However, they run good sales several times a year that take $50-100 off those numbers, and the product is a significant step up from average. In addition, there is a limited selection of menswear - jackets, shirts, belts, accessories, leather goods. Some of these are offered in partnership with other well known labels such as Schott and William Wilson. My experience with the store was excellent. I had ordered a pair of boots online, before I realized there was now a retail location in town. They arrived, and appeared to be a previous return that had been accidentally re-shipped - they had obvious flaws. While looking up the return process online, I found the shop on President St. So, I took my boots there for their advice. Anup, the manager of the store, provided some of the best customer service I've had in recent memory. He cheerfully handled the exchange, the return shipping, and placed the replacement order while I browsed the rest of the store. He even took the time to verify my measurements and suggested a slight size adjustment, which worked out perfectly. It was also obvious that he was very enthusiastic about his business and product.
