Awesome gem I found for lunch today. I had the Falafel Sandwhich with a side of their homemade hot sauce it was great! Dog friendly patio, they offer you dog water bowls. RuPaul (dog) also had some chicken that was offered to him for free. He thought it was exquisite. Happy hour M-F 2-6pm can't be beat. Spent the morning hiking around Boulder, so we were pretty tired (and hungry) when we got home. Didn't feel like going out, so we checked yelp for delivery options. Wow. The flavors here are just incredible. The Banh Mi sandwich is not your typical Banh Mi. But, it is one of the tastiest I've ever had. And I can't describe the sweet potato and avocado salad without the word "surprising". There are so many punchy flavors - from peanuts to the vinaigrette to the mint, it just keeps delighting you with each bite. Honestly loved eating here and would recommend to anyone. We wanted to check this place out one night however, I was prepared to deal with parking downtown on a weekend. Instead we ordered the kale apple salad and the Bahn mi sandwich for delivery. Both were excellent. In fact the salad is competing in my book for my favorite salad in Denver and I certainly was not expecting that. The next weekend we checked this place out for breakfast. I ordered the sausage cheese stuffed pretzel, while my guest opted for a sausage cheese biscuit. Upon seeing my stuffed pretzel, he added one to his order. The pretzel, while small was so rich and delicious. The salty flavor was perfect. The bagel was well a bit average but it's a bagel and many places in Denver serve us decent bagel sandwiches. We went early and were the only customers. The kitchen however, was bustling with meal prep. The bartender was experimenting and the service, though an order at the counter was great! Terrific service and quality eats are the name of the game at Brider! The (multi)award winning apple fritter is butter-licious goodness. We order one every visit (sorry waistline) and I carry around a picture of one that gets shared with ANYONE who says anything about apples, sweets, breakfast, yadda yadda. Visited today and they brought out a vegi stromboli instead of meat, which I thought I'd ordered. My hubby thought they got it right but they jumped so quick to fix it AND brought me a beautiful bowl of fruit while I waited. Thank You, Brider! Honestly, it took me a few visits to settle into the concept that top quality food and slightly-above-casual prices were tied to ordering at the counter then picking your own seat, but now I like that it's the fastest path to getting me fed. Pros: tasty apple fritters; creative breakfast strombolis; house made english muffins on the breakfast sammies; hearty and flavorful meatballs and polenta; sometimes they have fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and it tastes like sunshine Cons: coffee is a little on bitter side (hubby disagrees); once added rotisserie chicken to roasted sweet potato & avocado salad and it was hardly noticeable; prices feel a little steep when you aren't getting table service; having trouble trying more of the menu because I'm stuck on favorites; that apple fritter is so delicious it's addictive and makes me concerned I don't spend more time exercising. read more

Ordered through Postmates, so I have no clue how the service is... will say my delivery order was subpar... I ordered the wagyu beef French dip & the sweet potato fries... both probably would've been remarkable if... they had the SAUCES they were supposed to come with!! Since I got NO sauce (ie: Au jus for the dip & the cilantro jalapeño sauce that was supposed to come w/the fries) both items were dry AF, threw the sweet potato fries in the trash & ate the meat dry out of the dip. Disappointed, but pretty sure the To-Go person just didn't double check the order, that the kitchen f'd up, & we all know Postmates doesn't check to make sure your order's right so it is what it is, waaay too expensive to roll the dice again from home though. read more

I walked here from downtown Denver area for an early dinner. It's wasn't that busy at the time. Wow. Fresh ingredients everywhere! It was hard to decide what to order but after consulting with the associate I landed on the Rotisserie Roasted Lamb sandwich. It had plenty of delicious and fresh ingredients stacked on the artisan bread. It came with a side of homemade chips that had just the right crunch and spices tossed in. Why in the heck do I keep coming back to Brider? Because it is amazing!!! I have had amazing brussesl sprout salads, a meatball sandwich, and just recently the french dip. Everything, and I mean everything has been delicious. It's been so refreshing to have amazing flavors across all the different meals I have had here. Parking is not an issue. 3.00 parking across the street is easy(we use the app). I love when the front doors are wide open and are able to sit on the patio and watch the people of Denver enjoying the shops and breweries in the area. Keep it up Brider. I'm a fan. I stopped at Brider for lunch on the weekend. If you want to try any of their breakfast dishes you must come before 11am. I came right in time to order from their lunch menu which is mostly sandwiches. It is a fast casual format where you order at the front and the food is brought to your table. They have different menus for breakfast/lunch/dinner and they also have a bar and sell coffee drinks. I ordered the chicken and pesto sandwich which comes with chips. The sandwich was pretty good and the chips were much better than what I was expecting. They do sell several dessert options including brioche doughnuts, cupcakes, freshly baked cookies, etc. I managed to have enough willpower to not get any dessert but would love to try it another day. They also have a more upscale/pricier menu for dinner which includes things like rotisserie and fried chicken which will be good to try some other time. Overall, Brider was a good lunch spot with decent prices and a helpful staff. read more

I like Brider. A lot. I've now been on several occasions and it is my go-to spot when I'm getting my hair cut at Salon Denver down the street or swing dancing at Little Man Ice Cream on Saturdays. The only problem is I can no longer go without getting the sweet potato tater tots. They're just too good - it's not an option to walk out without them. Paired with a cilantro jalapeno sauce, they are decadent and aplenty. I'm surprised that I end up with leftovers for the next day. I've also really enjoyed their brusselsprouts and the baby kale & shaved apple salad. The sprouts are big, roasted, crispy and tangy. The salad is topped with candied almonds, big chunks of parmesan and a lemon vinaigrette. I'm not a salad person and I wolf this down. The service is also top notch. The staff is always friendly, checks in on our meals and offers to-go containers, even though there is no "table service." It's also never too crowded, whether or a Wednesday or Saturday evening, so you should probably go on both days. read more

I have eaten at Brider or ordered delivery from them a handful of times. It's always expensive, which I don't mind if the quality of food, flavor, and friendliness is present. I just feel after my 4th or 5th try they are just off the mark. I really want to love this place...it has a great reputation, it's in my neighborhood, and they serve the stuff I like...sandwiches, pizza, bagels. Went here for the happy hour after seeing it on the Denver Passport. Food: The happy hour prices were phenomenal. $0.50 cent sesame wings were fantastic -- reminded me of my favorite Korean Fried Chicken joint (Crisp) back in Chicago. For $0.50...I should have ordered more, but had to move on to the next dish. We also got the lamb gyros which while messy, were very tasty as well. Just enough spice to keep it interesting. And to round it out, we finished with the bacon grilled cheese. The fresh bread was our favorite part. A little more cheese would have been welcomed, but that always seems to be the case with grilled cheese anyways :) Drinks: I went with a classic, The Last Word, and it was absolutely perfect. Really trendy spot in a cool area! The restaurant is nestled between a lot of cute boutiques, bars and other restaurants on Platte. The inside is super bright and open with all the windows. I was surprised you order at the counter then you get a number and someone brings your food to you. Their menu is written on a large wall when you walk in, a lot of salads and sandwiches and some larger plates. Overall the food was really good and fresh. I had a sandwich and enjoyed it. I dig Brider. We take all of our new employees here for lunch and their food is fantastic! However, this morning I had a really strange experience. I called three minutes to 8 and was told that I couldn't order food to go yet because they opened in 3 minutes. So, I had to hang up and call back. When I called back at 8:01am, someone from the back of the house picked up the phone and just said "Hello?". I had to ask if I was calling Brider... He put the phone down, ran to the back and all I heard was "Dude you need to hang up on her!" then the phone went dead. I called back again and I finally got someone that I could speak with. She was extremely apologetic (thank you) and I was able to order my breakfast sandwich. I'm not sure what happened but that experience this morning was less than awesome and I felt like the buck got passed a few times. All I wanted was my dang bagel sandwich! read more

I came here with a few friends after a class at Savory Spice Shop and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was! I ordered the Tomato braised meatballs and polenta and it was delicious. The creamy polenta, tender meatballs and a perfectly spiced tomato sauce was the ultimate comfort food. I also took a few bites of Brussels sprouts my friend got and they were very tasty. The service was super friendly too, especially the gentleman who happily substituted other baked goods since they were out of the check in chocolate chip cookie. I took a blondie for later because he said it was the best of all the choices. I am now eating it with my coffee and it's the best darn blondie I have ever had! There are few fast-casual restaurants that I'd drive across town to eat at but Brider is one of the exceptions and I'll definitely return. read more

Went into this place by chance. We were on a wait list to get into Denver brewing across the street and noticed the cool layout of Brider. Given that we were hungry we decide to check it out. We ordered the family meal which came with a bunch of delicious things. The Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts are to die for! The salad and dressing was delicious with a good kick to it. For a fast casual restaurant, Brider has AMAZING food. The kitchen staff does an amazing job and you'll very much enjoy just about anything you'll order on the menu. They have a nice outdoor porch and can open up the large glass doors on nice days to make the entire restaurant open air. Kid friendly for sure.
