I chose the most expensive "luxury" pedicure on the menu for $55, and unfortunately, this was one…read moreof the worst pedicure experiences I've had. The technician never asked whether I wanted my toenails clipped or simply filed. She immediately picked up the clippers and began cutting them. I intentionally keep my toenails at a certain length because I like to wear white/French tips, and had I been asked, I would not have wanted them cut. Instead, they were clipped extremely short, to the point that she caught the skin underneath some of my toenails. The service itself was also uncomfortable. I was nicked and jabbed several times, including multiple times with the drill. It has only been about 20 minutes since leaving the salon, and my toes are still sore and tingling in the areas where they were cut and nicked. On top of that, after the pedicure was supposedly finished, there was still visible white polish from my previous no-chip left around several of my toenails. They offered to fix it, but at that point I was uncomfortable allowing any more work to be done and was simply ready to leave. I originally came in planning to get shellac on my toes and have my nails done as well. After the pedicure, I decided not to proceed with either service. I've been getting pedicures for approximately 20 years, and I honestly cannot remember another time when I left a salon without even allowing them to polish my toes. That should speak for itself. The attached photos were taken immediately after the service. For $55, especially for what was presented as their most luxurious pedicure, I expected much more attention to detail, communication, and care.
