Side note: they even provide feminine hygiene products in the restroom. They also have a printer available. There's a huge parking lot available. It's $14 for a piece of bread with a little cheese and jam but it's so yummy, I'll splurge every once in a while and go with it. Plus, I can't eat tree nuts, so it is one of the few options for me. However, the second time I got it, it was most definitely not worth it. The "whipped" ricotta was just a sad, thin wet layer and there was practically no jam. I get it. It's expensive out here. We're living in the shadows of the avocado toast economy where espresso drinks cost minimum $7 and you effectively can't buy anything for less than $4. But just because you feel like you *can* doesn't mean you *should.* Paying $14 for a piece of bread.... Come on. It's insulting. It feels exploitative. Will i be going back? Many of the sweet treats like cupcakes, macrons, cookies and bars are vegan and gluten-free friendly, and they have a smattering of more substantial offerings (including sandwiches as well as prepackaged snacks, a salad bar and a hot bar via the Ann Arbor Food Co-op that's attached) if you're hungrier for something a bit more fillng or savory. They also have deeeeelicious smoothies and fresh juices, plus a variety of seasonal espresso and non-coffee related beverages to offer. Right now they have a mulled apple cider and a raspberry white mocha as we sail into the last few weeks of winter (hopefully!). Since they're part of the co-op they're very community oriented with lots of meetings and local info to be found on their community board, they also have live music on Thursdays and just a really laid back and fun atmosphere in general. Great wifi to boot! FYI--Parking in the neighborhood is metered and those closest to the cafe, on the street, only take change, so bring your quarters. Parking in the Farmer's Market lot a few blocks north can be paid for with a card (on non-market days).

Something like kimchi or gochujang, or perhaps a spicy mayo or aioli it needs something to take it to the next level. I have no issue with using ground beef instead of ribeye which is traditionally used for beef bulgogi. They would probably have to charge $10 a bun instead of $5 a bun given today's beef prices. The cherry almond was very good we got it at half price probably sitting for a day or two but given the half price I understand, given the bread is not a soft compared to a fresh bun. I have no doubt this would be amazing if you bought the same day. My favorite was the Ube doughnut an absolute perfect treat. Overall a solid place to grab a bite, next time I would like to try their bulgolgi breakfast sandwich. To drink ordered a hot vanilla black tea which had good flavor. They also offer complementary water you serve yourself. If their breakfast sandwich is anywhere near Q-house bakery will be coming here often.
