I was easily able to make a same day appointment. When I arrived, no one was there and the shop was locked! I waited a few more minutes & called the shop and they said someone would be there soon. I'm guessing this place only has someone there if they have a scheduled appointment - however it definitely frustrated me that my nail tech was late. Once inside, I was impressed with the color selection and how nice and clean the salon was. The tech did a great job on my gel manicure and my pedicure. However, since I was the only one there she rushed me to leave and didn't check if my toes were dried- so by the time I got home all of the polish was smeared. And also, this is my second appointment with a different manicurist that didn't speak English it was very hard to communicate the shape, how short, she didn't even ask me she filed them very short and she used an app to communicate, a translator app. I gave her cash for her tip when I went to cash out with a credit card the man asked me could I pay in Zelle which is ridiculous. I could see tipping, but not for a payment. The whole time I was stressed when I was supposed to be relaxing and not having to worry about anything. I feel like they should of paid me instead I paid them for a horrible experience.

My best experience is with Hailey. She tells me what will work or not work for me. The product they use for no chip sticks on the nail for 2-3 weeks without peeling. They're clean and friendly. They're also open with their pricing and tell you what it is before you pay, which is refreshing. I also got a pedicure and there are lots of reasonably priced options as well. Nice, relaxing, and I left feeling pretty. This has been my new place to go to and am still trying out new types of designs.
