From the moment I began my experience, the staff were disastrously disorganized and communication was severely lacking. Although I found my dream dress here and decided to place an order--including additional items like a bow and skirt--I quickly regretted my decision. Upon receiving my order, I had to fight to have the missing items--ones I had paid for--delivered. To make matters worse, the bow that was sent to me was nothing like what I had ordered. The color, style, and fabric were completely wrong and didn't match at all. The bridal shop is virtually unreachable--no one answers the phone, and emails take at least a week to be acknowledged. I reached out multiple times asking for help in finding a similar bow, but I never received a response on how to fix the issue. Not once did they return my calls or address my concerns about a refund. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare for me as a bride, and I wouldn't wish the stress, tears, and endless time I wasted dealing with this shop on anyone. Flutter left me utterly devastated and frustrated, and I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am in this entire experience.

There are private suites and so much more room which allows for more comfort. I wasn't allowed to "shop" the store with my daughter and she was really rushed and pressured to try on dresses that weren't her style. We were never given a moment to even talk about the dresses privately, it all just felt very impersonal. She asked the canned questions of course, but it didn't come across as genuine. So, their store seamstress charged me more to get the train shorten. I was told that if I didn't pay the extra $800 then I can get some of my money refunded and take my business elsewhere. RUDE! 2) Bad fitting I decided to pay the extra $800 b/c at this point the seamstress already done some work on my dress and when I came back to try on the dress...THE TRAIN WAS TOO SHORT!!! The train was NOT as the seamstress and I discussed. The store owner would not add inches to my train unless I pay again (for a mistake that was never my fault) and never offered any other options, such as refund or discount. I was never offered any parts of my dresses back that was taken off either. Store manager, MIKAYLA, kept telling me and my MOH how the train "looked fine and you'll be fine"when we initially explain to her it was shorter than discussed At my last fitting...The dress didn't fit!!! It needed to be tucked in on the sides of the train and laced added to the back to hold its form on the bust. The 3 sq. in. lace took 2 months to come in. 3) Harassment The STORE OWNER, COLBY, called and YELLED at me after I informed his store manager about the continuous errors to my dress. A call I never asked for and did it expect! He was constantly interrupting me and yelling me about how I should've been more well informed about their fashion terminology, about how he thought my emails were rude, and he said "You are never happy and pick up your dress ASAP!" Mikayla also threaten me that her store owner was "worse than her" and the harassment call was put on speaker for her to listen w/o my knowledge too We were LITERALLY ARGUING over the phone. I had to fight for my last fitting with them explaining that they will have to finished all the services that I already paid $800 for before I picked up my dress. He agreed and said he will personally handle all fittings and corrections. Which was not the case. 4) Lack of communication They took forever to respond to ANY of my emails or calls. They DO NOT update me on the progress of my dress unless I email AND call them several times Colby did not inform me that he gave the last corrections to the seamstress to fix. I didn't find out until I received an email updating me that my dress corrections were on paused due to the seamstress getting covid19. Of course, to get some kind of reassurance that my wedding dress was not exposed to COVID19; I asked for their COVID19 policy and precautions I got nothing, but the run around that the seamstress was tested negative before coming back to work. No reassurance of my safety (or theirs) regarding picking-up my dress. After several attempts of requesting that the seamstress not being present at my pick-up appointment, they FINALLY agreed. They were very patient with her and let her without question try on other ones after to make sure and then put that one back on. They didn't pressure her at all or use any of the tactics that other places sometimes do. Once she selected the dress they brought out champagne for another round to cheers. She was told that her dress would arrive in 6 months (the contract also stated 6-8 months). Fast forward to June and no dress had arrived. July came and went and still no dress. August arrived and still no dress. Everyone in our family had been calling, my sister (bride), my mom, myself and they kept pushing out the date when the dress was going to arrive. We looked at the contract and it said 6-8 months (despite what the owner has tried to claim on google reviews). In the same time my cousin ordered a dress and after pressing with legal action received her dress just 2 weeks prior to the wedding. After this, we continued to press and even drove to the studio.
