He called on a Friday after I requested for move out cleaning service and carpet cleaning. He was willing to work with me on such short notice (the Saturday before Superbowl Sunday). His prices are fair and with me living in military housing he knew EXACTLY what to clean and how to clean it. My home was cleaner than when I initially moved in! He guarantees his service so if there was anything missed he reassured me that he would come to the home same day after the inspection and do it himself. Top notch cleaning at rates that beat other estimates. I have utilized Brilliant Edge Cleaning twice over the past year. Their performance on the first hiring convinced me to hire them for a much bigger second job. After spilling some red wine on my friend's couch, I hired Brilliant Edge for cleaning. I found the estimate to be better than what I was expecting, and when the work was done, the couch looked as if wine had never been spilled on it. Later, when I was moving out of my rental property, I needed to hire a cleaning agency that could handle general cleaning, windows, and carpet steam cleaning. All of these are within Brilliant Edge's wheel house. I collected three estimates, and Brilliant Edge offered the lowest. Not only that, but their capability to perform all three functions meant that I wasn't having to hire different companies to do different aspects of the work. Given the previous performance on cleaning the couch, it was without hesitation that I locked in the estimate for the work. The work was done on time and to standard. All kitchen appliances looked sparkling, the windows were spotless, and the carpet was thoroughly cleaned. We were desperate to find a carpet cleaner on short notice. I mean the same day kind of hurry. I called many other cleaners in the Pacific Grove area and was turned down and told it "couldn't be done". I have to add here that it was also a Sunday! Then I called Eddie at Brilliant Edge Carpet Cleaning and not only was he able to help me, he came to the rental immediately. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He knew how to get these horrible scratch marks off the kitchen linoleum perfectly and the carpet looked brand new after cleaning and it smelled fresh. I was amazed at his skill and attention to detail. We had a huge cleaning deposit at stake here and we did receive every penny back from the landlord. Eddie even moved and cleaned under the stove, the fridge and then left everything in perfect condition. I like the fact that the cleaning gear was truck mounted so he took away all the dirt and water with him and it dried in record time. I do not have enough good things to say here. I contacted 4 additional cleaning services in the area. He was by far the cheapest....so I hired him. Eddie and his staff was prompt. He and his staff did a fantastic job on my place! Especially the carpets....with some stains that I thought would NEVER come out. My property manager can by to inspect the completed job and was very impressed by the quality of the level of cleaning they did. She was so impressed, that she said she was going to start using his company to clean their properties. My carpets were heavily soiled, as I have two toddlers and a dog, Eddie came in and in an hour and a half my carpets were like new.

The Brilliant Edge Team did an outstanding job with my condo that had been neglected for many year. They did a thorough cleaning including windows and carpets. The quality of the work was excellent. It was expensive but worth it. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was that the tile work in my living room and dining room areas were not done quite as well as I would have liked.
