They close at 11p. Very great and helpful staff. Ordered ahead and they made it before close.

Had a great meal at Bridges inside the Embassy Suites in Sarasota! I ordered the fried chicken burger and a cold beer--crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. My wife went with the poke bowl, and it was absolutely delicious--fresh ingredients, well-balanced flavors, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is upscale but relaxed, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Whether you're staying at the hotel or just in the area, Bridges is definitely worth a visit for a solid meal and a chill vibe.

The view is amazing and so was the food, service and ambiance. The dessert also was a an extra surprise that did not disappointment. The warm fruit crumble and ice cream was a perfect way to end the night.

Food was delicious and had good portions for hotel food. The service was good as well. We were happy with the breakfast options they provided as well. The fish on the sandwich was superb! Totally worth it! Great easy spot to eat with good quality!

Had dinner with my son here tonight. We order the Matzo Ball soup ,Reuben and a Pastrami on rye. The soup was delicious. Both sandwiches were big and pretty flavorful. The Reuben was the better of the two. Nice eating area on the 8th floor of the Embassy Suite

I came in here on a Saturday afternoon and Ashley and David Garcia at the upstairs bar (with a great view, air conditioned perfectly) were great to me. I had a few beers and met some travelers. If you're looking to get out of the heat and still be able to view the great vistas Sarasota has to offer, I'd reccommend popping over. There are sports TV's & more over the windows if you're into that and a cool design aesthetic reminiscent of a sort of deco 80,90's up top the bar with a very high ceiling so you don't feel claustrophobic. A great experience!

Went to the bar for happy hour drinks, and planned on getting dinner, but instead had a slice of the key lime pie. It was tart and very tasty. Service was a tad slow, but then again it was New Years Eve. Will definitely back and will have the pie again!!

I love the view from this restaurant & the food is delicious! The menu has so many great options - my favorite dish that I tried was the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich.

As many of you may have heard, the Embassy Suites Hotel and Bridges Restaurant will be changing ownership on April 20th. I am so grateful to have worked for Innisfree Hotels and Mr. & Mrs. Bridges for several years. I have had the opportunity to offer my Sol's NYC Cheesecake and Deli Corner at both the Hotel Indigo and for the last couple of years at Bridges Restaurant. It has been my pleasure to serve everyone that has made the trip to the eighth floor to enjoy great views and great dining. Effective April 17th, Sol's Deli Corner and SOL's NYC Cheesecake will no longer be available. On April 20th, I will be taking much-needed time to relax and do some projects that have been put on the back burner while working many hours over the last couple of years. I can assure you that I will be back, and when I do, I will let you all know where. My SOl's NYC Cheesecake is available at a few local restaurants at this time, and more to follow. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support over the years!

On Wednesday night, I woke up from a nap and found myself in downtown sarasota looking for a late night snack, and what I found was my new favorite spot. George was not only personable, but he makes excellent drinks. I had a fantastic smoked old fashion with Jameson. The whole presentation was so beautiful. George also recommended the Brasstown Dry Aged Burger. It was so delicious! Even though I was one of the last people to order for the night, the presentation and temperature of the Burger were simply perfect!!! I had a whole potato cut into quarters as my side , an awesome version of fries , they were seasoned so well too. The quality of the ingredients made my taste buds tingle!!! On Friday, I stopped in for a drink and once again was delivered impeccable service! George made me fantastic tequila drinks with fresh ingredients like blueberries! He has a way of bringing drinks and people together, and the whole bar was lively filled with strangers laughing and talking with each other. I also enjoyed the steak toast , it was so flavorfu! As a solo traveler, I love such a lively place where everyone was chatting and having a good time, and the food is absolutely out of this world!!

They drinks were remade but unfortunately the taste didn't move very much from its original state, perhaps that's how the Spritz tastes? The pork ragú this time was missing that je ne sais quoi. Perhaps a change in recipe? The server too, they were missing that dazzle that Connor had provided and fell flat with her personality. All in all, the experience wasn't as illustrious as the first go around. Previous Experience: From the door being opened for us, to the moment we walked out, the experience at State Street was celestial. The libations were on point and I thoroughly enjoyed two orders of the Holla Peña, it had a wicked nice kick! Their fresh, homemade bread was excellent and served with a nice side of salted butter. My date took the special. The filet with the dauphine pommes and enjoyed it very much. She couldn't stop smiling. I had the Pork Ragu and I'll say...it is something I'll fantasize about for sometime to come. LOL It was CHOICE. Our server Connor was so polite, timely, knew how to read cues and overall made it the best experience out dining in a while. It's all how you take care of patrons with pacing and knowing your menu. He also had some friendly recommendations for the rest of our date and couldn't have asked for better time. We will be back.

Absolutely -- corrected version:…read more The Doctor's Office was one of those meals where everything we ordered was memorable. Such a cool concept, but more importantly, the food and drinks absolutely delivered. We started with the Lobstercargots -- chunks of lobster baked in herbed garlic butter and served with fresh-baked focaccia for dipping. Forget escargot; this is the way to do it. The bread soaking up that garlic butter might have been worth the trip by itself. The Bistro Blue Tomato Soup was fantastic. Rich, smooth and full of flavor, with the signature syringe of Grey Goose. "Goose the soup!" Great presentation and even better soup. For the main course, the Famous Bistro Bouillabaisse was outstanding. Lobster tail, Gulf shrimp, grouper, mussels and clams in a saffron tomato broth, with more fresh-baked bread for dipping. Beautiful dish and absolutely delicious. And then there's the Street Corn Named Desire cocktail made with butter-washed tequila. What a drink! The street-corn garnish and seasoned rim make it one of the most creative cocktails I've had in a long time -- and it tastes as good as it looks. The Doctor's Office manages to be fun and clever without the concept overshadowing the food. Excellent meal, creative cocktails and great attention to detail. Definitely a place we'll come back to.

Service was friendly and accommodating, and they start you off with "wellness shots" which is super fun! The cocktails were creative, beautiful, and seriously good. I had the PInk Paloma Club with was equally as refreshing as it was garnished beautifullyrics. The food absolutely held its own! The lobstercargot were rich and delicious, the warm brioche rolls with maple butter were dangerously good. We tried both versions of the grouper, our entrées were beautifully presented and packed with flavor, fish cooked perfectly. Everything felt thoughtful and elevated without being stuffy. We had to finish with two dessert cocktails off the "clinical trials" menu, one was a tequila espresso martini, and one was a take on a Dubai chocolate martini. Perfect ending! The atmosphere is cozy, unique, and a little unexpected--exactly the kind of place I love finding while traveling. Definitely worth an "appointment" if you're on Anna Maria Island.

She was bright, effervescent, eager to please, extremely knowledgeable about every drink and food item on the menu, always present when needed but never hovering. We wanted to try everything, but of course couldn't, so we made do with a couple of their signature cocktails (wonderful), a flatbread appetizer (also wonderful) and the very delicious meat loaf and the gemelli pasta entrees. I 10 out of 10 in every respect. We were quite concerned that we were the only patrons in the restaurant during our entire meal. It was early on a Tuesday evening in low season, but still.
