Did not greet with a smile, when touring the infant room she told me there were 1 teacher per 4 students. There was 5 kids in there with no other teacher or helper. She told me 6 are enrolled and when there more than 4 they will hire another teacher, as there were more than 4 students in there I kinda looked at her in confusion. I was trying to lighten the mood make jokes and she was not smiling or acting friendly at all. Looked like she hated her life. Then she was telling me I had to put a down payment today to secure a spot and after I said isn't there a special going on, she rolls her eyes and said "oh yeah, but that 200 goes towards your first month". She was just not welcoming at all. Megan called me the day prior said that she will be doing the tour and wanted to chat after the tour about the position I applied for. Megan did not once greet me when walking in, only when I was going to the front to leave then she wanted to say hi and that's it. When Natalie was asking for clarification, Megan gets up and said yes that's it and goes back into the office. We did not have a chat after. For 2500$ a MONTH. I know my daughter is in good hands when I drop her off, and she has a great time at the school. I also appreciate the friendly, responsive administrative team and the flexible extended hours. My daughter is usually at school from 8 - 5:30, but they are open from 6:30-6, which helps on days I need to drop her off early or pick her up.

Miss Pong, the director, has been great. When my first son was there, and I was a nervous mom, she was very kind and reassuring. Miss Melissa took the time to help him out of his shell and encouraged him to have fun with his friends. I knew I was leaving my kids in the best hands. I was very impressed with the education they received. My second son told me all about palindromes! When I asked Miss Anne if I was hearing him correctly, she told me that it was something she told the class, in a very basic way. But he retained that knowledge and now he likes to tell me when it's 11:11 and "that's a palindrome mom!" The facilities are very good, I liked the layout very much. The playground is just the right size for little kids, the fence around it is very reassuring with little kids running all over! I also really appreciated the security of getting into the building. I wish our grammar school had that system. I have a third son, who is too young for the program. I have no doubts where he will be going when it's his turn.

They have always been so accommodating and communicate whenever there's an issue or concern. I love seeing how much my son has learned and give all the credit to the staff. We went and visited all the daycares in the area, and we just had such a good feeling about this place. Overall, an amazing daycare in St. Charles that I can't recommend enough!
