We've been there 4 times now (kids needed some cavities filled and we spread it out for time) and each time, no one is coming until we're walking out. They have it DOWN. I didn't want some of the dental services, they were supposed to check on the rate and call me back. I forgot about it. Four months later, I still didn't get a call back from them. I called them about the service quote, they had me on hold for over 30 min. The office manager said she was going to call back in 15 to 20 min later. She never follow up. I called got an answer machine and left a message, very, very, poor customer service. I called them back, next day, I was place on hold 3 times b4 someone finally answer the phone. They said they haven't gotten a quote, after 4 months later. This is the F-ken worst dential office I have ever been to in this area. I highky recommend go to other dentist office with better customer service and forget this office. I would not be surprise if most of the 5 stars are paid.
