Hi I was a first time patient at this dental facility I went to come in for a dental consultation it was horrible the way the staff treated me they were very racist to the way they were speaking to me. The doctors were Indian American dentist from India I have had my share of racism in this country as a black female but this here was just so disgusting they had me wanting in the lobby for an hour and wouldnot call me or pay me any attention they just ignored me most of the time. They would call or pick Caucasians or Latinos or even there own Asian race. Please who ever reads this please don't go here if you are afican american black female or male. So I will boycott any and everything Indian American or anything coming or tied to india. read more

Yay! I found my new dentist! Great experience as a first time patient. I just went for a routine cleaning, and the hygienist was sweet and gentle and very informative!! Loved her. I did not want XRays though since i'd been to 3 different dentists in the last year (inquiring about a fix for a chipped front tooth as well as routine cleanings and all did Xrays, how much exposure does a person need in a year!) Anyway, I just never liked any of the offices I'd been to. (You just get a vibe on people right?) But here it was just warm and welcoming and everyone is so pleasant! The Dr also feels confident in fixing the chip!! Highly recommend! read more

If you're high risk for COVID (or if you like your clothes) do not go here. Fairly certian this is where I caught COVID in the fall because it was the only indoor public place I was ever unmasked. There is limited air filtration, the front desk employees are not masked. When the manager asked if there was anything she could do to help and I asked her to put on a mask she refused. I asked for recommendations of other dental practices that have more robust safety measures and was told to call my insurance. On a previous occasion the dentist stained the front and sleeves of my white shirt with toothpaste. If you can go someplace else, I recommend you do. read more

I agree with previous patients, this place is a SCAM!!! I was told over the phone the dentist could see me as an emergency patient and take care of the pain I was feeling. When I arrive to the office the hygienist took a FULL X-Rays of my teeth and did a cleaning. After, the dentist looked at my teeth and said I needed my wisdom tooth extracted and I should have them all removed. The dentist did nothing for my pain, I had to seek help from another dental office and was informed of having a cavity tooth!!! Bridge Smiles Dental Group is a Joke!!! Billing my insurance for an unnecessary cleaning and X-Rays is unethical! NOTHING was DONE to resolved the pain I was feeling and I was being exposed to radiation !! If this man can not see a cavity while looking at teeth or X-Rays then he shouldn't be a dentist! I went in for a new patient exam and regular cleaning. I was incredibly nervous as it had been a good while since last dental visit. The hygienist Michelle made me very comfortable and throughout the entire process! My teeth needed definite work, but she would continually ask how I was feeling and if I needed a break. My teeth look and feel amazing now ! The front desk was very courteous as well. Will return back to this office for my next visit . read more

I have been going to BSDG for years and have always had excellent and fast service. Yesterday I lost a filling and called the office. I got an appointment for 5 hrs later which was great. Dr. Chennadi greeted me warmly and took care of replacing the filling within 25 minutes. We had a pleasant conversation which also helps me out when I am in the chair. The staff is super nice and the newly renovated waiting room is great. There is ample parking right behind the office building. You won't be disappointed if you try these guys out. read more

I had been putting off a dental check up for years. I know it was not the greatest idea. Well my family has been going to this practice for some years now, so they all ready came recommended. I usually had such bad anxiety when it came to going to the dentist. When i went to this practice i felt no stress, no anxiety. It turns out i need quite some work done, which they told me what it was. I never felt a ounce of pain ( ok once but that was it). The dentist and staff are wonderful, and caring. I even had an emergency with my 4 year old nephew , and they wanted him to make sure nothing was damaged after they checked him out and sent us to a recommend specialist. If you are not big on going to the dentist this practice will restore your faith on not having to be nervous! read more

This is the most incompetent practice you will ever experience, from the receptionists to the dentists. All of the work done on either me or my family had to be redone. I gave them several chances, but they failed each time. Today they called and asked me what dates THEY scheduled our next cleanings on. That was it (They the lady argued with me) OMG There are too many dental practices out there to deal with utter incompetence... This place will give you high blood pressure, whoah! read more

This dental office is unprofessional, rude, and don't know what they are doing. I personally feel that they mistreated me to get more money just to have more work done on my mouth. The staff is rude. The facility itself is outdated and the dentists don't know what they are talking about. Most of my family went here when it was owned and operated by another dentist. But since his retirement, the place has gone even more downhill. Please do not go here if you care about your oral health at all. read more

I went to the Somerville NJ office back in May, because it was the closest dental office to my house that took my insurance. I didn't know anything about this dental practice prior to my visit, because there were no reviews, & I did not know anyone else that went there. I wish I had never gone. The atmosphere itself made me immediately uncomfortable. The office was small, dark, outdated, and smelled like a museum. All of the equipment was super outdated, and they were working with the bare minimum as far as supplies go. The staff was not very friendly, and there was no AC or fans, regardless of the fact it was 85 degrees outside. When I asked why didn't have air conditioning, the dental assistant told me that they couldn't afford it. I wound up needing a few fillings, and I was very unhappy with the work that was done. The dentist wound up putting two fillings in the back of my front teeth which was very painful, and I later found out from another dentist who saw my pre filling xrays, that I didn't even have cavities in those teeth, so basically I had holes drilled in perfectly good teeth, and was put in pain for no reason. In addition, I had a filling put in a back molar, which I later had to get extracted because either one of two things happened: 1) The dentist pointlessly put a filling in a tooth that was cracked below the gum line, or 2) he cracked my tooth below the gum line in the process of putting the filling it. I'm not sure if you've ever had to have a tooth pulled, but it's super unpleasant. After this horrifying experience, I switched to Bridgewater Family Dental over by the Green Knoll Grill and I'm am much happier. If you value your smile, and want to go to a friendly and knowledgeable dental practice, go to Bridgewater Family Dental. Stay away from Bridge Smile in Somerville, unless you want to be turned into a human test dummy. Worst experience I've ever had, these two clowns that work here should be barred from practicing medicine. First they cancelled my visit last minute on the day of my appointment, then they couldn't get me in for another week! When I finally arrived to have my teeth worked on the guy was extremely rude about my insurance and condescending about the state of my teeth. He refused to give me any pain medication and I had to return for another appointment.... I returned the very next day to have more x rays and exams? At this point I told the dentist that I'm in pain and needed treatment or pain relief until I could be seen. He flew into a tantrum about how he is a doctor not me and he will not be pressured into giving me medication. After setting my next appointment he decided to come argue some more about his medical experience. 4 days later I'm finally getting ready for my root canal when I got a call from the dentist, no appointment find a new dentist. I hope someone sues this guy what a moron read more
