These two drawers stay open and will not fully close softly like they should. We need to fully close those two drawers by hand. $10k spent on cabinets, quartz and hardware . One day was a Saturday and I went and bought some Simpson metal brackets. They were right in front of a sticker that said 1.67 each so I grabbed like 30. When I checked out I looked at my receipt and it showed they charged me 3.67 each. I went back and they said the sku doesn't match what the placard priced had it as. I got my money back and went to Lowes. This sunday we went to get some paving stones for a project. They told us to go to the warehouse and someone would write up a ticket. There was no one in the warehouse. We went back to the front desk and asked for assistance and they said they will call the employee. The radio he should have answered was just sitting on a desk. We waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. I had parked my truck inside a gated area. When we went to leave there was no one at the guard booth and we couldn't get out. I went inside the booth looking for a switch to let us out. A guard came out and asked for our ticket, I said no one helped us so we are leaving. They still made us wait until the warehouse person could write our vehicle down. I told them we didn't have anything and they could look because once again we were going to Lowes.
