Fantastic experience when I needed it most! Called three plumbers with strong yelp rationing and Brimer was first to respond. We exchanged a few texts and then he called me. He committed his plumber to be at my place in an hour and sure enough he was. He also set expectations on the rate and how I could pay upfront. JP did the work so fast I was still in my first hour so I had him change the direction my handles turned in my bathroom (annoyed me for 20 years!) and he did it all in an hour. His instructions how to handle the permit, gas company and city inspection made it a breeze. After discussing my 30+ year old water heater we decided to replace it. There was no sales pitch or hard sell. The installation went flawlessly. Finally, when the pressure test showed that the house water pressure was too high (a problem another plumber had mentioned years ago but suggest a solution), his plumber installed a pressure regulator that restored reasonable pressure. We received a sky high water bill from TD PUD. I called Jaime and he immediately went out to our property and inspected to try to find the leak. When he could not find it inside the cabin he instructed me to have PUD mark the water meter and he would go out and dig up the meter and find the problem. We are still working on finding the problem but I know I am in good hands. Jaime seems to always answer the phone and understand the urgency of a situation. Had a main shut off value that leaked when friends used our cabin. (lots of water in the basement). Called Jamie and he came out and checked out the value. He concluded that it was functioning as it should as the value has a drain hole that opens when the value is shut off. If the value is not all the way open it can leak. Installed a gas line for a natural gas BBQ. Install was professionally done. His customer service and care is worth 6 stars. He explained that he could get the permits and arrange for inspection but that is would cost more. I opted to get the permit and inspection myself. He explained the whole process to me free of charge...to a "T"! I got many referrals explaining that he is the best plumber in town and I was not disappointed.
