabric was great and had a beautiful train that was lightweight but still very elegant! My dress had a blush undertone with subtle sparkles that looked amazing under the sun. I loved that he designs his own dresses in-house so the dresses are made to order to your measurements, can be customized with different fabrics and colors, and his team would handle the alterations. FITTING: I had two fittings after buying the dress 2 months and 1 month prior to my wedding. He let me try on different veils and suggested a specific style and length that would look best with my dress. I ended up purchasing my veil on Amazon but it was nice to get his opinion and not feel pressured to buy it at his store. I was able to bring my dress home after the final fitting and pay via Zelle. It was very quick and efficient! TIPS: - Wear make up and bring hair accessories to your try-on appointment so you can see which style would look best with the different dresses. - Bring your undergarments and heels you plan to wear on your wedding day to the fitting so he can alter the size and length accordingly. - Bring a family member or friend to your final fitting so they can learn and record how to bustle your dress ahead of the wedding day. It helped us save time so we weren't trying to figure it out on the day of. Thank you Sonthai for the amazing experience and making me feel so beautiful on my special day!

Such a personal wonderful experience! We walked in having no idea what we wanted. Explained the wedding details and the perfect dress was selected for us! The designer came down to personally tell us details about the dress and he so was nice! I was shocked at how they take every measurement for the dress to fit you like a glove. 5/5 would highly recommend bridal gown studio! I went there a couple weeks ago with my sister and her bridesmaids. She had an idea of what she wanted and showed her dress style preferences to Son Thai. Then he picked out some dresses for her to try on, based on the styles she wanted. This was my second time shopping for bridal dresses, and I was blown away by how beautiful and unique Sonthai's designs are. Update!! We worked with Sonthai again to bring dress cost down and he was so accommodating! After visiting another studio to look at dresses we realized nothing compared to the dress fitting he provided for us. Sonthai really took the time to find dresses that not only fit but made my friend feel so special in her dress. I did not think this hole wall in San Jose would be the spot to find my dream dress. But I'm here to tell you that this is the place to go if you are in the South Bay area! The service here was amazing. I felt so special meeting the person who designed my dress and having him walk me through the whole process. He gave me and my guest, an amazing experience, and we felt like friends by the end of trying on all the dresses i wanted to! I just had my dress fitting and his seamstresses were so nice and accommodating. And his prices you can't beat!! It's a tiny studio with not many selections of dresses. Came here as my daughter's first choice and it's in a quiet part of SJ downtown and parking is limited. The selection is very omitted but the quality is outstanding I'm not going to lie. Guess we felt kind of rushed to make a decision even though the wedding is like 8 months from now but still it wasn't like "ooooooh I've got to try this on one more time". Didn't get that vibe. The price was within my daughter's budget but we have more research to do. It's a small intimate gown studio. That's what they offer, very personalized. It wasn't for us. read more

Bridal gown studio was my first AND ONLY shop I went to for bridal gown shopping! I thought I was going to have to go to at least 3-5 different shops before I found "the dress!" Firstly, Son Thai was able to accommodate my party of 6 bridesmaids which most other shops did not allow so I was absolutely thrilled to have them all be part of this experience! Secondly, I showed him some photos of what I liked and he hand picked a bunch of dresses and even asked my bridesmaids to pick some dresses for me to try on also! The very first dress I tried on was THE DRESS and I couldn't be happier and more excited for the big day!! Son Thai was super helpful in finding dresses that literally matched the style I was looking for. This experience was amazing, it couldn't have been anymore perfect :) my dress was also very reasonably priced so even more of a win!! History

Established in 2003.

Early in 2003, Sonthai Gi opened his own Bridal and eveningwear store and sold bridal gowns in Pasadena California. Today, Sonthai serves brides all over California from his newer location in Downtown San Jose California. His work is known for bridal designs that are simple yet elegant, romantic and classic, as well as glamorous and sexy with high-class style. His most well know "signature" design features include exquisite beadwork and embroidery. His Bridal designs have appeared in publications such as Martha Stewart Weddings/Wedding Dress Magazine, Instyle Wedding, Inside Weddings, The Knot, Elegant Bride, Pasadena Weddings.

Unfortunately for me, I did not get the experience I was hoping for and did not feel like my stylist was able to interpret my vision. This was my 4th time trying on dresses. I previously went to Kleinfeld NYC, Anthropologie Palo Alto, and Kinsley Couture Walnut Creek. I had wonderful experiences at my previous appointments. I decided to come here because one of my friends had recommended them. My budget was $5k so I had a flexible price range. My stylist didn't really explain to me their process at this store so I was a bit confused. I knew it was a one hour time limit and the estimated dresses to try on was 5, but I didn't know it was a hard limit. She ended my appt early at 45 minutes. Had I known I could only try on 5 dresses exactly, it would have been nice if she was transparent about that so I could at least maybe select the dresses I gravitated toward out of her selection. I felt like I was giving feedback after each dress, but kept getting another variation of what I didn't like. The first dress I tried was probably the best out of 5, but from there we kept getting further and further away from what I wanted. There were some dresses I put on and wasn't comfortable to walk out on the podium, but she never asked me if I wanted to show my guests or not. She would just immediately open the curtains and I just felt very exposed and not handled with care. It just didn't feel like a hospitable environment for me or my 3 guests. We were never even offered water. I'm hoping my experience was an outlier and I wish all the brides coming here success in their bridal journey.

Parking is super easy; for my Sunday 3:00 PM appointment, the street parking spots were empty and the nearby parking garage had tons of space. Entrance is a little bit of a hole-in-the-wall, but they put a sign above their entrance, and directions are easy to follow to their front door (store is located on the second floor). My absolute love of this place includes: - the space is huge!! I had a dual fitting with my friend, but we weren't bumping into each other or in each other's pictures or anything at all. I saw that there was another person doing a fitting, but she was practically on the other side of the building, so we weren't encroaching in each other's space. - the dual fitting was a special request, and Jackie made sure to put us in rooms next to each other, which made the process that much more seamless - kitchen: one of my girls set up camp and poured us our teas, mimosas, and champagne in the Bo Lee kitchen. Also a beautiful space! - natural lighting: big and tall windows plus second floor venue equals viewing yourself in true colors instead of only bulb-lighting. The dresses I tried on were beautiful, but in the natural light, I could see how dynamic they were as well! Subtle sparkles, sheer tulle... it all came out differently in the natural light. - stylist chooses the dresses based on conversations and preference. Jackie, my stylist, knew the entire inventory. I just described what I thought I wanted, and she delivered!! I was relieved that I didn't have to go through dress after dress on the floor and hum and haw about whether I wanted to try it on or not. (Some people might not like this, but I feel like I had a curated try-on collection from an expert who saw the bigger picture.) - I also love how Jackie had me try on a dress I didn't think was the style I wanted, and she dotted her Is and crossed her Ts so I could for sure say with confidence that that particular dress style was a "no" from me. - both Jackie and Bo Lee took my measurements to make sure there wasn't an error, and it's the little things like that that make you feel confident in choosing them as your bridal boutique. I'm happy, I saw and tried on so many styles, and I had such a fun time! I also went under-budget for what I wanted for my dress, which is a win!

There is a lot of variety here- from big poofy dresses to long tighter dresses and everything in between. Each one of the dresses are very beautiful and elegant. I fell in love with the first dress that I tried on, but wanted straps on them (it was a strapless dress). Jessica said that she can alter the dress to sew straps on for me, but suggested that I try on a couple other dresses just in case I liked those more. I did and it made me love the first dress even more! Jessica made me feel comfortable and was very accommodating. She did not rush me and allowed me to take all the time that I needed with every dress that I tried on. I've heard stories from friends that took up to a year to find the one. I am so lucky that I was able to find a rental that I love so quickly. I had to come back prior to picking up before the big day because my mom wanted me to wear something that did not show my tattoos and Jessica was able to still make it work for me in the same dress that I fell in love with! Elegant Lace Bridal doesn't charge a fee for appointments, which is nice. Victorina and Synthia were SO helpful and engaging. They were very personable and I had a lot of fun chatting with them throughout my appointments. I told them about the look I was going for and they pulled great dresses. It made it hard to choose! I also liked how they helped me get into the dresses and gave their feedback on veil lengths, silhouettes, materials, and etc. I've gone to another bridal boutique that was more "posh" and the service was so lackluster in comparison. Everyone I've had contact with at Elegant Lace Bridal has always been polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking out Elegant Lace Bridal. The atmosphere is more casual but the service is excellent and there are tons of options you can browse through in store.

Unfortunately, the day I had planned to do it I was up from 2am and on with severe diarrhea, vomiting and fever. Total flu! All I needed was to shift my April 13th appointment to May 2nd, again because I was completely sick with the flu and that was the next date my family would be back in town. The representative proceeded to tell me I'll just have to owner call you and rudely ended the phone call. Feeling stressed, I immediately called back and said let's just reschedule to this Friday then, and the same lady rudely goes "Really?! Are you sure you're going to feel better by then?" I mean in the most sarcastic way possible. She proceeded to just rush me off the phone again after that. This whole exchange made me feel completely unwanted and guilty for not being able to come in. Why would any place want me to come in as the bride with a fever, vomiting and diarrhea?? NONE of the other places I had to contact gave me ANY attitude or ANY guilt AT ALL and were completely fine with me moving it out to the May 2nd date. After seeing these negative reviews about this place, it all clicked. The staff here needs some serious customer service training. Eliminated this place entirely off my dress shopping list.

Marina at Le Caprice is a lifesaver!…read more I ordered a Vivienne Westwood gown from a very popular bridal shop. When I tried it on during pickup, I knew something was off. It took 3 stylists just to hook the dress together before it could be zipped up. I had not gained any weight since ordering, and the dress felt like it had been ordered a size too small. The stylist who was helping me put on the dress kept reassuring me that the gown had a hard corset, and because it was strapless, it was meant to fit that tightly. Well before my actual wedding, I had my courthouse ceremony... I needed a lot of help to get the dress hooked on, and when it came time to drive to the courthouse, I couldn't even sit up. I had to lean the car seat all the way back in order to make it to the courthouse. The entire afternoon I was so uncomfortable that I didn't even want to drink water. After that experience, I brought my dress to Marina at Le Caprice. She took one look at my back and didn't even bother zipping me up. She assured me that my dress was too small, that it was not just in my head, and offered to remove the zipper and replace it with a corset back! I was nervous because I really loved the top part of my dress and how snatched it made my waist look, but when I received my dress it still looked just as perfect! Not only that, but I was completely comfortable in it when I was sitting and eating at my reception (: Marina was able to complete the alterations super fast at a fair price and I think the corset was elegantly executed. I highly recommend coming to Le Caprice!

He helped us choose fabrics, explained the history behind different áo dài styles, and made thoughtful recommendations based on how traditional we wanted our outfits to be. When we ran into a small issue because there wasn't enough of one fabric we loved, he was incredibly accommodating and helped us come up with different ideas while also offering to try to source more of the same fabric. What stood out most was Michael's kindness and genuine care. He never made us feel rushed and truly wanted us to leave with something we'd love. When he found out we were visiting from Virginia, he even shared recommendations for places to eat and explore around San Jose! This review is long overdue, but just look at all these stars. They are very much deserved, and I am forever grateful to Casey at Bridal gown studio for helping me find my wedding dress! Unlike most brides I didn't start dress shopping with a specific dress in mind. I just had a few photos screencapped on my phone with vague ideas of what I liked (not strapless, and I think I like lace?) plus a budget: around $2,300. I was weary about reaching out to boutiques because most seem to be on the higher end, however, Sonthai surprised me by not only welcoming me in, but also providing dresses that were very much within my budget and style! Sonthai picked out a dress that was spot on to something I showed him on my phone, plus dresses that I probably would not have considered in the first place. I appreciated having that input because one of those dresses he picked ended up being "the" dress. As I did have a hard time deciding, it was a little over a month later before I went back to make my final decision. It was very easy to schedule a second appointment to try on the dress again, as well as veils and other accessories. Since my first visit, the dress I had picked was no longer on sale, so note to indecisive brides like me: make sure you are aware of this so you can factor it in to your decision-making process! I knew the "risks" of not choosing it right away and was okay with the potential price change (as it could have gone up or down). Erika really listened to my feedback and was incredibly patient. From start to finish, the process was not only easy, but a lot of fun, too! I met Sonthai himseft, who was there when I was getting measurements, and made sure that the correct size was ordered. After ordering, I was given a timeline of approximately when the dress and veil would arrive, and both were on time. During pick-up, I had the opportunity to try on the dress again to make sure it was in good condition. And since they ordered the right size for me, I didn't need any alterations along my bodice, which saved me a ton! Firstly, I'll start off by saying this place is a joke! I came in to this place in September, where I thought I found the dress that I've been looking for. I wanted some alterations done to it, like adding a cathedral train, and some sleeves with extra beading.. Sonthai expressed it can be done! He also stated it would be done in February.. I continued communicating with him through text, luckily I have them all saved. February comes rolling around, I try getting a hold of him regarding my gown since he never attempted to contact me! he didn't pick up. Finally after some texts and phone calls he responds saying that my dress will be ready in March now, because I added beading... ok? March comes rolling around, again several texts no reply! Finally when he did respond, I was told it will be completed in April! At this point I was very worried that he kept giving me the run around. My wedding was only a few weeks away!! April comes rolling around I didn't hear anything from him, I kept contacting him, never revived a response. Finally May is here and I still did not hear back until May 13th! I resent my text and he responds saying "hi your dress is here but they did something wrong to it so I have to send it back" are you kidding me?! I was freaking out as my wedding was right around the corner. He proceeded to say I can pick up that dress but it won't be the one I asked for. I then asked him to send me a photo of my dress, he agreed to but failed to do so! He began making up lies, After saying my dress was in his shop, he then said the dress was in Europe being fixed. Sonthai is very deceiving, in the beginning I trusted him, seems like I'm not the only one who experienced something so upsetting! I was finally able to get a refund and go elsewhere. However my wedding is just a couple weeks away!! This has been the most stressful and taunting experience I've ever had. I'm putting this review to help all the brides out there who are ready to purchase a gown. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE. It will be a nightmare. read more

After several negative experiences at different bridal companies (they like to ignore you if you don't look the part and are surrounded by others it seems), it was wonderful to find Sonthai. His refreshing honesty and talent made it most worth it. When I expressed my trouble over finding someone to do a plus-sized gown that was not off-the rack, and my lack of experience with any of these things, he took the time to coach me in the right direction. Not everyone knows what they want right away. Casey helped me choose a pattern that would best reflect a full-figure and what would be needed in order for not only himself, but if I had chosen to go with another person what to prepare. He also encouraged me to make sure that before choosing him I had taken a look at other options (not because he could not do it, but because he felt it important to make sure I knew what I wanted and how to get it). After an additional search, and better prep - I returned to Bridal gown studio, again because I remained unsatisfied with the snotty attitudes that seem to pervade the industry. This time Casey took the time to deliver honest answers about deadlines, materials, additional needs to research (such as industrial strength underpants, stockings and corset - he was SO right) and gave me a fair quote for his work. I was so impressed with the dress at every stage, and his honesty about fit, weight and design that I would recommend him to anyone. I found out after the fact that Sonthai does have a great deal of experience with important houses (they are not named here, you should just ask him) and has chosen to have his own studio so he can keep his art and his beautiful work under his own control. Don't wait for your formal dress (wedding or otherwise) to take months to be shipped from overseas. It is far more worth the time and effort to go to an expert such as Bridal Gown Studio who most definitely has a fashion pedigree worthy of any large couturier. read more

After visiting a handful of bridal gown shops and not being able to envision myself in my dream dress, I am so thankful that I met Son Thai (owner and designer) at Bridal Gown Studio. It's hard being petite trying on sample size dresses where I had to be clipped to the extreme or stuffed with a pillow in my back to get an inkling of how the dress may look if fitted. I found myself liking bits and pieces of dresses, but never came across anything that I really fell in love with. I had a very good idea of what I wanted, which really helped streamline and make the whole design process smooth with Son Thai. I wanted a 2-in-1 dress, tea length reception dress with a long skirt attachment for the ceremony. I showed him photos of pieces of dresses that I loved and he brought my vision to life. I was really nervous putting full trust in him and not being able to see anything physical until months later, but he delivered! It was everything I imagined and so much more. The best part was that he was able to customize my dress the way I wanted, it fit perfectly for my small frame, and his bridal gown studio is a one stop shop offering hair/veil accessories to complete the look. Son Thai is excellent at what he does from having experience with working alongside top wedding designers in the field (ex: Vera Wang). He is passionate at what he does and he goes above and beyond to ensure quality, fit, and most importantly is more than willing to work with your budget. He keeps it real and will give his recommendations, so you look your absolute best for the most important day of your life. Sonthai Gi designed a ONE OF A KIND bridal gown for my mothers wedding that just occurred on 06/21/14. It was a HUGE hit!!!! EVERYONE complimented my mother on how Beautiful her dress was. He is very meticulous with detail and the shape of a woman's body. He puts all his time and effort to customize dresses for his brides. Not only did he design the dress, he also attended the wedding which made it so much more special for my mother and I. I myself (maid of honor) had already purchased a dress but I needed to shorten the length and add a belt of some sort...Sonthai delivered!!!!!! He did a fabulous job on my dress and got so many compliments on the addition of the belt. This man is very patient and will listen to your ideas. Not to mention extremely talented, he is a sewing GENIUS!!! He knows the dress and a woman's body so if he suggests something, just listen because at the end it will be a great result. Aside from quality of his garments, the price is superb compared to other bridal shops. His studio is appointment only and with that he will spend one on one time with you going through details of what you want. You can purchase already made dresses or customize one of a kind creations. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sonthai and Bridal Gown Studio. From start to finish, our experience was absolutely SUPERB!!! Sonthai's customer service is unmatched. He went above and beyond to accommodate every need, ensuring that the bride and bridal party felt comfortable and taken care of. The selection of wedding dresses at the studio is incredible, with so many options and styles to choose from. Sonthai's recommendations were spot on every single time, offering valuable advice on which dresses would best suit the bride's vision and body type. He also provided fantastic little tips to help make the wedding day the best it could be. One thoughtful gesture was the care kits he gave us, complete with deodorant and baby powder to combat the extreme heat and prevent over-sweatiness. Such attention to detail! A major highlight was Sonthai's agreement to let the bride rent a dancing dress for the reception. This turned out to be the BEST decision, allowing the bride to enjoy her evening comfortably and stylishly. As the mother of the bride, I cannot say enough about our experience with Sonthai, he is a true gem in the bridal world and so thankful my niece Melinda found him when another bridal shop cancelled our appointment. The universe intervened and brought us to the Bridal Gown Studio, a haven for beautifully designed gowns by Sonthai. It's cozy studio located in downtown San Jose, very welcoming and perfect for a bridal party of 6. Sonthai was an absolute blessing, not only does he have a perfect eye but is very honest and gives the bride so much confidence in making her decision, no pressure, no stress, just fun and laughter. I was truely amazed by his talent to fit the exact dress to my daughters body style, a style none of us thought would be the "one". Sonthai put her in a dress that was perfect, stunning, comfortable and made her feel like a beautiful woman about to be married. I had a terrible experience with this bridal shop and with the owner, Sonthai Gi. I ordered my wedding dress seven months in advance and paid a deposit in cash, and never received a single update from him. Two months before my wedding, with zero communication from the shop, I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. When I finally got in touch, Sonthai gave me vague answers, excuses, and completely dodged accountability. It seemed like he had not even received my dress yet. His dismissive attitude and lack of urgency were completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important and time-sensitive as a wedding dress. I told him that I do not trust him and demanded a refund. The process was unprofessional and chaotic. It was exhausting, stressful, and completely avoidable if he had just done his job and communicated like a professional. I do not recommend this shop to any bride. If you value peace of mind, responsiveness, and basic professionalism, go elsewhere. read more

AMAZING EXPERIENCE While attempting to look for another bridal shop in Campbell, I happened to notice this new boutique studio, By google ad, and was pleasantly surprised. Although I did not have an appointment, the saleman consultants was bridal designer, still spent well over an hour with me to find my dream dress (within my price range). It was such an amazing experience to step onto this beautiful platform wearing my wedding dress in front of such a glamorous mirror and realize this is the dress! I have been to several other bridal boutiques and wasn't really impressed with the service. This bridal gown studio is absolutely fun. The bridal consultants are really knowledgeable and definitely made my experience a memorable one. I was even able to purchase gorgeous dresses for my mother and my 3 bridesmaids. I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress here! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful in finding a dress that fit me perfectly. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made the whole process so enjoyable for me and my mom who came with me. Today my daughter and I met with Sonthai to design her dream dress for her wedding! We discovered Bridal Gown Studio through another dress shop that recognized that a designer would best do what my daughter wanted for her dress. Not only did Sonthai get my daughter's unique vision, but he had wonderful suggestions on how to design the dress. He was both pleasant and professional in the process. I was amazed to discover that Sonthai's prices are very reasonable and we can get just the dress my daughter wants designed for her for not much more than a dress we would find on a rack at a bridal shop! Highly recommend I was very surprised by one of the reviews read here. I bought my gown in October of 2011. The designer was nothing short of amazing in every way. Helpful, friendly etc. The gown was of the rack as my wedding was in January 2012, and the alterations was includes with the purchase of the gown, were quick and perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experiences ( I shopped every Bridal boutique in the agree and would not say the same.) Our party and I had a great time! Sonthai picked out amazing gowns and I ended up saying "yes" to the last dress I tried on which happened to be the first dress he pulled after seeing my inspo pic!
