Very disappointed with the service from one of the employees here over the weekend. I just bought some new frames so I was excited to get some new lenses installed. I called in advance to get some information before making the trip. Upon my arrival, the worker was instantly so rude and pushy for no reason. We did not feel welcomed. He kept saying my decision on the lenses were bad and made me feel stupid if I didn't get their more expensive options. He then starts bringing up a bunch of additional fees last minute that were not mentioned on the phone. The part that annoyed me the most was that he was aggressively tapping my new frames with his pen... I left to a different optician. read more

The screw on my glasses had fallen out and I walked in asking if they could help me out with a replacement. The woman behind the counter was able to replace it for free in just a few minutes and would not accept payment from me or a tip. I highly recommend this place. The same product here is more than twice the price of other places, and the service of the store staff is also problematic. For example, when you buy glasses, they will be very enthusiastic, but after you buy them, their personality will change 180 degrees, and they will say that all the problems with the product are your fault, always saying that it is your choice and they will laugh at you from time to time during the process. This is the worst experience among all the optical stores I have experienced. Others usually only have after-sales problems, but this one has problems in all aspects and cannot be solved. read more

I came in because my dog had chewed off parts of the rubber that cover the part of my glasses that go over my ear. Nolan was so welcoming and offered to fix it for free. He had me try it on and I asked him to cover a certain section and he redid it. He told me it's a temporary fix but I very much appreciated that he offered to help me for free. read more

I cannot recommend Raymond and Brighter Optical highly enough. I had a pair of frames with a broken leg. I'd been to multiple stores and none of them had the part, and none of them had any interest in repairing them. Raymond made time for me on a busy Friday afternoon and had the frames looking good as new in an hour, at a great price. He knows his trade and clearly cares about his work. Also I want to buy a pair of new glasses for my girlfriend, he went out of his way to find a few frames that fit her face.
