She's trying to send me a bill for the $29,000 they are owed for their sub-standard work! The letter says I have 10 days to pay them before they send it to collections. How ridiculous is that? I called her immediately and told that I was shocked that she would have the balls to contact me after the complete disaster that was our home repair. Z Green Restoration gave me a reasonable price and showed up as planned. They were careful to put up a zippered plastic tent to isolate the areas and save me from contamination. It was a dirty job completed by two technicians. During the job Zion had to leave the country on a scheduled trip but was always available to me for texts snd phone calls. This is impressive. When the technicians were taking apart the bathroom, they accidentally dropped the toilet, which cracked badly. They acknowledged the accident. When the job was complete, Zion took money off the bill to cover the cost. All in all, I thought they did a great job, acted ethically, and were available for my concerns.
