We did the usually eye tests but Dr. Su took the time to explain the results afterwards. It was very insightful to understand how my prescriptions were calculated and cool see my eye balls magnified. I was there for a follow-up appointment for contact lens fitting as well as for the new Dry Eye treatment using Low-Level Light Therapy. Felt like I was getting a facial spa treatment. I've noticed so far that my eyes are not as dry or scratchy feeling when wearing contacts. Ira has always been reachable whenever I needed assistance, and ensured that I was able to meet my doctor, Dr. Eric Leung, on time as well. On days that I suddenly had to reschedule my appointment, Ira would help me find a better time, and would remind me when the new appointment day got closer as well. I might have to wait sometimes, but I understand that Dr. Leung is busy and has a lot of patients, and some patients may take a little bit longer than others. Other than that, there are plentiful of parking spaces, but try to avoid weekend since GV is located in the plaza with many other stores. It might be difficult to find parking spot on ground level during weekends, but you can try the lower level. I would highly recommend GV to anyone who needs an eye doctor.
