The service was fantastic. My car looked and smelled brand new after the service. They came to my house and cleaned my car where it was parked in the driveway. The service van had everything they needed and I didn't even need to supply water. The two service people took about 2.5 hours to clean it and it was just a tad noisy outside my window but that's to be expected as they were using vacuums. I had an amazing experience with this auto detailing service and highly recommend them. My windshield had been shattered, which left tiny glass particles and glass dust everywhere inside my car. It was especially concerning because I have a toddler and a car seat in the back, and my AC kept blowing out little pieces of glass whenever I turned it on. Francisco did an incredibly thorough job cleaning the entire interior. He carefully removed all the tiny glass fragments and even cleaned the car seat, which I really appreciated as a parent. After he finished, I finally felt comfortable turning my AC on again without worrying about glass blowing around the car. Even though he was originally scheduled to clean just the interior because of the glass, he went above and beyond and cleaned out my trunk as well. I can't recommend Bright Mobile Auto Detailing highly enough. I had a homeless person break into my car and live in it for a few weeks before it ended up getting towed. I didn't want to drive the car off of the tow lot without it being cleaned because of the state it was in. They agreed to meet me at the tow yard, which was on the opposite side of town, one day beforehand and spent 3 hours detailing every inch. AMAZING. UNREAL. I recently acquired an old beater of a car. It had been the previous owner's first car from when he was sixteen. Fourteen years later, he had new cars for himself and his girlfriend and this car had been sitting a long time. The interior looked exactly like what it had been used for: a teenager and young adult driving it to Burning Man, several cross country road trips, and lots of ski trips. 128,000 miles worth. It was really really filthy, on literally every possible surface. Sticky gunk from spills in the door pockets, fossilized french fries and other food detritus in the seat tracks and any other nook that would harbor them, enough pet hair to appear to change the interior color. And so much dust. The dust seemed permanent. I emailed Bright Mobile Auto Detailing and arranged for the top interior package that they offered. Gabriel, the proprietor, messaged me quickly to make the arrangements. A simple deposit on Venmo was all it took to book the appointment. They showed up to pick up my car on time, took it away for half the day. (I had been given the option for them to work on it on site or take it away. Extra bonus points that he can drive a stick shift.) Upon return, the interior looks completely incredible. I honestly don't understand how something that was so filthy could get so clean. The even left a new "tree" air freshener - as in Repo Man, my favorite film, "there's one in every car." I've had occasion to use various detailing services a few times over the years and none of them did this good a job, and they were working on jobs that weren't as difficult. As well, I appreciate tremendously that they would work on my old beater; detailing is often the realm of newer, nicer cars, and I half expected any detailing operation to turn down the job. They took my car without complaint, reservation, or hesitation. This to me is a sign of complete professionalism that goes far beyond the necessary skills and techniques to get a car interior clean.
