Good experience with this company. Good communication, good pricing, on time, reliable and communication was key. David came to our house ready to restore our island countertop and he delivered a good product, reasonable pricing, amazing work ethics that David has. Great work David!!!

Before Pic - Glue residue everywhere

**I would give them 10 Stars if I could** Brillo Restoration saved me from an absolute nightmare. After a previous flooring contractor left glue residue all over my brand-new engineered hardwood floors, I was devastated. But Rafael, Eddie, and Nadia went above and beyond to bring my floors back to life. They worked meticulously to ensure every bit of glue was removed, leaving the floors spotless and restored to their original beauty. What truly sets them apart is their dedication to excellence. They even fixed areas that had been damaged without hesitation and refused to accept payment until the job met their high standards. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched. I can't recommend Brillo Restoration enough--this team truly cares about their craft and their clients. If you're looking for a company that delivers exceptional results and goes the extra mile, this is the one to call!

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Rafael and the hard working folks at Brillo Restoration. Initially I had contacted other travertine specialists but was frustrated with wide variation in opinions and especially pricing, and then my luck changed after contacting Rafael. Rafael was very flexible and worked around my schedule, he came late in evening as I requested to see the job. He really took the time to discuss and explain all the nuances of restoring our travertine floor to its former glory, and ultimately also provided the best pricing! Our travertine floors which had been previously neglected, mistreated, and partially ruined by the previous occupants ended up being beautifully restored to a honed finish by Rafael and his team. I cannot commend Rafael enough for his patience and great communication throughout the entire process. He and his team really take pride in their work and really do more than expected. In fact, to ensure my satisfaction, Rafael did quite a few such extra things, including meticulously refinishing a portion of outdoor damaged flooring, as well as polishing a marble table for us. He took it upon himself to clean and re-caulk a portion of shower tile that was adjacent to the travertine flooring and needed attention.  All these extra things and his willingness to go above and beyond really speaks volumes and sets Brillo Restoration far apart from the competition.

Before and After. I tried all kinds of cleansers and pastes and nothing cleaned like Brillo Restoration.

I'm so happy with the cleaning that they did on my quartzite countertops. These countertops are more porous than I realized when I had them installed. After 6 years of heavy use, my kitchen counters were looking very scratched and marred. Seriously, a glass of water could sweat and leave a ring on the countertop. Or, how dingy the counter tops looked nearest to the sink where water splashed from washing dishes all the time. Brillo buffed out the counters and they have a mirror shine like they're new. And I had been thinking I might need to replace the countertops! This was a much more economical solution and I know that I'll hire them again in the future. I also had them clean all my tiles on the first floor of my house. I usually have a cleaning company mop once a month but having Brillo for one visit made a noticeable difference. They're a busy business so expect to have to wait a few weeks before they can get you on the schedule. It is worth the wait though!

    Restoring at subfloor

Brillo Restoration totally rescued me from a prior shower remodel where the shower pan was not done correctly, (leading to failed retiles and regrouts) They were able to restore from the subfloor up with the proper materials and methods. I appreciate them explaining what they found after a demo of the shower floor, and what they would do to correct it. If you need trusted company to restore "mistakes" or hidden issues, please call Brillo Restoration. Raphael and his team are trustworthy, fair and do a superior job.

Rafael is fantastic! I called Rafael because I had some deep scratches from the refrigerator being moved across 18" travertine tiles. I originally had work performed by Silver State but they didn't really attempt to address the problem since there was some risk involved. He took the time to explain the work and trade-offs with what we were trying to accomplish. We went into the project needing to make some big decisions and he educated me on our options. Ultimately, Rafael said we might be better off replacing the tiles at a much higher cost, but he wanted to take a shot with his diamond polishers to fix it. About an hour later, you'd have no idea what was previously scratched into those tiles. My only regret is I didn't use his services initially but I can say with 100% confidence that I have a do it all tile guy! Thanks, Rafael!!

Rafael came over to see my cracked granite. He was able to fill it smooth it out and did a great job of matching granite color. He assured me if I had any problems with the repair he would be back even in 6 months at no charge to touch it up. Clean, friendly, and gave me advice on what to do to protect the crack.

I recently purchased a 19 year old home with 19 year old tile and grout. I called Brillo Restoration and Rafael, the owner/operator came out for a free estimate. He is a very pleasant and honest man who told me exactly what was required to get my tile and grout looking like new again. He showed up on time the day the job was suppose to be done and at day's end the tile and grout was just as he described it would be "like new". I would highly recommend his services and I know you will not be disappointed.

After he was completed taking the measurements (roughly 15 minutes), I was shown only three samples there weren't even close to the color I was seeking. The flooring that the builder put in has been discontinued so we checked with a couple of places to try to find a close match. We went to Expert Flooring Solutions and showed them one of the planks that we were tearing to match. Ron helped us and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out the next day. When Ron arrived he brought a new sample that we had not seen the day before. He had continued to look for a close match after we left. When he laid the new sample down on our existing floor we were thrilled to see how close it came to matching, We tried it in different rooms and it was the best we could have hoped for. No one, other than us, will ever notice the difference. When Ron sent us the cost, it was $2,000 less than another company had quoted us. We were very surprised. He also included a veteran discount, and we did not have to pay anything up front, We paid when the job was done and we were satisfied. The price included taking out the old carpet and hauling it, and moving the furniture from the rooms where the new flooring went. The crew that showed up on the appointed date and right on time. They were very courteous and professional. They did two rooms in one day and the third room was finished by 11 a.m. on the second day. Everything looks great. We contacted Leo's Handyman Services as we had small cracks forming in our ceiling of our garage in…read morethe drywall seams where the tape was. We contacted Leo via Yelp, and received a response a short time later. Shortly afterwards, Leo came out to our home. He assessed the work, took some pictures and said his specialist can do the job, no problem. That should have been our first warning that Leo himself was not doing the work/repair and did not bring his specialist along for the initial review. He said, I'm an engineer and don't do that sort of work, but no problem he can do it, he'll make it look good, he's a specialist! We talked about how important it was to have our garage cabinets, tools, area where we have shoes and some outdoor furniture stored in the garage covered with plastic and that our newly done epoxy floor would need to be covered from the debris and dust. Leo said that they usually only cover the floor where the work would be done, his reply was it's a garage. We stressed in our conversation and also outlined in our response via text that it was important that it's covered if we hired him for the job. He agreed that it would be done. Later that evening he sent a message with the quote but did not send a contract or scope of work with his quote detailing the work (that should have been another red flag). So I responded with a message that specifically outlined our expectations of the job and what was to be done. He replied, yes everything outlined would be done. He then messaged me that his specialist would be at our home that following Thursday, which we agreed. Wednesday came around and Leo messaged us that his specialist was at another job previously and that he was doing such a great job, the client asked him to stay another day to do more work. He asked if he can come to us on Monday, we said no problem. He said he'd be there in the am on Monday, but would message us with the time frame on Sunday. Sunday came and Leo texted us indicating Simon will arrive around noon, ok no problem. Monday came and Simon showed up at 1pm, he brought his ladder, a drop cloth and only covered the door leading from the garage to our kitchen with plastic, and covered nothing else that we spoke of. After putting that up, Simon told my husband he needed to get some supplies and would be back in 20 minutes. Like what, why did he not come prepared in the first place. The job was straight forward, remove old tape, replace tape, add dry wall/mud, texture and paint (which we supplied the paint). Anyway, Simon left and came back an hour later, not 20 minutes. After returning he worked another 20 minutes and knocked on our door telling us he needed more supplies and would be back in 20 minutes????? He left and came back 20 minutes later. By now it's 3pm, he finished up around 6pm. When we went out to look at the work, it was a mess! He put drywall mud over the tape and used a textured paint roller to texture the areas that were done. We asked why he did not allow for the mud to dry then sand and texture and paint when it was all the way dried? He looked at us perplexed, and said texture spray is expensive and that his textured roller brush gave it a sprayed look. We said that, this is not what we agreed to and that 2 cans of texture spray would have covered it and cost around $20. He literally put tape, drywall mud and painted without allowing properly drying in between each process. The areas he did are noticeable. See photo. I then asked where was all the plastic to cover the areas we discussed with Leo, he could not answer. He spoke very little English so communication was difficult and very frustrating. We advised him he needs to clean up as everything was covered in drywall dust. He ran a shop vacuum for a few minutes and wiped a few areas down and left. Everything was covered in white dust, Everything! I tried to call Leo, but he did not take my call. So I texted him saying that Simon did not do what we discussed. In addition the work done looks worse than it did when the ceiling was cracking. The areas are lumpy and it's an eyesore. Leo finally responded that he and Simon agreed to do it the way he did it as it was more cost effective for them. Leo or Simon at no time never contacted us to change any part of what was agreed. He decided to cut corners without advising us otherwise. His word were they made the decision as it was just a garage. We understand that it would not look 100% the same, but he didn't even try to make it look even half way better. He said what can we do to make it right? To be honest, we just wanted he and his specialist gone. They literally fked up our ceiling and now we'll have to pay someone to fix it. We would not let him touch anything around our home with a 10ft pole. Shame on you Leo for taking our money and leaving us with shoddy work! I would think twice before hiring Leo's Handyman Services ! If we could give zero stars we would!

Steven handled our initial consultation, and he was exactly what you hope for: kind, courteous, and refreshingly straightforward. There was zero sales pressure--just clear, honest information presented in a matter-of-fact way, which we really appreciated. When comparing them to other companies, Everlast offered significantly more value. The attention to detail stood out--things like moving furniture, removing and reinstalling baseboards, touch-up painting, and addressing minor subfloor issues were all included. On top of that, the quality of their product was easily 10/10--far superior to what we previously had installed. The crew was incredibly efficient, but what really set them apart was that they're family-owned and operated. The same family was on-site every day doing the work--not subcontractors, which is something we saw a lot with other companies. That consistency made a huge difference. Another big plus: they focus on one job at a time. We never had to wonder when they'd show up or worry about delays from juggling multiple projects. Steven communicated daily, keeping us informed on timing and progress. The team worked hard--some days even late into the evening--to keep things moving. They treated our home with care, paid close attention to craftsmanship, and clearly take pride in both their work and materials. We couldn't recommend Everlast Flooring more highly. We'll absolutely be recommending them to friends and family--and using them again for any future flooring needs.
